Made a itunes account then it say contact itunes support to complete this transaction when i have typed in all the detail which are right
made the itunes account after typed in all of my debit card information when i press the continue button it says contact itunes support to complete this transaction.
Have you considered doing exactly what it says to do and contacting itunes support?

They would need an itunes account based in the country in which they live.

I have been getting the same message as well on any transactions I have tried to place. I attempted to contact iTunes support, but was only allowed to leave an email regarding this problem. I will keep you posted if I hear anything.

okay, i've tried changing my password, i've checked in with my bank on my credit card, but still nothing. It keeps saying to "contact iTunes support to complete this transaction" every time i try verifying my billing account. Any Help or ideas??

- I'm using Apple ID Canada and playing a game (i.e. Clash of Clans from http://www.supercell.net) which identifies each game account by their GameCenter account. Hence in case of using only this Apple ID, for how many account game I can buy in-app purchases?

Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs. -

They have fixed it for me before but it still happens every so often and I would love a DYI fix since its on going! And please no answers that are 'contact iTunes support to fix this error' as I know that but you have to wait a minimum 24hrs and the problem is reoccurring.
Seriously, the DIY solution is to contact supprt. There is nothing you can do to magicaly fix this and we can;t help you fix it because we are all just users like you. Contact support.

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1You will need to do what it says, contact iTunes support. Click the Support tab above, then the Get Started link in the Contact Apple Support area and you'll be guided. We are all just fellow users here and so have no idea about the cause of the issue nor any ability to resolve it for you.

Do I have to just reset my password completely and all my security info and re-enter it?
