Lowest Version of Reader for Forms, and Appearing Message

Question

Hello -
I am working on a form and would like to verify that the person has the correct version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, before they fill out the form.
Do you happen to know what the earliest Adobe Acrobat Reader version requirement is for a form? I think it is version 8, but not sure.
Also if you can help me would with an addition to my javascript.  I would like a message/warning appear prior to the email being made. Basically I want to remind the person to also include an attachement along with the form.

I'm sorry, but it is not working for me.
I'm not sure where to put this information within the script.

I've tried to put in before the cSubmitAs, and after, but still not working and receive an error.
