  • Create delivery  document for line item 5 only manually

    Hi Sap Experts,
We have scenario, we have created sales order with 10 line items while creating delivery we don’t want to show all the 10 line item to delivery creator (creating delivery manually).
We will send him mail saying that create delivery  document for line item 5 and we will provide him material number and delivery date and shipping point with sales order number.
We don’t want to use partial delivery option that split the delivery and we don’t want to use VL10C tcode also.
What are options we have and how to customize this scenario?
    Kindly suggest.
    Regards,
    Kotli

Can you be clear in your requirement?
One requirement is user should not select line items other than the one instructed to them
The other requirement is delivery split should happen based on item category
If your requirement is first one, you need to go with user exit USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_LIPS in include MV50AFZ1 but I am not sure, on what logic, coding to be included in this exit.  If your requirement is second one, then just try in your system and share the outcome how system is functioning.  You will come to know how standard SAP works.

Are you sure its VK11???? I guess for the cancellation if billing document its VF11......
Try to do the manual release to accounitng....by going to VF02 and pressing the Green Flag button after entering the cancellation document number. Or Else Try to reverse the posting with FB08.

  • How to create print document for payment to customer through cash journal

    Dear Sirs,
I have a problem with print document from cash journal. I enter a payment to customer (when I turn the money to customer) and the system makes right posting, but when I try to print this point, system printing document for incom from customer. I'm using business transaction for customer posting in cash journal. I would like to know how I have to manage this posting - payment to customer, or incoming from vendor (returnes advances from emploee)?

    Hi,
please check whether the two solutions below work:
    1. create a contract with milestone billing plan where there are only down payment billings, so that on the basis of the contract you can generate down payment requests and then relevant down payments, release the contract to a sales order which can then be delivered and billed, manually clear the billing document with the down payments
    2. from FI module, create down payment requests via t-code F-37 directly, and then down payment posting, generate sales order directly, and then deliver and bill, manually clear the billing document with the down payments

  • Manual override option for Unit selling price in Order line level.

    In OM R-12
Our client wants manual override option for Unit selling price in Order line level.
But there is no solution available to fulfill this requirment. To be able to manually override the price on a Sales Order line you
must have defined a manual modifier that qualifies for the Sales Order line in question. Without a suitable manual modifier the price cannot be changed.
    This is current standard functionality.
Anybody can give some suggestion/workaround to override selling price in Order header level without using the modifiers.
    regards,

    Hi Kashif,
I'm finding it little difficult to buy Oracle Support's feedback with regards to R12 functionality for direct List Price update without using any modifier (manual or whatever). After all it is Oracle's product and they should know better. But test results in Solution Beacon's Vision 12.0.6 instance (http://www.solutionbeacon.com/tools_r12vision.htm) and documentation updates in R12 (R12.0.4) OM user guide & implementation manuals potray a different picture.
After your last post, I did a test in Solution Beacon's Vision 12.0.6 instance with following details:
OM: List Price Override Privilege = "Unlimited Access" at user level
OM: Discounting Privileges = "None" at user level
No manual modifiers defined and Order status = "Entered"
I could display the "List Price" field from folder under Line Items >> Main tab, override the list price to a new value and save. The unit selling price showed the new value based on updated List Price as soon as I tabbed out of the list price field after overriding. After saving it showed the new selling price. _Please note that under Line Items >> Pricing tab there is another "List Price" field and that is not editable_. For such overrides "View Adjustments" (from Line >> Actions) will not show any adjustment details as it is a direct update of list price.
Also please note that, if "Enforce List Price" checkbox is selected for the order type, the list price cannot be overridden even if the profile option is set to "Unlimited Access".

  • Physical inventory document - for all A parts

    Hi,
We are in the process of preparing our system for physical inventory count for all A parts (Cycle count indicator is A).
    1. We ran MI24 to get all open physical inventory documents.(they are around 100).
2.Then we ran MI31 (didn't create batch input) for all A parts and the following are checked - 1. Material marked for deletion 2. only materials w/o zero stock 3. Unrestrcited use 4. Blocked 4. Include inventoried materials 5. Included inventoried batches. The variant for MI31 includes all A parts in the material selection and the required plant and SL are input. The output said, phy inventory documents could be created for 656 materials.
    3. I wrote a query with MARC and MARD to get all A parts with unrestricted quantity > 0 for the above specified plant and SL. The list produced 882.
The above two counts are not matching.
I ran MI31 for some of the materials which are in the list materials as per point 3 but not in the above 2. But MI31 said, no physical inventory document can be created.
We want to make sure both the both numbers are equal (step 1 + 2 = step 3),  to make  sure all A parts will be counted. Can anyone explain why they are not matching? or Am I missing something?
OR any other ways to make sure all A parts will be counted. Thanks,
    Regards,
    Sundar.

Please refer my comment. It may be useful for you.
There are two ways if you want to carry out Physical Inventory count
    1)Manual -
First check if there are no open PI document for a material using MI31.
Then carry out three transactions one after another MI01, MI04, MI07
    2) Automatic
Maintain CC physical inv. indicator in material master i.e A, B, C
Before that ensure that you have maintained SPRO setting for A, B and C.
Ok Now check the planned count date in MARC table. Run a Z program to change the last count date
Now run MICN and schedule a job to create PI documents

  • Purpose of Manual Payment Advise for Customers

    Hi
What is the use of Manual Payment Advise for Customers, generated through FBE1
    Regards

    Hi Sai,
You wil need the help of ABAP programmer to write the program for this.
Reference field, Invoice date, Invoice amount, TDS deduction, Service tax deduction,WCT deduction, Amount paid,  All these  fields can be picked up from BSIK,BKPF & BSEG Tables.
The Logic is to develop a Z program which will pick up for each document posted, based on Document Number and Date the data for each of the above mentioned fields from the given tables and create a Payment Advice Form on whch he will print the data.

  • VEFU - Manual add entries for INTRASTATE declaration

    Hello
Is it possible in transaction VEFU, during manual adding new entries:
    1. Add also document number? On system 6.0 I have this field not for edit.
    2. Add returns? I'm adding document category Return or Credit Memo, but those values  are not substracted in intrastate declaration. (even when in VEFU i put negative values.

    Hello Malgorzata Paraficz
I am not in EU and not an INTRASTAT expert, but thought I could try and help you.
    Answers to your questions:
    1) Yes, you can add Document number. We are on 6.04 and it is editable, ut I guess the version  should not matter. Note 674218 is intended for lower releases, but  from that you can make it out that you can add document number to add an entry.
    2) You need not add returns manually, SPA says 'if a returns credit memo exists in the system, the system automatically takes the customer returns into account during the dispatch selection and stores them on the receipt side in the intrastat worklist table VEIAV".  But you need to ensure config is correct and complete and all the necessary info must exist in the billing document  for it to be selected. See OSS note 883521 below. However as  note 374682 says " if only a returns document exists, you must always make a manual entry (VEFU)." If you need to report returns on both receipt and despatch side, then you need to follow note 1171707 to automatically generate the entries.
Please go through the following OSS notes:
883521 - Intrastat for returns, cancallations, credit & debit memos
374682 - Intrastat for returns, debit memos, credit memos
1171707 - Intrastat: Reporting returns as arrival and dispatch
674218 - INTRASTAT: VEFU - Document number/item not ready for input
Hope this helps. Let me know.

  • Error in posting Inventory documents for a serialized material

    hi.,
Can someone update me the reason for:
    1. Error in posting inventory documents for a serialized material
What are the steps to be followed during the
    1. Creation of Serialized material
    2. Creating a Purchase document for a serialized material
    3. Generating a G/R for a serialized material.
    4. Generating an inventory document for a serialized material.
    Any update is much appreciated.
    Tx.
    Mahesh

    Hello Mahesh,
Let me try to answer your queries.
<b>1. Generally, how does the flow of Cycle counting go w.r.t to the Indicators A.B.C and D which has been configured in OMCO.
Would that be as per the Consumption/usage of the materials?</b>
The following link will help to understand the cycle count process
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46c/helpdata/en/4d/2b8e3d43ad11d189410000e829fbbd/frameset.htm
<b>2. How are the indicators of A,B,C,D to be set up for the other materials in the particular plant which have not been fixed as CC.</b>
If you run the MIBC (Set ABC indicator) report, it will automatically set the ABC indicator based on your selection parameter.
<b>3. How does the system take up the inventory count for materials that have not been flagged as CC Fixed.</b>
Cycle counting inventory will be carried out only for the material with ABC indicator for cycle count, if you exclude the material from MIBC report or manual ABC setting then that material will not be considered under cycle count when you execute MICN report to create cycle count inventory doc.
<b>4. How does the sytem take up the inventory count for materials for materials which have been flagged as Fixed.</b>
Material with CC fix indicator means when MIBC report will not change CC indicator for that material with fix indicator, so when you run MICN report at that time system will take last inventory date from MARD table for that material and calculate the next due date based on ABC indicator in material.
    Hope this helps.
    Regards

  • Where can I get documents for Oracle?

I only have Installation Guide and Administrator's Reference for Oracle 8i. I want to particularly learn how to use tools of Oracle 8i. Where can I get documents for them?
    Thanks for your help,
    Xu

The rest of the manuals used to be included on the same CD with the product software, but no more. I don't think you can download the complete documentation set (although you can browse it) but you can order one of their CD "packs" and a separate doc CD is included in that. If you get it under their evaluation/development license, it's just a media/shipping charge--something like $35 for the whole "pack."

  • Manual PL30 Documents & C/I Divestitures

    Hi Group,
We're working to divest some companies at the end of a period in BCS 6.0.
We're left with a residual balance in COI clearing item (offset in retained earnings & dividends paid) that we're trying to clear down (client request).  We don't have an issue booking a manual PL30 to get the results that we want, but when we rerun the C/I task the system is "seeing" the adjustment and reversing it.
In the document type definition, we're using application area Consolidation of Investments.  The document is not included in the Location of Values customizing (it's not even shown, actually).
Is the C/I activity seeing this adjustment because we're doing a total divestiture and the document is coded as app area Cons of Investments?  In the past, I've used App Area "Other" and the PL30's were always ignored during the divestiture and other tasks.  If this is the case, I suppose I can either come up with a new PL30 document type with app area other, or re-post the adjustment with a different investee (default that is not part of the hierarchy) so the system doesn't know which subsidiary to apply it to.
Any help is appreciated...I've got about 16 hours to come up with a solution
    - Chris

    Thanks Dan,
I've done app area Other in the past without issue.  We were doing this in release 6, but we had started development on release 4 and I don't think we had the option to set a manual document to App Area COI.
What I've noticed is that with App Area Other, the posting is made to a Cons Group (in header) and investee can be included in the document line items.  If you divest the investee from the group, the manual PL30 documents with this investee are not impacted.
With App Area COI, both the cons area and investee are part of the document header. When divesting the investee, the manual PL30 document is reversed (similar to how the regular COI documents booked for the investee would be reversed).  This is probably good for a "subsequent consolidation" adjustment, but not good if you're clearing down the investee after a divestiture.  If you rerun the cons task afterwards, your manual document is essentially reversed by the COI.
My solution, for now, was to use the App Area COI but to set the investee equal to the parent of the group.  In my specific case, I don't need to worry about this parent being divested.
In the future, I may make an additional COI doc type w/ App Area Other for these circumstances.  This would prevent the COI from overriding the adjustment.
    Thanks,
    Chris

  • Help PDF Document for Photoshop Elements 7

When I was using Photoshop Elements 6, I was able to download a file named pselements_6_help.pdf which was a pretty good help manual for PSE6.  It had much more information than was available in the online help documents that you go to when you click on Photoshop elements Help in the Help menu, and it is searchable.  I was unable to locate a similar document for Photoshop Elements 7.  Is such a document available, and if so, how do you get it?

I am trying to fin a manual in Spanish for a g4 imac. The apple websites list manuals for newer models but not for a g4 (bought in 2002)

Could possibly the following manual be of some use?

EDIT: Sorry, just noticed that you wrote iMac. This is the area for "normal" Power Macintosh computers; G4 iMac would be handled at the iMac (PPC) community. Some manuals for older/newer machines, and even other models, can often be used to a certain extent.

  • Enter manually reference document number in Invoice Header

    Hi gurus,
In order to keep a proper numerical sequence of invoices issued in the Company ( between those that are printed in excel and in SAP), we need to set manually a number in the SAP invoice document that we will use to print the form, and that is independent from the one assigned internally.
What would be the best field to set this number?
Reference number (in Header - Accounting data) would be a good choice, but seems like it is managed through copy control and can only be assigned automatically to: Customer PO #, Sales order #, Delivery #, External delivery # and current invoice #. Would it be possible to assigned it manually?
thanks for your always valuable ideas,
    VL

Thank you Ken for your answer,
The thing is that we need to transfer this field to accounting, this is why t¡he best choice would be the reference document number.
External range number is not a feasible option because it is required an internal number assignment but the one to be painted in the form and transferred to accounting has to be entered manually in the invoice header.
It is not so easy to enter reference document number manually as it has a copy control assignment as commented in my first note.
Any help would be very appreciated.
    Thanks,
    VL
