LSMW - BUS2013 - Purch.scheduling agreement

Hello All,
I have a requirement to upload data in Purchasing scheduling agreement ME31L and I am using
Business Object      BUS2013
Method                    CREATE
Message Type        PURSAG_CREATE
Basic Type              PURSAG_CREATE01
Idoc is created successfully and Agreement is also created. But the Item catagory ( L) in the line item is not updated .
If i try to create manually then item catagory is updating.
In field mapping i am passing item catagory following structure.
Structure - E1BPMEOUTITEM
Field-         ITEM_CAT
Could you please guide me how to overcome this issue.

There is an internal and an external item category. Maybe if you try the internal code it will work.

Hi all,
I want to use LSMW to create a scheduling agreement with position type L (subcontracting).
I'm using Business Object Method BAPI with
Business Object      BUS2013
Method               CREATE
Message Type         PURSAG_CREATE
Basic Type           PURSAG_CREATE01
The LSMW creates the scheduling agreement with the list of material I inserted in my file but with position type 'blank'.
any ideas?
i read that the standard program RM06EEI0 don't support subcontracting, this is the reason of BAPI.

Creating Schedule lines in Scheduling agreement using LSMW

Hi,
I want to upload multiple schedule lines in scheduling agreement using LSMW. I have done the recording and maintained multiple lines in input file. However during execution LSMW creates only one line and keeps on ovewritting the same line. Please let me know how can I create multiple schedule lines.

First you should search for existing standard LSMW migration objects that possibly cover your scenario. These normally take care of complex header / multiple items / multiple subitems relations.
With a recording you can only load flat structures. Sometimes a "create new lines" / "enter first line" / "save transaction" logic can be constructed to load multiple items to a header (or even subitems to an item?) with a recording, but this can be pretty awkward.

Inbound Delivery For Scheduling Agreement Lines using LSMW

Hi,
We need to create inbound deliveries for scheduling agreements. Our scheduling Agreements are too big with 200 lines. But the vendor used to send only few discrete lines in his ASN. Is it possible to create inbound deliveries for the Scheduling agreement using LSMW? Is there any standard BAPI or IDOC available to handle this in LSMW? Has anyone done this before?
Our requirement is as follows.
1. Create Inbound Delivery for few lines of the Scheduling Agreement
2. The delivery quantity of the inbound delivery will be a partial quantity of the Scheduling Agreement
3. Materials are batch managed and the batch number for each inbound delivery item need to be captured.
4. Vendor's ASN Number and its item number need to be captured at inbound delivery header and item level respectively.
Note: Delivery Schedule of the Scheduling Agreement is not used in the above scenario.
If you have any input, it will be really appreciated.

Hi,
You can give your scheduling agreement number in the field Purchase Order.
If you want select from the list, you can click on PO tree (just under create inbound delivery). There selet document category as "L". You will get the scheduling agreement list.

LSMW using IDOC method for scheduling agreement - MM

I am using LSMW IDOC method to create Scheduling agreement. i am using message type : PURSAG_CREATE. I have completed the field mapping and when i tried to process the idoc i am getting the following error.

There are no clue why this error is popping up.

try entering the values in WE19 and do the posting for teting purpose, make sure you are passing all the values.

Are you using external number range for scheduling agreement, then you have to pass the SA number too if not then check with your MM functional consultant to change the number range from external to internal provided it is agreed by your customer

Unable to change the item category in existing Scheduling Agreement

HI,
I have a schedule agreement where there are already list of line items but saved without the appropriate item category field in all of the line items. Now I see that the Item category column is greyed out & unable to edit or change thru ME32 T.code.
I am already aware that deleting the item codes & adding again with resolve the issue. But when try to delete, those codes shows that they have GR & PO not completed one.
My question is :
Is there a way to edit/change the Item category field without deleting the item?
Whethere is it possible to do it in bulk update for group of items in SA?
If it is possible, pls provide how to do it with steps.

Please try using MASS tcode with object BUS2013
or MEMASSSA
Its a direct table update where you can select the Table Item and Field Item category and input the document number to change the value os item category and try with one sample data then do it in mass.
Before cahngin the item categry Please make sure all the dependancies are met then nly the system will allow you to save.
Refer for Mass upload function it is common for all

BAPI or FM for Sales Scheduling Agreement

Hi ABAPers,
I need to transfer the Sales Scheduling Agreement (T-code: VA31) data into SAP. I am sure that it is not possible by LSMW and BDC methods as I have to upload Header and Item texts for the scheduling agreement.
So, I am trying to find any BAPI or FM to create the same.
Any helps regarding this would be appreciated.

     The parameter PURCHASEDOCUMENT and the scheduling (delivery schedule line) data in POSCHEDULE and POSCHEDULEX are to be passed on to the interface. These three parameters are defined as mandatory.

Check the pricing procedure you have used if it is properly assigned to the vendor thru schema group and to the purch organization. Perhaps assignments are missing.

Mass-change in scheduling agreement

Hi Gurus,
today I wanted to do a mass change in scheduling agreements using transaction MASS.
Unfortunately, it seems not to be possible to change these agreements with MASS. I found SAP Note # 483303 which tells us that MASS is only able to change documents with VBAK-VBTYP = 'C'.
The scheduling agreements use VBAK-VBTYP = 'E' or VBAK-VBTYP = 'F'.
Does anyone have a workaround for this? In the meantime I'll set up a LSMW, this should work fine.

Yes you are correct, you can't use MASS to update scheduling agreements. As you mentioned, use LSMW or you can try using SCAT/BDC to update the documents.

Schedule Agreement Mass Maintenance (ECC 5.0)

In ECC 5.0 the TA MEMASSSA for mass maintenance of schedule agreement don't exist and about the TA MEMASSPO "SAP responded to my OSS message stating that the exclusion of schedule agreements from mass maintenance was deliberate."
Whereas now in the newest version of SAP exist this possibility, there is any procedure to implement in ECC 5.0?

If SAP themselves have responded that it was ed deliberately, not sure we can do anything from that standpoint.
Mass maintenance programs use the business objects and BAPI's for directly updating the fields into the tables using certain checks and validations.
For your requirment you can used the BAPI - BAPI_SAG_CHANGE or create a LSMW to meet your business needs.

Getting scheduling agreements data through 2LIS_02_SCN

Hello All
There is a requirement to get the scheduling agreements data (Purch doc type: LP and LPA, LU). This information is present in EKKO table. The standard extractor for confirmations 2LIS_02_SCN does not get this data due to performance issues. It would be nice is some one help regarding two aspects :
1. Is there any setting on the R/3 where in we can enable the standard extractor 2LIS_02_SCN to get the scheduling agreements data.
2. What would be the logic for getting the scheduling agreements data if one needs to go for function exit on the extractor 2LIS_02_SCN.

Yes...u can create an exit.......
Here u can link these three tables EKKO,ekpo and ekes....
U can use the field EBELN (Purchasing Document Number) as a condition which is present in all the three tables to fetch the value for the field BSART(Purchasing Document Type) from EKKO.

Open (procurement) scheduling agreement

Hi,
We will use subcontracting scheduling agreement to process subcontracting. Does anyone have any data conversion experience of open scheduling agreement?
I didn't find any standard SAP batch input program at LSMW. I am working on recording the creation steps at LSMW. Any input?

There are many ways
1. Try MASS tcode with object BUS2032
2. You can try creating a CATT for the same if the changes are for only few thousands. Just explore on CATT on google, you will get lot of materials. Some of the links for the same are

Generate Source List while creating Contract/Scheduling Agreement

My requirement is that the Source List for the particular Material / Vendor should be created automatically when I am creating a new Contract / Scheduling Agreement.
