Lumia 800 synchrinize with outlook office 365

Hi,
I try to synchronize my lumia 800 with my account in Office 365. It seems that is synchronizing my contacts but in outlook contacts of office 365 I can't see them.
Could someone help me?

I assume you are using the same Microsoft account for the phone and Office 365? And what do you mean exactly by you can't see your contacts in O365

  • Be Warned - Mavericks is not compatible with Microsoft Office 365!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be Warned - Mavericks is not compatible with Microsoft Office 365!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I upgraded to Mavericks on 4 seperate computers, an 2 iMacs, MBPro and an MBAir and ALL four no longer connect to Microsoft Office 365 email accounts either with Office 2011 or the built in Mac apps.  Apple support says "Microsoft knew for a year that Mavericks was coming out and it their job to make it compatible".  I repsonded that their own Apps like Mail, Contacts and Calendar don't work either and they attempted to trouble shoot those apps only to no avail after 4 hours and a Mavericks reinstall.  I have also tried an Office reinstall.
Right now I am no where, stuck between two companies who say it's the other guys fault......

    Me again:
A colleagues more formal description of the problem:
We have had a major problem with people working directly off of the afp reshares with MS Word.
Word creates "Word Work Files" and usually is able to store them in either "Share/Temporary Items/uid/TemporaryItems/" or "Share/.TemporaryItems/folders.uid/TemporaryItems" as long as permissions are correct.
This works under 10.5.7 seed release 9J39 with direct attached storage, but with the Xsan reshared the word work files appear in the same folder as the opened document even though the permission for temporary items are correct.
This causes a number of issues, one being that if one user has a document open and another clears out the word work file then the open document cannot be saved.
Another issue that we have seen is where the word work file is created and then the original document disappears (although I think this may be another user housekeeping the word work files again).
We have tried to persuade users to work on local copies of the documents instead, but old habits die hard...

  • Office 365 DIRSYNC - Sync new AD account with Old Office 365 Account

    Hi Guys,
I've deleted an AD account (let's name it XYZ) that is synced with Office 365. However, I was told that XYZ had joined another dept instead of leaving the company. Therefore, I've recreated another AD account for XYZ and went to the Office 365 Portal to
    recover the deleted mailbox.
However, I wasn't able to re-sync the XYZ AD account with the Office 365 account. Is there anyway to accomplish this? By the way, XYZ do also have an on-premises Exchange 2010 mailbox.
    Thanks.

  • Problems with Outlook and 365

    Hi BarbBouchard,
I can fully understand how you feel when you made several calls to Godaddy and Microsoft but no one resolved the issue.
I think the Go-daddy support sent you to Microsoft since they identified it as a pure Outlook desktop client side issue and it is not related to the Office 365 service provided by them. While the Microsoft support sent you to Go-daddy since they identified
it as a pure server side issue and let you contact Go-daddy to check the Office 365 service.
However, according to your description, I cannot identify the root cause via the limited information yet. BarbBouchard, let's work together to narrow down whether the issue is related to client side or server side. Here are some tips for you:
    1. Check if you cannot send or receive emails on both Outlook desktop client and . I can send and recieve emails on OWA but not from my outlook desktop.
    2. Check if this issue occur to all Office 365 user accounts or only one user account. There are two users on this account and we both had the problem as described here. The second user has not expeireinced this issue since turning
off the automatic updates in options. I did not do that on my desktop and it seems that this problem occurs after an update has been started. There is a message that says update in process. This message never goes away.
    3. Add the problematic account into another PC to check if the issue exists. I did not do this.
If the issue occurs on both Outlook desktop client and OWA, it might be related to the Office 365 account or server side. If so, you will need special assistance from Godady side. Since Office 365 plans purchased from Godady has some customize features and
they are different from the plans directly purchased from Microsoft website.
If the issue only occurs to specific user and Outlook desktop client, the cause may lie in the Outlook desktop client side. As I know it, we have a group which is dedicated handling Outlook client related issue. To provide you with further assistance, it is
recommended you post this issue with detailed information such as symptom at the following Outlook forum:
    Microsoft TechNet Office forums:
Your time and patience are highly appreciated.

    Hi,
Thanks for your question. As per the description, I understand that you're not able to send and recieve emails from your Outlook client.
When you say "turn off the automatic updates in options", which setting exactly do you mean?
"There is a message that says update in process. This message never goes away." - Do you mean the Office client update process or the message on Outlook status bar while Outlook updating your mailbox?
As suggested in above email, please try to add the problematic account into another Outlook client which doesn't have this issue, and verify result.

  • Are you guys on the case with the Office 365 glitch everyones reported / querying - no send / reply buttons visible plus Script Error messages?

    Script: https://r4.res.outlook.com/owa/15.0.775.9/owa2/scripts/boot.0.mouse.js:91
This is just one of the error messages I suddenly seem to be getting using Office 365 on Firefox on a iMac

Some other info gathered from Microsoft's forums:
    (1) [http://community.office365.com/en-us/forums/148/t/190650.aspx Cabt send a reply because send button does not show. - Manage Office 365 - Office 365 - Microsoft Office 365 Community]
Microsoft chimed in and is investigating. These temporary workarounds were noted:
    * Zoom out using Ctrl- (I'm not sure whether you can immediately press Ctrl+ to zoom in again, but with many incomplete or interrupted layout problems, you can)
    * Disable composing replies in the preview area, forcing replies to start in a new window (Office 365: Options > Settings > "Reading Pane" : "Type in a new window")
    * Use "Light Mode": https://outlook.office365.com/owa/?layout=light
    (2) [http://community.office365.com/en-us/forums/172/t/191988.aspx Firefox - Outlook no send button when replying / new mail - Office applications - Office 365 - Microsoft Office 365 Community]
    These temporary workarounds were noted:
    * Right-click an element in the window > Inspect Element, then close the inspector. The user who reported this was using the Firebug extension, but it might work with Firefox's built-in feature as well.
    * Full screen: F11 on Windows or Ctrl+Command+f on Mac
    * Press Ctrl+Enter to send (Windows? maybe Command+Enter on Mac?)

  • Outlook - Office 365

Outlook is supposedly sending email (moves to the Sent folder), but no one is actually receiving them.  We have a webmail interface through Time Warner for our domain and can email successfully, even to Outlook.  We can email through our Android
smartphones as well.  The issue appears to just be with Outlook.  Any ideas?  We were fine Friday 7/11.

We have vanity emails hosted by Time Warner Cable - POP3.  I spent a couple hours on the phone with them yesterday verifying the set-up.  I even deleted and recreated an account from scratch with no luck.  I can send and receive just fine
through their webmail.  I cannot receive anything anyone in my office sends through Outlook (to include test messages to myself or from one account to the other), nor can my customers.  The messages go to the Sent folder and we receive no errors
    when sending or receiving.
    Here are is some information:
We are all running Office 365 - Outlook 2013.
When I checked my "About Microsoft Outlook" and it reads "Microsoft Outlook (R) 2013 (15.0.4631.1000) MSO(15.0.4631.1002) 32-bit
    Part of Microsoft Office 365"
    Shouldn't it be 64-bit?
We were fine until yesterday morning. Not sure exactly when it happened, but I was sending emails early in the AM.

  • Cant open any attachment or downloaded file with any office 365 for small bussines

I cant open any e-mail attachment or downloaded file of any kind with any application in office 365 for small bussines. Since I need it for bussiness need help NOW. Thank you.

    Hi,
Did you get any error message when you tried opening or downloading the attachment?
Are you viewing attachments in Outlook Web App or Outlook desktop client? If you were using OWA when this issue happened, please have a look at this KB article and see if it applies:
    https://support.microsoft.com/kb/2852113
Since this forum focus more on Office desktop client side questions, if it's an OWA issue in Office 365, I'd recommended you post a question in the Office 365 Community forum:

  • How to sync a Lumia Windows Phone with Outlook

    Hi
Like all I see I also bought a windows 800 on the basis that all our team of 50 would change from Iphones to windows so we could sync with our outlook which is not server based but we each run our own outlook folders but no there is no outlook sync.   Yes you can copy to the live account and then use that as your main calendar but who wants to do that?
I asked and was told specifically that it would sync with outlook so the Carephone Warehouse guy either lied or did not know his stuff ( I know what my guess is!)    Amazingly my wife's samsung galaxy using Android does sync.
If you can tell me how I can synchronise my windows phone with my Outlook without exporting and importing CSV and ICS files then please do so.
Moderators note: changed thread title to reflect subject. Moved from another thread.

    Hi wobblybob,
Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting!
When you are told you can sync a Windows Phone with Outlook that would be correct. What you are really asking is 'can I connect my Lumia to the PC with the USB cable and sync with Outlook offline'. The answer to that would be no.
How you sync with Outlook can be answered in a short and long version. The long and extensive version can be found here. The short version is:
For Outlook 2003 and 2007 install the Outlook Hotmail connector and setup an account for your  LiveID, for Outlook 2010 just setup the account and it will prompt you to install the connector. A step by step guide can be found here.
Hope this helps, let us know how you get on!

I am unable to received encrypted emails from my work as when I log into my gmail account once I have clicked onto the email message I keep getting
an error that says I must log out of my hotmail and into my gmail to receive this message.  I do this and still the same message.  I have actually gone onto Hotmail and signed out, gone then back to the link to sign into my gmail link for the encrypted
message to log in with my gmail and password which I have also changed and still same, I am logged into Hotmail and I must log out and sign in with gmail address to access the encrypted message.  I have tried to use IE, Google Chrome and Firefox all with

  • Windows 8.1 Mail app does not sync with the Office 365 account

My company has recently switched to Office 365. Windows 8.1 Metro Mail app does not work with Office365 account. When I switch to IMAP it works but that is soon going to be disabled and is not compliant with the company policy.
I can add the account and it also pushes the security policies but it does not sync email at all. Says account is not available. The tablet shows up on the mobile devices on the office 365 and I could also remote wipe it.
It seems everything works except basing email sync. What could be the issue?

  • Smart View add in 11.1.1.3 Compatibility with Microsoft Office 365

Our organization is looking to move to Microsoft Office 365. Is there any compatibility issues with the Smart View add in version 11.1.1.3? I checked the certification documents, but they do not mention anything about Office 365.

Office 365 Web Apps are not supported and cannot be supported as there is no platform for add-in's in that environment. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13602
Most Office 365 uses cases and users end up with Office installed on the desktop and at that point we are talking about normal Office Support. Right now it is up to the Office 365 administrator to determine the version of Office to be used by their 365 users. http://onlinehelp.microsoft.com/en-us/office365-enterprises/ff637585.aspx
Short answer is that Smart View does not support Office 365 Web Apps and there are no plans to support the Web Apps.
