LPX-00601: Invalid token

Hallo,
and the next problem arised when trying to
SELECT XMLTransform(x.xmldoc,
(select stylesheet from stylesheet_tab where id = 1)).getStringVal()
AS result
FROM testtab x;
=>
ORA-31011: XML parsing failed
ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processing
LPX-00601: Invalid token in
<xsl:value-of select="auskunfteiAntwort[@xsi:type='faResponse']/auskunftAusCacheA1"/>
Whats the problem with this line ?
The xsl file already works when the tranformation is done with java instead of oracle.
Thanks,
Jochen

I don't find something like a xsi namespace prefix.
In fact thats the first time "xsi" appears in this stylesheet. Is Oracle more strict than the "standard" ?

    Hey , after got a lot of success with the xml reading part , i wonder if you
    can help me with a problem while trying to reading that xml from a web service.
    i use a procedure as followes:
    FUNCTION read_from_web_service(in_username in varchar2 , in_password in varchar2)
      RETURN CHAR
    AS
      l_service          UTL_DBWS.service;
      l_call             UTL_DBWS.call;
      l_a_ns                     VARCHAR2(32767);
      l_wsdl_url         VARCHAR2(32767);
      l_namespace        VARCHAR2(32767);
      l_service_qname    UTL_DBWS.qname;
      l_port_qname       UTL_DBWS.qname;
      l_operation_qname  UTL_DBWS.qname;
      l_xmltype_in       SYS.XMLTYPE;
      l_xmltype_out      SYS.XMLTYPE;
      l_return           VARCHAR2(32767);
    BEGIN
      l_wsdl_url        := 'http://www.company.com/publisherService/ServiceGetpublisherTable.asmx?wsdl';
      l_namespace       := 'http://tempuri.org/';
      l_service_qname   := UTL_DBWS.to_qname(l_namespace, 'ServiceGetpublisherTable');
      l_port_qname      := UTL_DBWS.to_qname(l_namespace, 'ServiceGetpublisherTableSoap');
      l_operation_qname := UTL_DBWS.to_qname(l_namespace, 'GetFieldsName');
      l_service := UTL_DBWS.create_service (
        wsdl_document_location => URIFACTORY.getURI(l_wsdl_url),
        service_name           => l_service_qname);
      l_call := UTL_DBWS.create_call (
        service_handle => l_service,
        port_name      => l_port_qname,

      l_return := l_xmltype_out.extract('//GetFieldsName/text()').getstringVal();
       dbms_output.put_line(l_return);
      RETURN l_return;
    END;but when i run it i got message:

  • Error occurred in XML processing LPX-00601: Invalid token in

    Hello all, I'm new here and hope to find a resouce to learn from and give back to when possible.
    I am parsing an xml file in a stored proc. The file parses out fine when I make a small modification to the source xml file. Here is the mod:
    These are the first 2 lines of the source file:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <wc:COLLECTION xmlns:wc="http://www.company.com/sub/1.0">
    If I remove the colon from the element in the second line (change wc:COLL... to wcCOLL....), and make the corresponding change in the closing element tag, the code can parse the file just fine.
    Here is the primary code that throws the error in my proc:
    PROCEDURE IMPORT_WC_XML
    AS
    v_parser xmlparser.Parser;
    v_doc xmldom.DOMDocument;
    v_nl xmldom.DOMNodeList;
    v_n xmldom.DOMNode;
    BEGIN
    v_parser := xmlparser.newParser;
    xmlparser.parse(v_parser, 'F:\SQLLOG\test.xml');
    v_doc := xmlparser.getDocument(v_parser);
    xmlparser.freeParser(v_parser);
    v_nl := xslprocessor.selectNodes(xmldom.makeNode(v_doc),'/wc:COLLECTION/AddedParts/Part');
    If I remove the colon in the root element and remove the colon in this last line of my code, it runs fine.
    Any help would be appreciated. I'm a little new to xml.
    Regards,
    Glen

    Ok, I have resolved the issue. Just in case someone has the same problem, I'm posting what I found to fix it:
    The function:
    v_nl := xslprocessor.selectNodes(n,pattern,namespace);
    has a third argument, apparently optional, named "namespace".
    I added the namespace as defined in the xml file and it works fine now.
    v_nl := xmldom.makeNode(v_doc),'/wc:COLLECTION/Transactions/Transaction','xmlns:wc=http://www.company.com/sub/1.0');
    Regards
    Glen Herman

  • Complex xml with multiple namespaces giving LPX-00601: Invalid token error

    Hi
    Apologies if this is a really simple question.
    I have not worked with xml before and I'm drowning in different ways to do the extract.
    I have a very complex xml, sample below, which I'm trying to do one siple extract to get myself going.
    I have the data in a table in an xmltype column,
    I am trying to extract containernumber first and get the error.
    select xml_column, extract(xml_column,'/env:Envelope/env:Body/ns0:QueryCntrNumberResponse/ns0:QueryResContainerDetail/ns1:ContainerNumber/ns2:ContainerNumber')
    from test_xml;
    Not sure if I should use the namespaces and have tried without but results are always NULL
    I would really appreciate any pointers around these ultiple namespaces.
    Thanks
    Nicki

    Please help!!!!!!

    Hi !!!
    Im sooo thankful to you... it works!!!
    Learnt a lesson today "dont blindly go by those user guides" I was refering to Example 6–8 of "B14259" 10g Developer Guide (Page 282) which has this query
    SELECT extract(OBJECT_VALUE, '/PurchaseOrder/Item').getClobval()
    FROM mypurchaseorders p
    WHERE existsNode(OBJECT_VALUE,
    '/PurchaseOrder[PONum=1001 AND Company = "Oracle Corp"]') = 1;
    may be a printing error :(
    Thanks a lot.

  • '/soap:Envelope ' in extract throws invalid token error

    I'm receiving xml via webservice/soap and placing in an XMLTYPE table. Upon trying to execute a test query:
    SELECT
    EXTRACTVALUE(VALUE(d),'Destinations/CountryID') AS ID
    FROM X_TEST p,
    TABLE (xmlsequence(EXTRACT(p.object_value,'/soap:Envelope/soap:Body/GetUserDestinationResponse/GetUserDestinationResult/DestinationResults/DestinationsList//Destinations'))) d
    I get an error similar to: (note path here in error is diff than above extract statement)
    ORA-31011: XML parsing failed
    ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processing
    LPX-00601: Invalid token in: 'soap:Envelope/soap:Body/GetUserDestinationResponse/GetUserDestinationResult/DestinationResults/DestinationsList/Destinations/DestinationList/Destination//Provider'
    Without the soap:Envelope/soap:Body there is no error. Is there a problem using the ':' here?
    Here's a snippet of the stored xml:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
    <soap:Body>
    <GetUserDestinationsResponse xmlns="http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx/somesite_ws/">
    <GetUserDestinationsResult>

    <DestinationsList>
    <Destinations>
    <CountryID>101</CountryID>
    <CountryDescription>Indonesia</CountryDescription>
    </Destinations>
    </DestinationList>
    </DestinationResults>
    </GetUserDestinationsResult>
    </GetUserDestinationsResponse>
    </soap:Body>
    </soap:Envelope>

    Thanks,
    that set me in the right direction - I had tried the third parm before but must not have been just right being that there are multiple namespaces given. Appears I have to always use the namespace parm to accurately obtain the data. To conclude - this is what I ended up with to get this returning data properly:

    EXTRACTVALUE(VALUE(p),'/Provider/ProviderSpecific/HospitalInformation/whoAvainFlu', 'xmlns="http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx/some_ws/"') AS avaianflu,

    Hi Alan J Stewart,
    This issue may occur due to the column name in your scenario.
    Would you please change the column name: raised by column to “raised_by”, and export the list with this column, check whether the issue persists.
    I have seen similar issue that caused by the column name.
    Thanks,
    Qiao

  • Using SSRS local mode, receive invalid token error when trying to export the report when running in worker thread

    We're using ASP.net with .Net 4, developing with Visual Studio 2012.  We use SSRS 2012sp1 with local reports, so exporting the report ourselves instead of using a reportviewer control (and not using the SQL Reporting service).  The reports are
    executing fine when we export the report in the main thread, but if we spawn a worker thread and run a report there we receive the following error when calling Render():
    Microsoft.ReportingServices.ReportProcessing.ReportProcessingException: Failed to load expression host assembly. Details: Invalid token for impersonation - it cannot be duplicated.
    We only receive this when running a report that uses expressions on a separate thread.  I've tried running the application pool under all the default built-in accounts (NetworkService, etc), and under admin user accounts to no avail.
    This didn't occur with the previous version of our application which used .net 3.5.

    As mentioned, we are not using the Reportviewer control, we are rendering locally.  Not certain if that would make a difference.
    Also, I had tried using all the built-in accounts.  Just for kicks I changed it to LocalSystem again, then reset IIS (see image below).  I then tried to export the report in a worker thread and received the same error.
    Here is the text from the exception:

  • Active Directory integration: Invalid Token Error in Verification Service

    I'm having problems with Active Directory integration. I'm able to browse users in the task routing slip in JDeveloper. But I'm unable to login to the worklist application.

    Hi Adina,
    thank you for your answer (questions)!
    We use 10.1.3.1 SOA Suite and the default jazn.com Security Provider and what we set at java.naming.security.principal property is oc4jadmin.
    It is interesting, we deployed again out EAR and now it works again! There is not Invalid Token Error exception, but we didn't change almost anything...
    Can we debug it somehow?
    Where does this bug come from?
    Thanks!
    ric

  • LPX-00217 invalid character error - Using reference characters in XML file

    Hi, I hope you will help me to understand and to fix the error I get during insert of an XML file into a table with XML Type field.
    I used Oracle documentation for this:
    1. Create table
    CREATE TABLE XMLDOC
    ( XMLCOLUMN xmltype);
    2. Create external directory
    CREATE OR REPLACE DIRECTORY FILESDIR AS 'E:\ora_xml_test\';
    3. Create function
    CREATE OR REPLACE function DSS.getClobDocument(
    filename in varchar2,
    charset in varchar2 default NULL)
    return CLOB deterministic
    is
    file bfile := bfilename('FILESDIR',filename);
    charContent CLOB := ' ';
    targetFile bfile;
    lang_ctx number := DBMS_LOB.default_lang_ctx;
    charset_id number := 0;
    src_offset number := 1 ;
    dst_offset number := 1 ;
    warning number;
    begin
    if charset is not null then
    charset_id := NLS_CHARSET_ID(charset);
    end if;
    targetFile := file;
    DBMS_LOB.fileopen(targetFile, DBMS_LOB.file_readonly);
    DBMS_LOB.LOADCLOBFROMFILE(charContent, targetFile,
    DBMS_LOB.getLength(targetFile), src_offset, dst_offset,
    charset_id, lang_ctx,warning);
    DBMS_LOB.fileclose(targetFile);
    return charContent;
    end;
    And now appears the problem when I use different character references - one of them are parsed by the XML parser and another -are not:
    test1.xml - Contains a charachter from Latin language -ă (&#x103)
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <ROWSET>
    <ROW
    <IDNO>1</IDNO>
    <NAME>aaa (&#x103)</NAME>
    </ROW>
    </ROWSET>
    --a semicolumn must be added after 103
    SQL> insert into XMLDOC values(xmltype(getClobDocument('test1.xml','UTF8')));
    1 row created.
    test2.xml - Contains a charachter from Cyrillic language -ш (&#x404)
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <ROWSET>
    <ROW>
    <IDNO>1</IDNO>
    <NAME>aaa (&#x404)</NAME>
    </ROW>
    </ROWSET>
    --a semicolumn must be added after 404
    SQL> insert into XMLDOC values(xmltype(getClobDocument('test2.xml','UTF8')));
    insert into XMLDOC values(xmltype(getClobDocument('test2.xml','UTF8')))
    ERROR at line 1:
    ORA-31011: XML parsing failed
    ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processing
    LPX-00217: invalid character 1028 (\u0404)
    Error at line 5
    ORA-06512: at "SYS.XMLTYPE", line 0
    ORA-06512: at line 1
    I am not familiar to Unicode and encoding maybe I ' missing something.
    Please help!!!

    Which database version are you using and what is the characterset used during its creation...?
    There is a lot on this forum which has been already answered / addressed but the database must support it, in other words the characterset must support it. Among others, see Re: XML-Document with special characters for instance.
    Conversion like you are doing (&#x103) is not needed.

  • Invalid Token while viewing Slide Show Component in Design Mode

    Hi Guys,
    I am having an issue where my SWF files that appear in a slide show component are displaying an invalid token error while in design mode in Xcelsius.  When I export the SWF file to Infoview, this error flashes on the screen for a second before the logon token is passed and the child SWF is loaded.
    I am trying to find a way to solve my issue so the invalid token error message does not appear and therefore does not get flashed to the user before the file actually loads.
    I downloaded Fix Pack 1 for SP3 because there was a line in the fixed issues detailing:
    "An Invalid logon token message appeared in Infoview when you viewed Flash objects (SWF files) that contain a QaaWS or Live Office connection."
    "This issue has been resolved".
    It is still happening even with FP 1 installed.
    Has anyone ever encountered this issue before and found a solution for it.
    Thanks in advance!!
    - Anthony

    Ok, I found out it has definitively something to do with the "Design mode could not load swiz-framework-1.0.0-RC1.swc. It may be incompatible with this SDK, or invalid. (DesignAssetLoader.CompleteTimeout)" warning. This somehow affects the loading of the mx:Image.
    Recompiling the SWC might work with the swiz swc, but there are more swc's giving this error like the google maps swc which does not have the source avalable freely.
    This is a real pain as I like to use a mockup image in Design Mode to place components exactly as provided by the design team.

  • Invalid Token Error in Verification Service. Received invalid token

    Hi,
    Actually I have deployed a cluster installation of SOA Suite following the indications available in Oracle® Application Server Enterprise Deployment Guide 10g Release 3 (10.1.3.1.0) B28939-03. I have integrated the WorkList Application with Active Directory.
    I have deploy a process including a human task and added a simple task form. My problem rise when I tried to check the detail of a task in the worklist application. Sometimes worklist show the following exception

    What can I do to fix the problem?

    well, no, you're not the only one. I just got the BPEL worklist app running, and I have the same error. I've deployed the app on a different server from the bpel / oc4j container, and I'm using the SOAP client. Using wireshark, I can see that the authentication is happening properly - valid requests and responses to the TaskQuery service, but after that I get:
