Material aging report

Hi everyone ,
I have to develope material aging report, where client wants the output that they want to see is as fallows ..
1) 12 Textbox with manual input in 6 textboxes.... i,e they have an existing local ERP report in which they will enter 6 textboxes manually
Ex.. If they enter '0' they want 1 to be populate automatically and the data should be of 1 days back , If they enter '30' in next textbox they want 31 to be populate automatically and they want 1-31 days data , If they enter '48' in next text box they want 49 to be populate automatically and they want 31-49 days data and so on .
2..The thing is that how to give a 6 textboxes for the manual entry
3..What are the inputs fields to be consider for the material aging will the 'LQUA' table fields work ... as i came to know there is a standerd report for Inventory Aging .....should i go for this.

There is no standard report. z-report would be the solution.
If you use, India Localization for subcontracting - J1IFR may help.

Material Ageing Report Through ABAP( MC46 Tcode Wise)

Hi,
I want to develop report for Material Ageing Report which is similar to the Tcode MC46 but the problem is functional consultant told me about this tcode only and there is no such information regarding the specified tables which are to be used. I had searched in SDN also but i did not got the desired information.

Hi,
After comparing the tcodes MC46 and MC50,i am able to trace out that data is coming from the MBEW table but the problem is the ageing logic works on As On Date and the data to be *picked Less Than Equal to Posting Date *.
There is no such field present on which i can made this logic succesful.. i tried to develop the report through different tables also(BSIM,MSEG and MKPF) but the quantites and the amount is coming accurate after comparing it with the above mentioned Tcodes.
Is there any other table through which this problm can be solved....?

I need to list the inventory on a specific date - agewise based on First-in-first-out method
<= 1 month purhcased
>1mth <=2 mth purchased
>2mth <=3 mth purchased
>3mth <=6 mth purchased
>6mth <=1yr purchased
>1 yr <=2 yr purchased
>2yr <=3 yr purchased
>3yr purchased
This should cover all types of inventory like,
Components
Finished Parts (this case instead of purchases it will be Vdin date)
Consumables
Loose Tools
Spare Parts
I have to extract both Qty and Value
This inventory list should cover all the plants.
If there is any standard report, please let me know.

There are two Standard reports :
1. MC46 - Slow Moving Items
2. MC50 - Dead stock items
Here you need to enter the period for last consumption in days. This will be the scope for the execution and record selection. You can use daily usage check box for more accurate output (but it may delay the output).
The output will be list of materials, description and the days since consumption. Click on Triple line button for more comprehensive listing.

I need to create batchwise material aging report availible in stock. I am fatching most of fields from mseg table and I am taking ERFMG from mseg for stock availibility.

Inventory Ageing report

Hi
I require Inventory (raw material) ageing report. Ageing date must be calculated from date of goods receipt.
For example:
I have 100 units of Raw Material A.
Goods receipts date were as follows:
30 units: 1st April 2009
45 units: 1st July 2009
25 units: 1st September 2009
So inventory aging as on 30th September must be:
(days calculated from GR date to 30th Sept)
0 - 30 Days --> 25 units
31 - 60 Days --> 45 units
61 - 90 Days --> 30 units
Let me know TCode from where i can get the inventory ageing as mentioned above or let me know the TCodes / Tables which be helpful for developing report.

days stock is lying with the Stores from procurement date.

Pls check the t-code Check details in t.code: S_P00_07000139 In Inventory Ageing report is based on the stock movements of material/m. group/m. type within different plants and depots in a company code.
All the plant activities are based on inventory ageing only. That is in order to make a procurement plan periodically, which is the first and foremost important activity in plants, they need existing stock details and based on this, they float POs on vendors. Wherever stock is available, plant can avoid ordering further and dump the inventory.

How to consider internal transfer movement for material aging Z report

Hello Expert ,
we are developing Z repot for material ageing .
In this we are using BSIM table but in our case internal transfer movement such as ( 411 ,412 ,413 ,etc.) create debit credit entry in BSIM for this reason value of material getting correct but age of material get disturbed .
we are having sale order stock (E), WBS stock(Q) , Collective stock , Vendor Stock (o) & stock transfer between stock type possible.
For all above consideration how to calculate material Age.

another question; how to unify the stock locations rather than maintaining different locations such as sales order stock, free goods, commercial stock and in the same time the margin reporting to be based on transaction/line item in sales invoice?

The report MC.9 shows Last movement date/Last receipt date / Last issue date.
In period to analyze give appropriate date range
Or
check MSEG & MARD table to get details about material documents with date

I hope for your new requirement this might help you .
If you want to perform an analysis based on the key figure dead stock, proceed as follows:
From the Inventory Controlling menu, select Environment -> Document evaluations-> Dead stock.
1. The selection screen appears.
2. Specify the desired analysis criterion and selection parameters.
You can carry out the analysis for all plants, that is, for each material, data from all plants are grouped together or only for certain plants, that is, the analysis is created for every designated plant. Any period can be selected for the analysis. The system suggests 90 days as the period to analyze, the calculation starting from the current date.
The following functions can be used to process the material list.
Detailed Display
By using the function Detailed display, you can call up in a table or graph form detailed data for a material including the respective material document. You can analyze all material documents that are related to the evaluated stock of a material.
If you want to view detailed information for a certain material, proceed as follows:
Position the cursor on the desired material in the results list and select Edit ->Detailed display.
A dialog box appears in which you can choose either a graph or table display.
If you select the graphic, you can display the latest information on:
     Cumulative receipts/issues
     Warehouse issues
     Warehouse receipts
     Stock level
If you select the table, you can display the following information:
     Stock movements
     Cumulative stock movements
     Current stock level
From the stock movement table you can drill down as far as the material document level to see detailed information. To display stock movements on a particular day, position the cursor on the relevant line and select the Choose function. A popup window appears which displays all the movements on the selected day. The individual movements for a selected date are displayed in a dialog box.
To display the document for a particular movement, position the cursor on the relevant line and select the Choose function. A popup window appears which displays the document.
Similarly you can try for the slow moving also .please let me know wether you were able to find what you were looking for .

Ar Aging Report based on transaction lines

I am trying to write a query to calculate aging report at line level. The user needs a query which calculates the aging value at at line level because the ra_customer_trx_lines_all has attribute1 populated with a value from (A,B,C,D).I need get the aging value for each group(attribute).

Also I dint yet add the as of date parameter.I suppose the tables have to change in that case.Can any one help me with that tooo.
The above query kinda generated the value I was looking for.But when I ran the query for just a few more lines included.The query took forever to run.
Can you please help me on this ASAP.

You can run the Transaction Register report for specific Transaction reason/ a range and see the related material transactions.

AP AGING REPORT PARKED INVOICE

Hi Experts,
I have one new requirement in AP Aging Report Parked invoice
Needs to display report out put as below.
Days Count Amount
0-30 Days
31-60 Days
61-90 Days
91-120 Days
121-150 Days
151-180 Days
181-210 Days
211- Remaining Days
Based on Document Date (0Doc_Date) when report will execute should count same day to before 30 days count should be display in Count Column and Amount should display in Amount column. Like this days should be count
This is very high pri issue for me. Can you please provide your guidelines, how can I design this report.
And let me know if it required more details.
