Mass Transaction to delete a Transfer Requirement (TR) and cancel TO

Hi All,
I would like to know of any mass transaction or function module that can delete bunch of Transfer Requirements (TR). Currently using LB02 to delete each TR.I would also like to know a way to cancel the confirmation of bunch of TOs. We are currently using LT15 to cancel each TO manually.
This is required during production support to clean-up some bad data in Prodn System.
Thanks.

Hi Ranga,
Thanks for a quick reply.
I cannot use storage type to cancel the TO confirmation, because all the TOs that I am trying to clean-up do not belong to the same storage unit. I have a bunch of TO numbers which I would like to clean-up.

Swapnil

  • Is there a mass transaction for deleting processing locks

Using trx FPLKDEL will not help, because the locks were not set using FKLOCK2.

    Hi,
You can also try FPE2M for deleting processing locks at item document level. The limitaion of this code is that the documents should have the same " Due by date".
You can also do some config if you need specific screnn layout as well.
Let me know if this helps.

  • Required attribute and cancel action

How am I supposed to handle the following case (simplified):
    <h:inputText required="true" value="#{somebean.property}" />
    <h:messages />
    <h:commandButton type="submit" value="Cancel" action="cancel" />
The "cancel" action is configured in faces-config.xml to navigate to another page and works like expected without the "required" attribute.
But if I include the "required" attribute I get a validation error message and the navigation to the wanted page does not take place.

For action like "cancel" I would recommend to use attribute "immediate"
    <h:commandButton action="cancel" value="Cancel" immediate="true"/>Vladimir

  • Splitting a Transfer requirement .

    Hi All,
I have a requirement for splitting a Delivery in to Transfer requirement for every line Item. If this is possible . Cause i have to receive this delivery in RF Using LM71 transaction, so if i receive i only get one Transfer requirement created. and at the same time i also need to print labels for every Line Item.On the other hand the delivery is not received by line Item but as a whole.so is there any back ground logic which can be used for splitting the transfer requirement by line Item for each delivery.
    Thank you

  • Transfer requirements for material (WM)

    Hi,
in trx LB11 I noticed that for a material there is transfer requirement number and the related requirement (production order).
If I execute trx SM12 I can see that a user is working on that transfer requirement.
When another user try to create a transfer order on the above transfer requirement , system
replies with an error which says that is not possible to create the transfer order. System doesn't tell which user name is
    locking the transfer requirement
I cannot understand what is the problem and I always have to unlock by SM12 the transfer requirement so that it will available for another user
Could You help me to understand what is the problem ?

It seems that a custom trx groupes many TR and then creates transfer orders.
    So user lock many TR....
I asked to the consultant to create a custom message which tells that a user is processing the same TR number....

  • "Deleted items: Synchronize deleted items between this mailbox and my device?" questions

When I log into the BIS site for Sprint, it gives me the option at the bottom that says
"Deleted items: Synchronize deleted items between this mailbox and my device." at the very bottom
What does this really mean? I am confused because when you delete an email off the blackberry, it gives you 3 options, delete from "mailbox & handheld," "handheld," and "cancel".
So, if I have the "Deleted items: Synchronize deleted items between this mailbox and my device." clicked...does that mean when I just choose delete from "handheld" only, it will STILL delete the email from my actual "mailbox" too?
I don't want it to delete the email from my "mailbox" if I choose to delete from "handheld" only on my blackberry
Does anyone know more about this?
    Thanks guys

    in my opinion :
if you choose to delete on device only, it will never delete on your server.
but best is you to try for one test message and you'll know for sure. And tell us.

  • Mass deletion of dependent requirement

    hi
Can we delete the independent requirement in mass.
    Regards,
    Anand

    Dear,
To delete the dependent requirement you need to close the parent order i.e. the status of the order should be TECO. You can TECO the order in COHV transaction...selecet all the orders and selcet the mass processing for TECO.
    Or
If you want to do it for a specific component
See that the dependent requirement material i.e. the component. goto the component detailed view, here you find one check box called final issue check box, Please activate this. Then the requirement from this order will be deleted.
    please come back if required

  • Transfer Requirement with Inbound delivery.

    Hi Guys,
    I have the following problem:
    The Warehouse is HU managed.
When I have a Purchase Order and I do a Goods Receipt the system is creating a Material Document and in addition a Transfer Requirement.
    But
When I have a Purchase Order and I have an Inbound Delivery, before I can do my Post Goods Receipt I have to do my TO creation and confirmation.
In IMG under Handling Unit Management > Basics > Delivery > Define Sequence of Transfer Order - Goods Receipt I can make my settings so that I can do my Post Goods Receipt before my TO creation and confirmation.
This means that I have again first a Material Document. Only in this scenario I do not get a TR, although in the WM - IM interface for movement 101 TR creation is set to X.
How can I get my TRs?
Thanks in advance for your help.

    Answers to your questions:
    Yes                 Yes             No.
The MIGO transaction is there to do the GR at the moment the truck is at your door, the inbound delivery transaction (VLxxx) is there to have an ASN creating the inbound delivery days before the truck will arrive. To avoid open TRs sitting there for days, the system normally doesn't create the TRs. The posting of the GR (and the availability for MRP etc) can only be done after the TOs are created and confirmed. If you look at an inbound delivery under the subsequent functions it says "create TO".
So you create TO from the inbound delivery and after that you post the GR.
Only, there is a way to turn around the sequence (when using HUs) but then the Mat Doc is created and not a TR.
We need the TR to be send by IDOC to another system.

  • Transfer Requirement not getting created

    Hi All,
    My query as below;
Production order is created using KANBAN (Control Cycle/Supply Area is defined) using classic KANBAN.
WM is in place and all the setting related to TR/TO creation for WM movement type 103 is in place.
When i am trying to receive this Production after completion it is not creating the TR/TO, while as material document is getting generated and shows the stock directly in interim storage type 901 without creating TR and TO.
Further i checked there is indicator in Production order i.e "Kanban indicator" that gets checked automatically when Production order is created using KANBAN Processs and if i remove that indicator forcefully, TR and TO is getting created normally.
Please provide some inputs where can be the problem and how TR and TO can be created normally eventhough KANBAN indicator is checked in Production order and where i can found the setting related to "KANBAN INDICATOR".
    Appreciate your help.

    Hi Maddy
Thanks very much for your response.
    1. When you use KANBAN, you define separate KANBAN storage location, which is different from WM-managed replenishment storage locations, and separate KANBAN interim storage area with storage bin.
Yes different storage location is defined which is not WM-managed in supply area.
As you said Control Cycle is defined, see if the interface is properly defined for both of these Sloc.
Where i can check whether interface is properly defined or not.
    2. See if you have defined the KANBAN replenishment strategy with Control type Transfer Requirements from a Storage Location which is being controlled by WM in the Customizing for Production under KANBAN > Replenishment Strategies > Define Stock Transfer Strategies
    Actually for a material two strategies are defined like;
    1) In-house Production strategies-0003-
supply area is defined with storage location which is IM managed.
And when this order is completed and i am trying to receive this in WM SLOC (usally whatever SLOC we have defined in supply area it proposes that SLOC at the time of receipt but i am changing this manually to WM managed SLOC) using transaction MIGO, it is directly taking the stock to 901 interim storage type and in total the stock increases but the problem is when TR is not getting created i am not able to take this to the storage bin as per strategies defined.
    2) Stock Transfer Strategies-This is working fine and in that TR/TO is working fine.
    3. For TO to get created automatically by the system from the transfer requirement, see if an indicator Automatic TO creation in the replenishment strategy is set or not. Yes this is set for stock transfer strategies but i didn't find option to check the TO creation automatically for in-house production strategy
    4. Also, check that you have set up a suitable replenishment movement type for KANBAN in the Customizing for Warehouse Management under Activities > Transfers > Define Movement Types (i.e.standard is 350 for KANBAN replenishment)-Yes this is also defined correctly.
Appreciate your more inputs on this.

  • Procedure for Clearing Open Transfer Requirements & Posting Changes

    Dear All,
With my present SAP System, both IM & WM Stocks are zero for a given Sales Order / Line item. But there are pending Transfer requirements & Posting changes due to the fact that the users have not completed up until the TO Confirmation Stage. Now that the stocks are in harmony in both IM & WM, what do we do to the open transfer requirements and posting changes. What is the best practice procedure for the above scenario.
Appreciate an advice for the above scenario
    Thanks

    Hello,
Write a program which will call transaction LB02 for TR & LU02 for Posting change notice (PCN).This program will make status of these TR & PCN complete.
    I already used the same.

  • List of Open Transfer Requirement(TR)

    Hi all
I want to know about report : List of Open Transfer Requirement(TR). Where i have to get the details. ie. Which table i have to get it? Can any one explain that reports briefly? Any Standrad T.code is there ?

    Hi Muthu,
You can use LB10 standard transaction to get the list of open TRs. You can start to process them in this transaction.
TR-tables: LTBK (header), LTBP (item) - you can use LTBK-STAU to sort out cmpleted&partially processed TRs.

  • RE: Auto-closed all open Transfer requirements

User sometimes uses LT10 to move stock from Receiving area to bin.
Because of this, there are many open Transfer requirement.
Is there a way the system will closed off the transfer requirement?
In which User exit can this routine be setup?
    Thanks
    bye

One way of doing this is by marking open transfer requirements as completed in transaction LL01 (warehouse activity monitor).
To run the warehouse activity monitor, you will have to define the variants in customizing.
When you get this report running, double click on the line for 'Open Transfer Requirements'. In the next screen, click on the button 'TR status deliv. completed.'
Another was is to do this individually in transaction LB02.
To my knowledge, there is no user exit to automate this. Perhaps you can write a custom BDC on LL01 transaction and run the program on regular intervals (PS this way you may end up closing genuine or un-processed Transfer Requirements as well!)

  • Transfer Requirement for Movement Type 262 (Cancel With Ref to Reservation)

    Hi Experts,
it is possible to configure the system to create a Transfer requirement for movement type 262 (Cancel With Reference to reservation) ?
When i execute a movement type 262 (Cancel with reference to Order), the system creates a Transfer Requirement, i can process it in transaction LB12. Now i am using the movement type 262 to Reservation, but the system does not create a transfer Requirement.
I am using SAP ECC 6.0.
    Thanks in advance,
    Alejandro López.

    Hi Alejandro,
Can you clarify what process you are performing by this comment? .. "_Now i am using the movement type 262 to Reservation"_.
As per standard process TR (transfer requirement) creation takes place as per the setting in IM-WM interface. Please check in Tcode OMLR, if TR create field is having "X" for the warehouse and reference movement type record. Normally whenever any material document gets posted in IM, MM-WM interface provide the decisions about which WM movement type to pick for warehouse and data about TR , PCN and TO creation.
    Hope this will help.
