MB5B Report for Date Wise Stock and Value

Hi,
I am Taking MB5B Report for Date Wise Stock and Value.
But I have one doubt all stocks is coming or not in these report like Unrestrected Stock,Return Stock.Blocked stock,Transist stock,Restrected Stock,qty Inspection Stock.
I have another Doubt in these report three Stock type indicaters are there like these.
1.Storage Location / Batch Stock
2.valuated Stock
3.Special Stock.
But i have one doubt what is defferent these
1.Storage Location / Batch Stock
2.valuated Stock

Hi Prasad,
Yes MB5B report consider the Unrestricted, Quality, Blocked, Transit stock and restricted stock. Not sure about Return Stock.
If you select the Storage location/Batch stock radio button then the system will display all the possible stock from the storage location and the corresponding batch also.
If you select Valuated stock radio button then system will show only the valuated stock not the Non-valuated stock. Because Non-valuated material type is available in SAP system will not show those stock suppose if you select the Valuated stock radio button.

Report for bom wise target and actual cost as well as qty at line item

Dear Experts,
Is there any standard tcode for bom wise target and actual cost as well as qty at line item level for the month.
there is one tcode s_alr_87013127 but user has to double click in order to get line item details.
I want to see line item wise breakup/bom wise target and cost cost as well as qty.

Report for equipment with characteristics and value

Dear friends,
I need to develop a report which contains fields from the equipment master like superior equipment, functional location, asset etc. as well as charcteristics and values maintained in the equipment. (Multi level equipment display) is not acceptable to client. I understand that table AUSP can be utilised for getting the characteristic value, but I am unable to find any fields from equipment master which I can use to pass on to the AUSP table. Kindly let me know if there is any other table which I can use or any other approach I can take.

T Code for Date wise FG and SFG Created

I want to check how many FG and SFG are created in each month? Any one knows the report or table in which I will Get this DATA?

ASK ABAP to copy MM60 to create a Modified report and add the cloulmn created on Table Mara field ERSDA and also ask him to add in the selection parameter the same so when you will run it for month it will give you for that period and by material type too the ouput with created on date in output too.

Sorry I didn't elaborate the requirement.
I am asked to develop a custom report for inventory management. For range of materials it is required to display stock and value on particular date and GRs GIs for the range.
I need function module to use in Zreport.

Date Wise stock report (0IC_C03)

How can we see the date wise stock quantity and value in Query using cube 0IC_C03.
Example:Suppose i want to see what was my stock quantity and stock value on 25th Jan08.

Hi,
Restrict the Key figure value and quantity with the date.
OR
Go to the key figure in RSA1-> Info objects -> Double click on ur key figure-> Go to the aggregation tab Specify exception aggregation as last value and reference char as 0calday.
This will give u the stock on the last day.
If u want to do it in bex
Create a Calculated Key figure put ur key figure in. And right click select the properties select exception aggregation last value and reference char as 0calday.

Here i am having a problem that, I need to do the dash board report to display the sales and production values (quanty s , value) with particular date comparission.
some more detailed.
my client need the report with day wise production and sales values with respective of material number. I can make the report if it is make to order situation. but , this is make to stock situation. and also mentioned that values should match the G\L Account ,ref: fs10n Transaction.

You can plan material requirements at plant level or for different MRP areas. With MRP at plant level, the system adds together stocks from all of the individual storage locations, with the exception of individual customer stock, to determine total plant stock. The requirements are combined in the planning run and procurement elements are created for these pegged requirements with unknown sources. Individual storage locations can be planned separately or be excluded from planning.
In the case of material requirements planning on an MRP area level, only the stocks from the storage locations or subcontractor assigned to the respective MRP area are taken into account. Only the requirements in this MRP area are combined and procurement elements are created for them. This enables you to plan material requirements specifically for certain areas.

Report for electricity & diesel consumption with values.

My client wants a report which gives date wise details of electricity & diesel consumption in units & liters with it's respective values.
Also this report gives date wise FG (Ice Cream) production in Liters.
Is there any standard report available in sap pm module which gives above details.Also i need following details in the same report which is as follows.
Date wise
Electricity unit. (This is possible thro' measuring point & counter)
Amount
Production in Ltrs.
Unit consumed per Production in Ltr.
Electricity amount in Rs. per Production Ltr.
Boiler Running Hours. (This is possible thro' measuring point & counter)
Boiler Diesel consumption in Ltrs. (This is possible thro' measuring point & counter)
Boiler Diesel consumption in Rs.
Boiler Diesel consumption in Ltrs per Production in Ltr.

Hi,
First try to find out where the data you need is captured on the system.
Is there a diesel tank (storage) material documents you can use?
Elec consupmtion? where is that measured? For the whole plant or just that part of the factory?
Production of Ice cream, PP orders backflush quantities?
May be you need to create measurent points for the diesel and elec consumption.
as you find the data, then you can build your report.
There is no standard report, you have to build your own.

BEx analyzer 7.0 Report for last 3 months and current month

I need to create a report for a key figure (net value) and character (material), 0calday
Output format:
column1 : net value - previous year
column2 : net value - current year
column3 : net value - current quarter (separate columns for 3 months)
column4 : net value - previous quarter (separate columns for 3 months)
column5 : net value - current month
column6 : net value - 1st of month to current date (separate columns for each day).
Please help.

Hi
U R infoprovider should have following time characterstics
0FISCAL YEAR, 0FISCAL MONTH/QTR
column1 : net value - previous year
On the basis of user input data derive the year and offset it by - 1 (VYEAR-1)and make a RKF for that .
column2 : net value - current year
On the basis of user input data derive the year(VYEAR) and
   make a RKF for that .
column3 : net value - current quarter (separate columns for 3 months)
If QTR is there then derive the QTR on the basis of         0calday/else if month is there then determine month range       like 1-3 = Q1 4-6 = Q2 and it will be done in user exit
column4 : net value - previous quarter (separate columns for 3 months)
On the same way as above u can determine the same
column5 : net value - current month
On the basis of 0calday determine CALMONTH and create a      RKF for this
column6 : net value - 1st of month to current date (separate columns for each day).
Create a Exit variable type range on CALMONTH for this and
   keep the range as 01-current month(which will be derivefrom     0calday)

Accounting entry not posted but MBEW table shows total stock and value

My R/3 version 4.7
I have a material which is stockable and valuated of material type ERSA(Spare parts)
This material was created in may 2007 and material ledger activated,i dont see master records in accounting view in material price analysis tab for the month may 07 till aug 07,and i see master recordsfor the month sep 07 till jan 08
For this particular material in the report MB51 for all the 3 material documents posted,there are no accounting entries in accounting document.
Also in the report output the field amount in local currency is zero for all the 3 material documents.
1.1st material document with mvt 202 for qty 1 posted in the month of may 07,no entries in acc.doc
In this case,MSEG-DMBTR(amount in local currency) was not updated
Also i dont see master records for this period in accounting view in material price analysis tab,in material master.
2.2nd material document with mvt 261 posted for qty 1 in the month of nov,no entries in acc.doc
In this case,MSEG-DMBTR(amount in local currency)was not updated.
I see master records for this period in accounting view in material price analysis tab with stock 1 qty and value zero
3.3rd material document with mvt 101 posted qty 1 in the month of dec,in this case once GR is done MSEG-DMBTR(amount in local currency) was not updated,but mbew has the entries for stock and value.
Can any one let me know why the system is not updating the mseg-dmbtr and as well affecting MB51 report

The settings in Customizing which define that no negative stocks are allowed for the storage type, have only an effect on the transfer orders. In addition, you must also set message L9040 as an error message. For this, call up the Customizing and branch to: 'Logistics Execution -> Warehouse Management -> Interfaces -> Inventory Management -> Allow negative Stocks in Interim Storage Types'. There, execute point 'Control of System Messages in Warehouse Management' and enter message type 'E' for message number L9040
