Materials not saved into COPA
There is a case in my company, where some materials of a billing document aren't saved in COPA depending on it's Item Category. This box is not well documented and I have to look where this condition is located. I'm guessing is in one User Exit, but I can find it.
Any idea how to find it? I checked other user exit and their using this command to clean COPA: clear: xaccit-paobjnr, but the "Where-used list" is not working for this field
Any idea will be much appreciated.
in this case , we can use lot of options ,
for our first attempt will be on GGB0/1.check this one.
or If u are sure abt Implementated Project(CMOD) , then check in SE15.

I guess the issue might be with your Item Category in SD.. Is it set relevant for billing??
See if the Billing Type has been entered in KE4W and the VF reset for it
Check in VFX3 if the invoice is lying there for any error.... Try to release the Billing to accounting and you may get the error message

Multiple Edits in Photoshop not saving into Lightroom?
In Lightroom 3 I was able to edit in Photoshop, save the file, then make another edit in photoshop and save it under a different name, and that file would also show up in Lightroom.
For example;
in Lightroom I select "Image 1" and select edit in photoshop,
I edit this in photoshop and save.
Lightroom shows "Image 1-edit"
I make another edit and select "Save As" and save it as "Image 1 Alternate".
"Image 1 Alternate" shows up in Lightroom next to "Image 1-edit"
This does not appear to be happening with Lightroom 4. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?

I'm assuming here that you are using Photoshop CS5.x and the current version of Camera Raw? If so, this is as expected...LR4 is using a pipeline that will match up to ACR 7 when it's released.
As it is now, LR4 must actually do the processing prior tp sending it to Photoshop. LR4 also has to save the file on disk prior to sending it to Photoshop.
If you were using ACR 7 in CS6 then ACR would actually be doing the processing and the behavior of this way of opening in Photoshop does NOT have to save the file prior to sending it to Photoshop. When ACR does the opening, you can do a Save or a Save As and Lightroom will know about those saves. Pretty LR4 doesn't know where the Save As file goes to and that's why it isn't showing up.
The two basic behaviors; LR synced with ACR and LR not synced with ACR goes back to version 2 (I think). It's a limitation in LR when LR and ACR aren't in sync. -
Sales Employee Description is not following into COPA
Dear Experts
I have set sales employee as a characteristic in my operating concern that was triggered from PAPARTNER. From there I developed then run COPA report painter (KE30) for sales employee with ALV display options. In fact the report can only display sales employee code, without the description. I desperately need sales employee description in my report, based on user requirement.
Here we didn't activate HR module. In the same time SD has defined Sales Employee as Partner Function (SE) in customer master data. The Partner Function is looked up the sales employee name from HR table, PA0001 so that they can display sales employee code and name in the customer master data.
From the story above I've tried to do some ways, such as:
Changed display options from ALV to Drilldown -> with this way, sales employee description can appear from the report, but actually I just need the ALV report because of my client didn't accept the report layout except ALV. This is my big problem.
2. I found other threads with similar problem with me, then I tried to follow that instructions that will be described below:
I tried to create new char WW100 with PARVW table for sales employee then follow these steps:
Create 2 derivation rules in KEDR using table look up (table VBPA) for the same partner function
1. In one Der Rule, make the sale order item KDPOS as constant value 0000
2. In the other one, dont make it a constant....Leave it as it is
DERIVATION RULE 1
SOURCE FIELDS
VBPA-VBELN = COPA-KAUFN
VBPA-POSNR = COPA-KDPOS
VBPA-PARVW = GLOBAL-USERTEMP1 (Click on Magnifying lens.. Specify Constant = Your SD Part Function)
TARGET FIELDS
VBPA-KUNNR = COPA-WW100
DERIVATION RULE 2
SOURCE FIELDS
VBPA-VBELN = COPA-KAUFN
VBPA-POSNR = COPA-KDPOS (Click on Magnifying lens.. Specify Constant = 0000)

Unfortunately the ways above still can't solve my problem, the report still only show the sales employee code without description. At the last whether possible if i want sales employee characteristic with origin table coming from PA0001, so that data will derive from HR table? or perhaps any other solution to solve my case?

I want a clarification - Does the value flow properly to the value field and only the description is not coming?
1. If the value flow is proper and only description is a problem, then check whether compunding has been used in KEA5 for the characteristc WW100? If yes, check the text table for WW100 and compare it with the origin table in terms of the fields in both the tables.
(My guess is that not all the compunding characteristics are available in text table)
2. If value flow is a problem, then compare SE16 and SE16N for any sales order for the denotion of partner function field PARVW. Sometimes the denotion of partner function (two character code) may vary in SE16 and SE16n.

Capture time is not saved into JPG file! (LR 2.0)
Hi,
I have this JPG file with no EXIF data whatsoever but I know it's capture time so I went to Metadata » Edit Capture Time and changed the capture time. Now, on Lightroom in the Library module, I can see the capture time there and then I save the metadata with Metadata » Save Metadata to File. However, when I check the file on Windows Explorer, the capture time (or date taken as named by Windows) is not specified at all.

I don't have that box checked but it shouldn't matter because I'm not talking about exporting new files to update the metadata. I'm talking about updating the files metadata within the files that are already added to the library.

Movies are not saved into apple tv hard drive
My movies are syncing however they are not staying sored in the device like it should. When I finish viewing the video about a minute later it disappears. I hope its nothing major I am new to this since I just purchased it about a week ago.
Why sync anything content to the ATV? Other that photos - to enable the screensaver built from the iPhoto library - the seems to be nothing to be gained from synching assuming a decent wireless router.
Indeed personally I do exactly as you suggest and sync none of my content except for photos and a few tunes to act as slideshow audio. However if all I had was a laptop and needed it to go to work with me say, I would sync content so the rest of my family could continue to use the tv while I'm away.
What do you foresee in the next ATV update with regard to additional features and content? What are the most requested features in your opinion?
What I foresee would be speculation and to post such thoughts would likely get the thread deleted. I don't suppose it would be too speculative to expect some new features after leopard has pounced, but exactly what those might be I have no idea.
I think better organisation of content is a widely requested feature, which would include nested folders and the ability to choose what criteria is used to order items.
Another widely requested feature is being able to play video one after the other without having to select and start a new one. I'm not sure though if not being able to do so is an oversight or done on purpose to protect the tv from 24/7 video playback.
Many would like to see the tv be used to hold content and for that content to be safely deleted from one's itunes library, I'm afraid I see this as an ill thought out requirement with the potential for one to lose all ones precious media all too easily. -

Copy the control to a new VI as before, and change it into a control.
Create the diagram shown in the attached screen shot.
Run the new VI. You will get two arrays: one of x-axis values and one of y-axis values.

Hi experts,
In one of the client, while creating SO, it is entirely not derived into COPA, not even a single characteristic or a value field, which is weird, because in another client, nothing's wrong. I have checked the COPA related customizing:
- KEDR, no error issue is ticked
- KEA0, environment and data structure is generated correctly (green light)
- KEKE, profitability analysis is active
- KEKF, activate transfer of SO is active (with indicator '1')
The SO is created, but nothing is created in COPA (i checked ke24 and ke30, nothing related the SO is there). I simulate the transfer for that existing SO, nothing is derived.
Any suggestions what could have possibly gone wrong?

Is your sales order item category having billing plan relevant, if this is the case have you maintaine billing plan?
what kind of billing you are using , delivery based , order based , and whether billing plan is used or not.
How incoming order is updated in COPA on the date of entry or based on schedule lines, if it is based on schedule line , are schedulelines properly maintianed.
if there are many exists implemented in SD , check whether any of exit having certain condition on the fullfillment of which only copa doc is posted. -
Data is not inserted into database through OA-Page
Hi all,
I developed a region to store supplier additional information.In that region i'm able to enter data into fields and data is sucessfully stored into custom table.But when I embedded that region with Supplier-Address Book page(in R12) page through Personalization i'm facing a problem with inserting data into custom table.i.e After I entered data the data is not goes to custom table and the fields which are filled by data are also not cleared.
Could anyone please help me..

First I just created region in Jdeveloper and ran it from jdeveloper then it's working fine.After this I added custom region in seeded xml page file and then ran page from Jdeveloper,then the data is not saved into custom table.
Steps I followed:
1. I created an EO(oracle/apps/pos/supplier/server)
2.Created VO based on above EO(oracle/apps/pos/supplier/server)
3.Created AM based on VO(oracle/apps/pos/supplier/server)
4.Created one Region based on this view instance.(oracle/apps/pos/supplier/webui)
5.Created one CO for the above region.( compiled and ran this standalone region then it's working fine)
6.Now I embedded the above region with the page which is located in oracle/apps/fnd/ framework/toolbox/tutorial/webui/SupplierSearchPG.xml through personalization.
When I entered into customized region the "save " button in my region is not highlighted.only "GO" button in SupplierSearch is highlighted.when I click on "save" button in my custom region it's not calling the controller.
could you please give me any solution for this.

Check whether any standard cost estimate is existing for that material for which your billing. If it is there then check whether costing key from COPA is able to access the cost estimate.

Hi. I just got the iPhone 6, plugged into itunes and made the mistake of putting an OLD back up on my new phone resulting in losing all contacts after 2013. They are not saved on the cloud. Is there any way to go back to before I screwed up?
If you have performed a sync with the device since you restored this old backup, then don't bother looking for another backup. iTunes writes over the last backup each time you sync. If you were handling contacts in iCloud, you would find them by logging into iCloud. Or you can check settings and iCloud and see if the button it on for Contacts. Otherwise it might have been on the computer, if you had a program that syncs with iTunes and handles contacts, depending on the computer system you use. If Windows, it would be Windows Contacts or Outlook. If a Mac, there is a Mac Address book as well.

I received an Keynote update notice on my Mac Air. I updated and now can not get into my saved keynote docs. I am being asked to upgrade again and purchase the upgrade. Anyone else having this issue?
Try this repair, ensure you complete all the tasks and in the order shown:
1 delete all the iWork applications if you have them, not just Keynote, use Appcleaner from Mac Update to do this, its freeware
2 restart the Mac; Apple menu > restart
3 immediately after the start chime, press the shift key until you see the Apple symbol.
let it fully boot up, it will take longer as the OS is repairing the drive
4 when fully booted, go to Applications > Utilities > Disc Utility; click on the boot drive then First Aid tab and click repair disc permissions
5 when complete, restart the Mac normally
6 install Keynote from the Mac App Store

Check first with one record you are able to create the material Manually by using tcode MM01.
Or Rerun the batch Input in Foreground mode so that you can see the error or whether Materila no is created
I do not think so any test mode in Batch Input session.
Check the Log in SM35 for your session if you have any error messages.

Sent messages from secondary account are not saved in Outlook 2011 for Mac
We are using a shared email account added in Outlook 2011 for Mac. It's not the default account but we send from it often.
Whenever sending from this secondary mailbox, the message is not saved in sent items folder under the secondary mailbox or the default mailbox. There seems to be no record of the sent item anywhere.
I verified the message is sent and received.
All microsoft updates have been applied and we are using Exchange 2010.Hello,
Please first log into OWA and check if the email are saved in the Sent Items folder.
We can tick the option "Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder" in Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013 to save a copy of sent message, please check if you get such option in Outlook for Mac.
In addition, in Outlook for Windows, we can change a registry key to force Outlook to save sent emails in the default or secondary mailbox, but I'm not sure if Outlook 2011 has such trick. See:

Not saving copy of sent messages.
Hi, I used to have my mail account set up as an Imap but I started to get a lot of messages come into my mailbox with text missing in the subject or sender lines and even have the content be empty. I switched it to a pop account and all that stopped. Lately, I've missed having the messages stay on my server so I can check them again from work the next day so I set up an imap account again. It is working (about one week) but I'm having two issues. Sometimes the missing text issue is happening again but more annoying is that when I am typing a message, I keep getting a message that says 'this message cannot be saved'. The message is being sent but it is was not saving it in my sent messages folder. I had originally set it up to keep sent messages on the server and when this error message started, my ISP suggested I change that. I did and it stopped. But today, it started again, but not with every message. One I sent out a half hour ago shows up in my sent mail folder on my computer. However, I was just working on another message and got the error message. I sent the message but their is not a copy in my sent folder.

No, I didn't say anything like that. Actually, I
don't use IMAP myself other than for testing purposes
or when one of my accounts gives me problems when
used as POP.
