Make a qr code reader

I want to make a qr code reader app does anyone have a tutorial on how to make one?

You need to tell a bit more.
What expertise do you have? For what platform do you want to write the app? (As if we can't guess -- * sigh *) At what point do you need help to git started? Can you actually program anything at all to begin with?
Source code for the actual QR code reading part that all of the other available QR code reader apps use is freely available, and I'm not even bothering to type it into Google just to give you the url.

Just thinking aloud (can't test it right now myself): I'm not sure whether you can disable (or set read only) a radio button. However, if you don't need one of these options, perhaps you should modify List of Values query which returns these options. Furthermore, it means that list shouldn't be static but dynamic (SELECT statement).
So how do we restrict SELECT's result set? By using a WHERE clause.
Now, you know the conditions that have to be met in order to (or not to) display certain options. Suppose that there's a page item (named P1_CONDITION) which - if set to 4 (as "option*4*) - won't allow option4 to be displayed.
List of values' query might look like
{code}select option_name, option_id
from options
where option_id <> nvl(:P1_CONDITION, -1) --> -1 is a non-existent option
{code}

How to establish code standards to make the abap code more readability

Every programmer have their habit to code, but this lead a problem , it is difficult to read other people's code, especially the complex logic.
So how to establish code standards to make the abap code more readability?
I came up with this:
1.Unify the naming rule.
2.Reduce the nest of 'if' statement. (better in less than 4 if statement in one block )
3.Use more Perform to replace the big code block.
Is there any other standards to make our abap code more readability ? （if we establish the standards, in sap is there any tool to help us to follow the rule we set ?）

There are a number of things you could do. Some of which are:
I would recommend creating your own in-house document on Coding standards, some of which you can control with the code inspector.
It is also possible to set up the transport request in such a way that objects that do not pass the SCI test are not allowed to be released.
I would also assign a senior developer to act as quality control for all developments. You can have a rotation scenario where this work can be divided by the number of senior developers you have.

You can set a text item's property to be non-updateable
You can change this programmatically with set_item_property()

Is it possible to make wrap up codes mandatory as reason codes? What I mean is, when users have to change their status to 'Not Ready' they HAVE to set a reason code for...now, is it possible to do the same with wrap up codes?

Wrap-up data descriptions can be assigned at the global and at the work flow group level. Global wrap-up data descriptions are available to all agents. Work flow group level wrap-up data descriptions are available only to the agents in that specific work flow group.

How can I make my source code with jar file?

I use JDK1.6.0. I can open a class file from rt.jar and get its source code. Does this because open source JDK? I wander how I can make my jar file with source code.

In iCal and Notifications on a notebook, is it possible to expand the notes window to make it easier to read and write notes? In the past, I have used Outlook calendar and tasks and I was able to expand the windows which allowed me to put a great amount of details into either the notes section in events and tasks. Paragon even has non-destriuctive conversion utility if you do want to change drive.
Hard to imagine using 3TB that isn't NTFS. Mac uses GPT for default partition type as well as HFS+

Appending new pages to signed documents now makes Acrobat 9 and Reader 9 mark signature as invalid

Hello!
I have developed a service that appends additional pages to existing PDF documents. Some of the documents the service works on happen to be signed. As the service appends the pages using incremental updates, the signed contents are left untouched. This makes Acrobat 8 and Reader 8 display the signature state as "valid with subsequent changes" which is ok and no one complains about.
Now along come Acrobat 9 and Reader 9, and all of a sudden the signature state is "invalid" which my users do complain about. Telling them that inspecting the signature state details they can see that the signed content still is untouched and the actual change is recognized to be some appended pages, doesn't help either as they in turn forward the documents to their customers who don't accept the documents if the Adobe Reader sais the signatures are invalid.
Does anyone know a way new pages can be added to a signed document without having the new Adobe program versions choke on them?
Even a hint that involves adding some flag to the original unsigned document or the signature itself would help as the users in question can tweak those processes. Due to the nature of the workflow, though, signing unfortunately must happen before my service can add the new pages.

By the way, the signatures in question are regular approval signatures, nothing fancy, especially not certifying signatures (which indeed can forbid any changes or at least any changes but some form fill-ins and annotations)...

In the interest of full disclosure, I got the answer to the problem from one of my distinguished colleagues, I'm just the messenger in this case.
The problem is that the form adds some items to the Arzneispezialität / Zusatztext combobox which are there during signing but the form doesn’t remember that it did this on the next form open.
Since this field is included in the MDP+ signature and the field has changed in the re-opened version vs. the signed version, the MDP+ signature becomes invalid.
XFA has a feature that remembers these kinds of things for you but it is turned it OFF. Please open the attached screen shot to see the control in question.
So, you can either (1) turn this feature ON (Automatically), or (2) write some script to clear the combobox items prior to signing or (3) write some script to repopulate the combobox items on the subsequent open to match the items that were there during signing.

Captions of photos in Yahoo cover the bottom part of pic. Makes it hard to read text and also can't see whole photo. Tried reset Firefox but that didn't work.

When going through photo galleries on Yahoo (in news, omg, etc.) the caption is displayed on top of the bottom 'fifth' of the photo. (The caption should be below the entire photo.) The way the pations are overlayed makes it difficult to read the text of the caption and worse, it makes it almost impossible to see the lower fifth of the photo. I tried resetting Firefox but that didn't change anything. I can't find any yahoo settings or OS X display setting that changed this. I'm using Firefox 25 on a macbook air running OS X 10. Are there any firefox settings that would improve this? Thanks.

You can also try to reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.

If you have made changes to Advanced font settings like increasing the minimum/default font size then try the default minimum setting "none" and the default font size 16 in case the current setting is causing problems.
*Firefox > Preferences > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > Minimum Font Size (none)
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own fonts.
*Firefox > Preferences > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced: [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"
