Lose server connection for pictures

Only some pictures are recognized within an email and it keeps saying it has lost the connection with the server?

Hi,
Are you sure create managed server correct? You can create managed server and cluster on weblogic application server. like here http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/obe/fmw/wls/10g/r3/installconfig/config_mngd_srvr/manage_wls_server.htm
if your cluster and managed servers truely created All servers shown in listed servers .

  • How to update db server connection for objects in business view

I had to migrate to a new SQL server for my main user database (sql 2008)
crystal itself is fine, and I have updated all of the reports to use a different connection string.
but I had forgotton about the dynamic dropdownlists in business view..
what is the best way to update the connection for those ??
I will go through each one manually if I have to.. but was hoping for something a little easier

    Hi
Open the config.cfg and then change the JdbcPasswordEncoding=Intradoc to JdbcPasswordEncoding=ClearText and then enter the new password in JdcPassword=<new passwd> . Save the file and then restart the CS. It should get going from there.

  • HH5 loses internet connection for a few seconds

I am struggling with the same issue for quite some time now.
We have HH5 Type A  and BT Infinity 2 unlimited
All of a sudden it happens several times a day that we lose the internet connection. At the same time, the HH5 manager doesn't respond either.
I can not find anything in the HH5 event log that could tell me what causes it. First it started with the HH5 restarting on its own several nights in a row. Then I found out at least one of them was when they updated the firmware.
Last night according to the event log the hub restarted again for no apparent reason.
So this morning I was playing on my tablet and suddenly bang the connection was lost, I checked Hub manager via my PC and all I got was again can't connect. Tried to google and no internet on my PC either.
There is nothing in wired Lan or Wifi event viewer, I don't get an orange broadband light on the HH5. Everything looks like nothing has ever been wrong.
I have done a factory reset and that didn't help at all.
    I keep getting this though

  • Timed out and losing server connections.

    Hey
for the past month i have been having problems using Ichat. I seem to be constantly timed out or lose server connections. I'm not very technical so sometimes looking at computer jargon makes my brain fuzzy!
I have changed the port to 443 and its still happening. I have a belkin router and BT is my isp.
It worked fine before (besides having to have a few attempts at voice connections before finally getting there)
It seems to drop connection often and its the whole net usage that is affected, it seems to drop then reboot itself and when logged on to ichat i have to manually sign out and back in again, then i get the message saying i'm connected in more than one location.
Last night it happened roughly 20 times in a three hour period, yet this morning its only happened on a few occasions.
I'm not totally sure what version i am using (like i said i'm a technophobe) all i know is my macbook is a year old. Nobody else uses the internet other than me.
    Any help would be great.
    Thanks

    Hi,
In this case a Server is normally something that distributes (Serves) an Internet Connection onwards to several other devices.
A modem can be a cable modem and not specifically serve as such and a router is needed behind that to "serve the LAN" as it were.
More specifically a Router or routing device such as a modem that routes will have a DHCP Server that automatically dishes out IP addresses (numbers) to the computers and other devices attached.
In Most devices the DHCP server can be turned Off but then the Computers have to be set to Static IPs (Manually in the Mac Network Preferences).
It takes very small breaks in service either in the routing device itself or from the ISP for iChat to notice.
Although most people think off Mail and Web Browsing to be Always On they only use the Connection intermittently when you get or send mail or change a web page.
iChat is communicating with the AIM Servers (Or Jabber/GoogleTalk) all the time so that you get a instant update to your Buddy list when people come and go Off line.

  • MacBook to iMac server connection

I have been connecting my Macbook to my iMac successfully via server connection for years.
After installing SL on my Macbook I cannot connect to my iMac (still has 10.5.8 on it) anymore. I can see my iMac in the sidebar in Finder but, but somehow it does not establish a connection anymore (error: connection failed)
Interestingly, from my iMac I have no problems to connect to my Macbook at all.
    I have done the usual:
Restart, Permissions repair, HD only half full, log out / in from file sharing, checked shared folder user permission).
Anyone has a solution to this problem?
    RH

Rodney, I figured it out. A few weeks ago my wife had some keychain issues I was not able to resolve right away. To keep her happy (until I have time to change the settings) I changed the Firewall from "set access to specific services .." to "allow only essential services". I just recalled this, and switching back to the former firewall setting which did solve this server problem.
Thanks again for your voodoo (it got me thinking again about the keychain issue and what I did at that time).
    All the best

  • Sporadic Rotating Loss of Internet Connection for Just Some Devices

    Hi,
We've been having a problem where one or two of our devices (phones, laptops, iPads, Apple TV) lose internet connection for 10-30 sec at a time, while the others are fine.
As best as I can tell it's a full loss of connection, not just something running very slowly due to us pushing the bandwidth limits. I've experienced the latter elsewhere and this manifests very differently. It will instantly and fully disconnect a person from an online game or drop a skype call without the accompanying prolonged lag or distortion of bottlenecked bandwidth.
It happens at all times of day, and does not seem related to our peak times of bandwidth usage, nor the general public's peak times of usage.
We should have enough bandwidh for our usage, and usually we do. Our system is 25/25 Mbps and during our peak use at most we would probably have 1 laptop gaming, 1 HD video stream, and 2 non-HD streams. However, like I said before, the problem seems unrelated to overall bandwidth usage. The same problem occurs even at midnight when our local usage is minimal.
Overall we have 6 laptops, 5 phones, an iPad, 2 microcell signal boosters, and Apple TV, in total connected to the FiOS. We have a property with tenants where the signal is distributed via 3 WiFi routers and one direct ethernet cable to my laptop, and one to the Apple TV.
It happens on devices that are both connected through the WiFi (wife's laptop, phones, iPad) and ethernet (my laptop, Apple TV). It can happen with devices that are a few unobstructed feet from the WiFi router. However, it anecdotely seems to happen more on our phones than laptops.
My hunch is it is something outside our local network. This is because our equipment  and usage has basically remained unchanged over the last couple months. (We got one new microcell tower for a different carrier, one new wifi router, but overall same # of people and patterns of usage.) And yet the problem seems to be getting worse. Back in probably early November I don't remember this problem occuring at all.
My second best guess is there are more devices connected to the network than it can handle simultaneously, and it rotates which gets kicked off. Maybe this was occuring before but we didnt realize it.
My third guess is it has to due with signal interference with the various WiFi routers and microcell boosters. However, this seems less likely since it also affects devices connected via ethernet cables.
Any thoughts or advice is much appreciated! Thanks!
    -Ned

Ok, so in the mean time we decided to upgrade our service so I've only tried this solution now.
My problem though now is I can log into 192.168.1.1, then give my verizon admin password, and then set my channel preference. That seems fine for changing the main network input and wifi router (call it A).
However, we have another wifi router (call it B) which is fed from A via a cable. I cannot figure out how to change B's wifi channel. Therefore I worry if we have only switched A, since A feeds B (as well as the 2 microcells) they will all still be on the same channel and therefore still interfering with each other.
I have tried www.routerlogin.net (and .com) as written on my netgear router and I get "http://searchassist.verizon.com/" telling me "Sorry, We could not find www.routerlogin.net". I have also tried logging into wifi router B via all the 192.168.1.X addresses I see listed on the Verzion account when I log in via 192.168.1.1 (in total I tried all the 192.168.1.[1-24] options).
    Thanks for the help!

  • Slow broadband connection for a month

Good evening. First time posting on this forum. I hope by posting here I can finally resolve a problem that has been bugging me for the last month.
Have had a slow but relatively stable broadband connection since around the middle of last month. We did have a thunderstorm around here that caused us to lose internet connection for around 20 minutes. Then just a couple of days later the decorators working on the house managed to damage one of the cables leading to the phone socket which led to disconnections every 10 minutes! This was repaired on 20th December.
Since that date our broadband has been stuck on a download speed of 288kbps. The connection is reasonably stable as in the last month we have had periods of 4 or 5 days before router resets itself. Over the last month I have tried all the usual checks including replacing filters, plugging into the test socket and doing the quiet line test which was fine. I stopped manually resetting the router a couple of weeks ago when it was clear this was not making any difference and also because of the fact the DLM needs a stable connection to try to get things back to normal.
The statistics below are for the most recent period before the router restarted. We are using the BTHomehub3

That is just a small sample as there is pages of it. Are they part of the Homehub's normal operation or are they a sign of an underlying problem that has caused our speed to drop?
Thank you in advance. Any help is appreciated.

John46, thank you for the reply. I am aware of the need not to manually restart the hub. Admittedly I did do this in the first few days after the problem arose but have since learnt of the need to leave the hub so the line management can do it's thing. The reason my statistics show 3days connection is because of the hub automatically restarting - I take it this is the DLM doing its job. Will I see a gradual improvement in download speed over the course of the 10 days or will I be stuck in the 288kpbs band until the 10th day when the speed returns to normal? In other threads people are suggesting that 3/5 days is the normal period in which you can expect to see a return to normal download speeds. Even though I have been connected for this period, and last week managed 5 days before my router automatically reset, my download speed refuses to budge. Also can someone please tell me what the entries from my hub's event log posted above mean? Is it showing an underlying problem with the hub or part of its normal operation? Thank you.

  • Bandwith of the terminal server connection...

anyone who could tell me the supported bandwith of the terminal server connection for 3750-TS24-E ??
does it depend on what speed the ts-port is suported?, in example 100mbit?

the out-of-band administrate boud rate, compatible with all ciscos

    Hi,
These are the default settings for your terminal server connection on Cisco devices..
    •Baud rate default is 9600.
    •Data bits default is 8.
Note If the data bits option is set to 8, set the parity option to none.
    •Stop bits default is 1.
    •Parity settings default is none.

  • My Magic Mouse and Mobee charges seems to lose the connection every day. I've used it with no problem for about 6 months or so, no it keeps losing connection even after recharging overnight. Any ideas?

I seem to lose the connection of my Magic Mouse often, daily and sometimes several times during the day using the Mobee charger even after charging overnight.  Ideas?
The charger is plugged into my Cinema Display and has worked fine for 6 months or more.
    Thanks !
    Ira-

    Thanks Steve-
The problem seems to have just gone away.
I wrote to Mobee, and their answer is to take the batteries out, recharge and see if that does the trick.
Having been through this once before, and sending pictures along of the MM, which didn't help, it was just an oddball problem that has gone away.
I'll keep an eye on things.
I guess it's just one of those mysteries of Apple and the third party.
Thanks for taking the time to answer,
    Ira-

Hi, i am having trouble with my mac mail account, i cannot send or receive any emails because of the server connection problems. Message says it could not be connected to SMTP server. Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello Sue,
I have an iPad 3, iPad Mini and iPhone 5S and they are all sluggish on capitalisation using shift keys. I hope that Apple will solve the problem because it is driving me crazy.
I find using a Microsoft Surface and Windows 8 phone, which I also have, work as well as all the ios devices before the ios 7 upgrade.
It has something to do with the length of time that you need to hold the shift key down. The shift key needs to be held longer than the letter key for the capitalisation to work. For some reason, this is a major change in the way we have learnt to touch type on computers. I am having to relearn how to type!

  • Login failed for user '(null)'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection

"[DBNETLIB] Login failed for user '(null)'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection"
After patches applied on patch Tuesday the database reports the above error.
All accounts are domain accounts and SQLServer uses Windows auth.
    DCDIAG show no errors
All servers and DC have been restarted,
Message in db log confirms the connection is being denied due to trust.
    Event log shows same rejection
Protocols enabled: named pipes, tcpip, memory
    TESTS:
    PortQry: "
TCP port 1433 (ms-sql-s service): LISTENING"
Connect with domain admin accounts works from multiple clients systems to DB.
Cannot connect with newly created domain admin account
Can connect if new admin account connect to server in terminal server session and uses UDL wizard or any other tool including isql.
New standard user also fails to connect.
    NOTES:
I removed the SSL patch and the IE security update to see if that was an issue.
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Has someone left the company or has an account of some nature been dropped/replaced?
Please click "Mark As Answer" if my post helped. Tony C.
    Hi Tony,
Srry but No.  We just installed the monthly updates.
I went back and found I had missed removing a patch.  I missed the rollup for Windows Server 2003:
    Event Type: Information
    Event Source: NtServicePack
    Event Category: None
    Event ID: 4382
    Date:  3/12/2015
    Time:  12:26:04 PM
    User:  NETTEST\admin
    Computer: DATA1
    Description:
Windows Server 2003 KB954920 was removed from your computer, and the previous Windows Server 2003 configuration was restored.
After I removed that is still didn't work but after about five minutes it started working.
I guess I ned to report that to MS after I research what might be changed to make the patch work.
Every time I get stuck and ask for help it seems to be just before I stumble on the solution.
    Thanks for replying.
Well - maybe this will help someone else.
    Thanks again for replying Tony
