Lost several Notes. PLEASE, can anyone answer before Wednesday, 4 Feb?

I am one sick puppy. Meeting with my boss last week, I took copious notes in Notes. Today I started to work on the notes I took for this week's requirements. I noticed that the notes were in my Mac (under Notes, of course) but not in my iPhone. Curious, I looked into my accounts section of Notes. It said that I had Comcast Notes, iCloud notes, and then Comcast IMAP notes. I tried tweaking this and that to no avail. So, I decided to delete Comcast Notes as I had to other accounts with active Notes. Bad idea...
Immediately, my most current notes disappeared. Went to iCloud to recover. Nope, same notes as before our meeting. Went to Time Machine. Nope, a little Note said that because it was part of OSX, it could not be deleted OR modified. I'm in deep kimchi. Does anyone know if there is any way I can recover just the one note with boss's instructions? I was the only one, of course, taking notes and I added several comments to help me understand what he wanted and how I could do it. We had almost three hours together. Why oh why did I note put them in a Word Doc!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I do not use Notes, but if you need a timely response you should contact Apple Support directly they are 24/7.

I did notice an Export to PDF or Share > e-mail this note, but these might not help if you lost them, but might help if support can help you get them back.
The Accounts in Notes actually opens Internet Accounts in Preferences. So I assume you have e-mail setup with Comcast is my guess. Might have to do the best you can and/or explain to the boss that you had a technical issue... and your dog ate your notes , sorry had to make a joke.
FYI, I always use a digital Voice recorder which can handle conference type recordings and allow me to transfer recordings to my computer when I have to take notes just in case something fails or you have technical issues. Some states you might have to let others know your recording. I use a Sony ICD-PX312 which I bought several years ago. I think the current model is ICD-PX333. These types of digital recorders are much better than any phone recorders. Phones are made for dictating rather than conference and have lower quality microphones. A digital Voice recorder is well worth the money.
Good Luck
