LSO_PV15

Hi Guys,
When we try to use LSO_PV15, I get the below dump:
"MESSAGE_TYPE_X" " "                                                                               
"SAPLLSO_FOLLOWUP" or "LLSO_FOLLOWUPU13"                                                      
    "LSO_GET_FOUP_PARTICIPATION"      
Could you please help me in this case.

Hi Sandeep,
I guess something has gone wrong during the conversion (report
RHSETPADBOOK_LSO).
May be you have transported once more old datas (courses) in your
system after you have run the report "RHSETPADBOOK_LSO".
Please check if any entry in the table HRVPAD25 have an empty "tpartdocn
o" field.
I don't know what kind of course you tried to follow up.
1.
If it was classroom training than the following fields like "tpartdocno"
"follow_up"; "passed"; "confirmed" of the table HRPAD25 are
affected by the conversion.
2.
If it was an E-Training ("ET") than it is field "passed" and "confirmed"
in the table HRPAD614, which has been affected by this conversion.
If you did not have visible problems by running "RHSETPADBOOK_LSO" (I
meant short dumps...), nevertheless many entries in the Table HRVPAD25
have an empty "tpartdocno" field, you have to run once more the report
"RHSETTPARTDOCNO_LSO", which has been submitted within the report
"RHSETPADBOOK_LSO".
This report RHSETTPARTDOCNO_LSO provides the needed "tpartdocno" for
those old HRPAD25 records which still have an empty one.
The same is valid also for the table HRPAD614 (other fields affected by
other reports, submitted by the report "RHSETPADBOOK_LSO").
Keep in mind that by running the report "RHSETPADBOOK_LSO" the other
reports (which have been submitted by this report and each of them
already has an entry in the table T77ZZ)
  RHSETTPARTDOCNO_LSO
  RHSETPAD25_LSO
  RHSETPAD614_LSO
  RHSETCONFIRMED_LSO
will only be run the first time you run the report "RHSETPADBOOK_LSO"
Thus if you have to run this report ("RHSETPADBOOK_LSO")
again, because you have transferred once more old datas to your system,
then check and remove the corresponding entries for these reports in
the table T77ZZ (for the corresponding client) bevor.
See please also the notes 952614, 970290. This last note effects the
followup process indirectly (if there are structural authorizations
assigned to the user).

  • SAP LSO Course Evaluatio Form format in LSO_PV15

    Hi,
    We have a requirement from client about Course Evaluation Form.
    - When we open the course evaluation form in T.Code PHAP_CATALOG or in the learning portal the format is displayed in PDF or smart form.
    - When the course administrator opens the same form in T.Code LSO_PV15 to complete the manual course evaluation the form is opened differently and the form display is not gr8.
    Can you please help is there any configuration we would have to do to display the evaluation form in PDF format?

    yes, wat your seeing is correct only, as administrator in ECC side it will show as 2nd screen shot.
    In portal it will display as WDABAP application, like appraisal template.
    and print view (PDF view ) is common in Portal and ECC side.

  • Additional Field to the LSO Follow up Participation Screen in LSO_PV15

    Hi All,
    I have a requirement in LSO where i need to display an Additional Field called SCORE in the LSO 'Follow up Participation' (TCODE : LSO_PV15) Screen. The Field appears on the Screen when i enhance the customer include in table HRPAD25. Now the problem is how to make this field editable for the LSO administrator. Is there any BADI that does this? Or should we go for Implicit Enhancement.
    Any input on this regard will be highly appreciated.

  • LSO - Course follow up

    Hi,
    In LSO_PV15 there are two fields namely 1) Participation confirmed (field = CONFIRMED) and 2) Course Passed (field= PASSED). I suppose the field 'Participation confirmed' refers to learners attended the course and the 'course passed' refers to the course test results (=Passed, failed or Not rated). In our organisation, for delivery method 'Classroom training' we do have test results so course pass/fail is not applicable. In the follow up screen the 'Rate participation' step is mandatory whithout which the course cannot be followed up. If I select the course pass as 'Not Rated' the follow up screen rasies an error message 'Unevaluated participant cannot be followed up'. Any ideas as to how to work around this?
    The IMG documention says
    Follow up participation (various options):
    a) Follow up participation (no proficiency changes allowed) You can always follow up the participation, regardless of the participation rating (such as Passed, Not Passed).

    In table T77S0   PLOGI     QUALI         1 A032 Q.
    Maintain relationship A028 b/w Course type and Qualification. This qualification will be assigned to the attendee when you complete the Course Followup Activity (LSO_PSV2 --> Right click on Course --> Follow Up or LSO_PV15).
    Maintain settings in the table V_T77KV_2.

    We did define a new Correspondence which send the "Tanning Certificate" to the learner .
    How we can have the correspondence to be automatic based on the "Follow-up" of the course ?
    The Follow-up can be done in the Learning portal for an on-line test or via transaction LSO_PV15 .

    You can automate the process of followup action.
    You can use the function modules
    LSO_BUFFER_PARTIC_CONFIRMATION and
    LSO_UPDATE_FOLLOWUP.

  • LSO Follow up

    Hi,
    We have a requirement where we need to update CONFIRMED field in database tables HRPAD614 and HRPAD025.
    When we tried using LSO_PV15 Tcode to update CONFIRMED field for external e-learning. It is being greyed out and we are not able to edit that particular field. Only mass changes can be done where it reflects the same results for all the records. But it has to be done for each record.
    Please do the needful ASAP.

    I guess you would have found the answer, if not check the Img node : Control of Process Steps, this is under the LSO > T&M> Recurring activites --> Follow up
    You might have to activate it if you want to maintian it at LSO_PV15.,

  • LSO_PSV1: Attendee to Event Relationship while Booking

    Hi,
    We a requirement where, the LSO Admin,
    1. Cancels the all the booked participants:  Attendee to Event Relationship (A040 - Was cancelled by) gets created in HRP1001 for the Event.
    2. Books the attendees again and follows up to provide attendance.  Attendee to Event Relationship (A025 - Is participated in by) gets created in HRP1001.
    I need this to delete existining relationship (A040) and create the new record (A025) instead of creating a new record in HRP1001.
    Please let me know what configuration to be done in LSO to achieve deletion of the cancellation record (A040) and creation of participation (A025) in HRP1001.

  • How to reopen a course after follow up

    Hi experts,
    I'd like to know if there is a way to reopen a course after follow up in LSO_PV15. The preoblem is the following, many courses were followed up without transfering the qualifications, so I'd like to know if I could follow them up again, this time transfering the qualifications. Is it possible?

    Your approach is absolutely the best possible way to assign qualifications which you have missed imparting them through course followup activity but be very sure of the qualification start and end dates and also create the link b/w course and qualification to have sync data, if you have not maintained.

    If you want to uncheck "followup" check box in Infotype 1026 for a course through PP01, first you need to uncheck "No Maintenance" in table T777i for Infotype 1026 (Infotypes per object type). However, it is not the best practice to maintain this infotype manually (especially after followup). If you have made a mistake and have no choice than unchecking followup flag in IT1026 you can follow above steps.
