Maximum 32 AP count in 12.3(8)JEC in 12.3(8)JA there's no restriction

Hi,
We've sites with 60 ap's and one ap is the wds-ap, when we've running ios 12.3(8)JA witch our ap1200's we've got for instance:
#sh wlccp wds
AP Count: 59 , MN Count: 235
when we're running ios 12.3(8)JEC we're getting an AP count of 32 en the rest get the message in the log "%LEAPCL-3-TIMEOUT: AP Timed out authenticating to the WDS".
Is this made on purpose ??
Greetings,
René

Rene,
We encountered the same issue when we upgraded our APs from 12.3(8)JA to 12.8(8)JEC. The solution to the problem was to configure the WDS AP with the following:
wlccp wds mode wds-only
Anyway, if you have not resolved the issue please try above command. Thanks Jojo.

    Hi Sutirtha,
    Thanks for your response.
I am using Oracle OWB 11g. I am adding an aggregator and minus operator to get distinct values of transaction from a table in the existing mapping and inserting the same to transaction the table.
Please let me know if you need any information.

  • OIM Managed server is frequently reaching maximum data sources count

    Hi All,
We are using OIM 11.1.1.3.0 , Weblogic Version 10.3.3,database 11.2.0.1 for one of our client bank . Recently we encountered a problem that my oim managed server is being overloaded ,when we check the error i see data sources reaching maximum count . We have increased the maximum count to 500 and still we are facing the same issue . We also find out dead-locks in the alert log . Now,i dont understand why data sources consumption is too high .
Please let us know your valuable inputs on the specific areas where we can check this .
    Regards,
    Nag.

    Nag,
You don't need the developer to understand what code is causing the issue. You can analyse these issues using JRockit Mission Control, check these:

  • Maximum limit for counter

    Hi all,
do you know the max number that the counter of an interface begin from zero?
    Thanks

Counters are generally either 32-bit or 64-bit registers that are used to increment numbers using binary arithmetic. So they count to either 2 exp32 = 4,294,967,296 (about 4.3 billion) or 2 exp64 = 18,446,744,073,709,551,616 (about 18.4 quintillion).
While the first number may seem plenty for most applications, try using it to measure traffic over any menaingful period on a 10 Gbps interface. See http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/tech/tk648/tk362/technologies_q_and_a_item09186a00800b69ac.shtml for more details on when to use and how to query 64-bit counters.
Hope this helps, please rate helpful posts.

  • Maximum word/character count in description

Just wanted to ask if anyone knows if there is a limit to the number of character/words for the podcast description that appears in iTunes.

FeedValidator will flag as an error any tag with more than 255 characters, however iTunes doesn't seem to care about this.
The 'Description' on the iTunes Store page is carried in the 'itunes:summary' tag (or in its absence iTunes uses the 'description' tag' and if it's more than about three lines there will be a 'see more' link to display the rest.
Both in the Store and when subscribing the 'description' column for each episode is in the 'itunes:subtitle' tag for the episode and this is truncated to fit the line space available, so you should keep it short. Clicking the 'i' button at the right of this in both cases displays the 'itunes:summary' tag for the episode and this is shown intact - I'm not aware of any limitation, certainly many podcasts have quite long contents here.
Note that none of these should contain html codes or links; iTunes does not render these but displays them, which looks very messy. Stick to plain text and paragraph returns.
This page shows where the various tags are displayed in iTunes:

  • No of key fields in a database table

    hello experts,
can anyone tell me what is the maximum number of keys we can have in a database table.
    thanks in advance

    Hi,
There are two restrictions on the key fields while creating a table.
    1) The maximum number of keys in a table can be 16
    2) The maximum length of the key fields can be 120.

  • How to find Maximum Record Count in a particular section

    Hi ALL
My report has  3 detail sections. I am showing different set of data in each section.
    Example:
    Details a
    Details b
    Details c
In the Details c section  I have 5 columns.
I want to find out MAXIMUM RECORD COUNT in  only Details c.
Actually I have done a running total on column1 field which gives me the records number in that section only. But I am not able to find the MAXIMUM record count.
    Rtotal   Colum1   Column 2 Column3
    1          Data1     Data2      Data3
    2          Data1     Data2      Data3
    3          Data1     Data2      Data3
    4          Data1     Data2      Data3
Now I need the Maximum record count=4
    Thanks.

If I have understood correctly you want to count the amount of records in each section.
In this case, go to "Insert > Summary", choose your ID field, and choose "Count" in "Calculate this summary:". You can put the summary in your group footer.
If you want the maximum (the highest number value in that column), you can choose "Maximum" instead of "Count".

  • Average Maximum Cycle Count for Early 2008 MacBook (Black)

I have a black early 2008 MacBook that now in its fourth year, and I have noticed that battery health have started to diminish.
I am wondering what is the maximum battery cycle count for the early 2008 black MacBooks, and if its time to replace it? (I have 250 cycle count, with 78% health remaining)

You can get a new third party battery fairly cheap on eBay. Every MacBook from 2006 through Mid 2009 except the Late 2008 Aluminum Unibody and the Late 2009 and 2010 White Unibodies use the same A1185 battery.

  • Lax validation errors on schema import ('version' exceeds maximum length)

I have a schema as per below. I'm trying to import it into Oracle 10.2.0.2.0. However, I'm getting the following lax validation error:
Error loading ora_business_rule.xsd:ORA-30951: Element or attribute at Xpath /schema[@version] exceeds maximum length
I can fix it by modifying the attribute and shortening it but I'd like to know why it's occuring. Insofar as I can tell there is no imposed limit on the size of schema attributes according to the W3C standard. Which then makes me wonder: does Oracle impose limits on the length of all attributes or is this specific to 'version' ? If there is a limit, what is the upper bound (in bytes) ? Where is this documented?
    Cheers,
    Daniel

I want to view on discoverer only products which have a price for modelize tenders. So I calculated for a view the number of products which have a price and I kept then only products which have the maximum for the count
To resume I want an item that can be calculated on the condition I can make!!!!
If you don't understand my question you can answer me via OTN!!!
    I really need help!!!!!

First of all, are you a user or admistrator?
because you have different aproachs in each one.
If u are user in the end user tools:
Q:I want to view on discoverer only products which have a price for modelize tenders.
R: use a filter (something like only <> 0)on this field of your data table. You be able to create a new one from the toolbar.
Q: So I calculated for a view the number of products which have a price and I kept then only products which have the maximum for the count
    R: Sorry I don't understand it.
Q:To resume I want an item that can be calculated on the condition I can make!!!!
R: If I have understood, your problems come out, just because the cauculations in discoverer keep the data regardind the filters, at least, the query generated for the filters or other conditions.
If you don't understand my question you can answer me via OTN!!!
    I really need help!!!!!
I hope this can help you.

  • PCIe-6321 counter failing at high frequency

I'm trying to use the counter on the 6321 as a frequency divider that takes an 80 MHz sin wave input and generates a 10 MHz square wave output by digitizing the output of a 50 ohm device on PFI0.  The specifications to for my board list a counter "Max Source Frequency" of 100 MHz, leading me to believe that 80 MHz should be possible.  However, in my experimenting while the counter based divider works very well at lower frequencies, it fails at about 35 MHz by missing edges.  The result is an  unstable output frequency that bounces between 8:1 division, 9:1, 10:1... depending on how many  edges are missed.
To explore this problem further, I swapped out my 2 meter 68-pin VHDCI for a 1 meter and plugged my function generator into the break out board with a < 30 cm cable, thinking that perhaps impedance mismatch was an issue.  However, even with < 1.5 m,  the device still works at 30 MHz and fails at 35 MHz.  This suggests to me that impedance mismatch is not the problem, as the maximum frequency was unchanged even though the cable length was nearly halved.
Is there something else I'm missing?  Is there a faster interface than PFI?  Or someway to 50 ohm terminate the device?

I see what you mean, but I guarantee you can't pass a 100 MHz signal through the X Series PFI lines.  ~25 MHz is what the bandwidth of the protection circuit is specified for (it's mentioned in this KB for instance).  I'm not sure offhand about the RTSI lines though (it might be worth an experiment as the bandwidth doesn't seem to be specified anywhere, but I wouldn't be too optimistic).
As for other NI hardware, the 6602 can take an external source up to 80 MHz on its PFI lines assuming the input signal is a clean square wave at TTL voltage levels (I've actually pushed this up to 100 MHz in the past, but your results may vary).  It is programmed in DAQmx like the 6321.
Or you could just implement this with an external circuit (e.g. comparator + ICS542).
