Make wise material list
I have a material "A" which is procured from vendor "V1" and vendor "V2"
Vendor "V1" supplies "A" which can be of make "Siemens" OR "L&T"
Vendor "V2" supplies "A" which can be of make "ABC" OR "XYZ"
Can I maintain a similar master list in SAP ? I want a report which can give me material vendor link with the allowed product make .
I am using source list & QI record. But can't find a similar feature in the same.
Kindly suggest a solution.

Hi,
You need to look through the SAP help (help.ssp.com) for the help texts on "Manufacturer Part numbers".
there is a complete function that specifically does what you are wanting to do.
It basically allows you to have a manufacturers part number linked to the SAP material number and so if the part is produced by multiple manufacturers you can still use the one SAP number for it but retain links to the actual manufacturers (and their part number etc.)
I have not used this functionality so I can't be more specific, but I know what it can do and it does sound like an ideal solution for your problem.

Use T. Code: SE16 and enter EINA table name.
If u want report for material / vendor, Enter material in MATNR field and execute and get the report.
If u want report for/ vendor /material, Enter Vendor l in LIFNR field and execute get the report.

you can get Cutomer General data from KNA1 General Data in Customer Master, Sales area data from KNVV Customer Master Sales Data, and also the partnumber which are being sold you can get from below mentioned table if you ahve maintained

U can try this
Ur requirement can fulfilled by using combination of fields in condition table of Listing/exclusion
menu path:
Spro-> img>SD-> basic function -
> listing/exclusion->Maintain condition tables for listing/exclusion--> table 003
This table u have to assign to the access sequence. Then this access sequence u assign it to the condition type which is maintainesd in the <b>Procedures for maintaining listing/exclusion</b>
Now try with VB01, then listing/ exclusion for the customer happens at plant

About material listing and exclusion?

I set material Listing and Exclusion procedure to a order type, the exclusion procedure is work well, but the listing procedure do nothing, actually I really don't know what the listing means. is it possible to limit only a group customers can create this kind of sales order ?

basically there are two things will be maintained by the organisation.
1. listing and
2.exclusion.
listing means where the items/materials are listed- represents the material available in the company.
exclusion- where the items/materials removed from the company's list.- material is not available in the organisation.
but in standard SAP, if u r maintained the same material for listing and as well as the exclusion, it considers only exclusion. in that case, u have to go to VB02, and remove the material/items from the exclusion list, so that it item will determines in the sales order while u r creating.
plz. assign those listing/exclusion procedure to ur standard document types. and maintain the condition record thru VB01.

In Display Process Order: Material List, the field of "MRP Distribution Key (RESBD-VERTI or RESB-VERTI) is coming as editable field (Even in Display mode of process order). Is this is standard? Or some configuration is there to make it editable or non editable field even in Display mode of process order?

Do you mean BOM component of process order ?
Deleted mark represent that this material will no longer be used in process order i .e . material will not be issued if it has deletion mark in process order.
Deletion mark will only come if you delete a component after releasing order. If you delete a component before release then it will not be visible as BOM component of process order.

Material list that have been chosen in a certain costing run
In which table I can found the material list that have been chosen in a certain costing run.
Another alternative is to make use of db package dba_jobs and create a job to run periodically (weekly or so) and call a procedure that will basically look for those notifications and check the begin_date and so on and then respond to them if it meets your criteria.
You will need to set the result of the response:

Material listing and exclusionu2026.For Customeer 121,the material listed is A1 and Material excluded is B1 then it should not allow to enter material A2 for the sales order for customer 121, but material A2 is being allowed to enter in the order altohugh material A2 is not listed for the customer121........ And also we want that material A1 will be sold to only customer 121 and to no other customers..For that do we need to maintian exclsuion conditon record for all the other customer(it turns out as very maintenance heavy as to restrict one material to a customer we need to maintain exclusion resord for all other customers)?

You can make use of "Material group1" in MMR - Sales Org Views.
Create New conditoin table with the relevant fields including material group-1, assign this table in Material listing / Exclusing condition types of access sequence.
while maintaining condition record , you can maintain the Material group-1, instead of specific material either in listing or exclusion as needed.
The above is applicable to Customers as well. If you have no.of customers to restrict, then use Customer Group-1 field to restrict by creating new condtion table with this field & create Listing/Exclusion Condition record.. -

I use my Itunes for all my audiobooks. Right now I may have a book that has 28 Cd's. having many books with many cds in the library makes the library list long and ugly. I would like to consolidate the 28 cd files into one large one. but not screw up the indiviual chapters on each cd. I know Left Click, get into I can orginize more information, under options I have labled them audiobook, but that dose not seem to murge all the cds into one. any ideas?

Example:
I have 300 albums with 30K photos distributed in various numbers in each album ( used to be events according to your response)
I add some photos in each album each day
I set all my devices to the cloud etc...
the cloud synchs from my designated "source" Macbook...
the cloud sees this and uploads
then the confusing part...the other devices ( MacBooks, I pad, i phone) all will see the synch and can then be designated to download to each device in the original form as we view it on a Macbook or i phone? What does "full resolution" or optimized previews mean as Leonie replied above?
I need my JPEG images for my education keynote presentations and e mailing images as required from each event as needed ( soon to be albums)
