MDM 2: Unable to configure PageMaintenance Service deployed with cm.jar

Hello everyone,
we have a problem when we try to build a Business Service which maps a custom @PageMaintenance service. Artifacts and cm.jar seem to be created correctly, however when we create the Business Service which maps the Service Program (type: Java) we get the following error:
- 229774-174-1 2011-03-15 18:14:18,756 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR (support.schema.AbstractSchemaInfoCache) Error nitializing schema data for BusinessService_Per[CMTEST]: com.splwg.shared.common.ApplicationWarning: The Business Service CMTEST references program service CMTEST, which is not a valid service with meta-info, etc.
Looking at spl_service.log we found this WARNING:
2011-03-15 17:39:42,728 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] WARN (shared.environ.ContextManagedObjectSet) Could not load resource com/splwg/cm/domain/contextManagedObjects.xml on classpath. This may be harmless but could mean a problem with the classpath. Please verify that the classpath for application cm is correctly configured.The mentioned contextManagedObjects.xml is inside the produced cm.jar, in the right path, but we can't understand why is not loaded. Any suggestion?
We are using MDM 2.0.1 with SDK 4.0.0.5.
On previous version (MDM 2.0.0 with SDK 4.0.0.4) everything was w0rking fine.
Thanks,
Ganto

Hi,
Is the artifact generator generated the following files?
a. Gen classes
b. Entry for package in contextManagedObjects.xml file under gen/com/splwg/cm/domain dir
c. XML file for the service program name mentioned in the Page Service Class annotation. (xml file will be created with list service name for each list service mentioned in the page service). ex, CMTEST.xml
And refresh the project and deploy the project to create cm.jar. Restart the application.

    i am unable to configure my ipad 2 with my existing wifi of linksys though I have entered the all ip address as per my laptop but still I am not getting thru network kindly suggest the solution

    The ip-adress cannot be the same as your laptop. You have to make sure that your ip-adress is unique in the network. if your ip is 192.168.1.100 try 192.168.1.112 or somthing. More advanced is to check avalible adress in your router.

  • Unable to configure BI Publisher report with Primavera Unifier

    Hello Friends,
    We have installed Primavera Unifier 9.14 release on one Linux machine and OBIEE 11.1.1.7.0 is installed on another Linux machine.

  • Unable to configure Reporting Services 2012 after using 'netsh http delete urlacl' command and .EXE file also.

    One of my servers quit responding during some troubleshooting of another issue and when I try
    to reconfigure it I am receiving Results as follows:
    Reserving url http://+:80
    The URL has already been reserved.
    It appears to me that there is something with the Virtual Directory that is not allowing me to use it or
    overwrite it.  If I change the name or the port the new configuration works fine, however this is part of a scale-out test environment and I need to keep the virutal directory names the same.
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled SSRS in an attempt to resolve, but that did nothing to this issue.
    I have used 'netsh http delete  urlacl' command and deleted saved urls also but still am facing issue.
    How can I manually list, delete, or edit  Virtual Directories in SSRS 2012?

    Hi Syed,
    Based on my research, the issue can be caused by the default values for Report Server Web Service and Report Manager has already been reserved. In order to trouble shoot this issue, please refer to the following steps:
    To check this issue, we can run the following command in the command windows:
    netsh http show urlacl | find "Report"
    It should returns the reserved URL as below:
    Reserved URL            :
    http://+:80/ReportServer/
    User:
    Reserved URL            :
    http://+:80/Reports/
    User:
    Then we can delete the reserved URLs with the command below and recreate them to fix this issue:
    netsh http delete urlacl http://+:80/ReportServer/
    netsh http delete urlacl http://+:80/Reports/
    Reference:

    Hope this helps.

  • Web Service deployed with admin_client is not working

    Hi,
    I'm usung SOA Suite 10.1.3.1 and Eclipse WTP 3.2.2.
    The thing is that I developed a Web Service with Eclipse using the plugin for generating web services. Then I exported my project to a .war file from eclipse as well.
    For deploy my web service in oc4j, I tried from the oc4j console in Applications --> Deploy and Next-Next wizard and using the .war file generated by Eclipse. I got the application deployed and I can check that the wsdl is working in http://localhost:8888/Hello_Web2/services/Hello?wsdl
    But the main problem is when I try to deploy using the admin_client command tool running the command: java -jar admin_client.jar deployer:oc4j:opmn://localhost/home oc4jadmin welcome1 -deploy -file d:\TEMP\Hello_Web.war -deploymentName Web5 -contextRoot "/". Everything seems right, I can see the application created in the console, but when I try to access to the web service using "http://localhost:8888/Hello_Web2/services/Hello?wsdl" I get and Http 404.
    What is wrong with the command method?
    Many thanks in Advance,
    Alberto

    Hi,
    As the custom web part works well in other browsers, the issue may be related to the IE itself.
    Have you tried the methods below?
    Use compatibility mode to check whether it works.
    Open IE->Tools->Compatibility View Settings
    Add the site into Trusted sites to check whether it works.
    Open the IE->Internet Options->Security->Trusted Sites->add the site into the zone
    What’s more, you can also switch the Document mode to IE 10 or lower to check whether it works.
    Thanks & Regards,

  • Orion-application.xml gets overwriten when deploying with admin_client.jar

    Hi,
    I am trying to deploy an ear in OC4J 10.1.3.3.0. The ear contains a META-INF folder with a application.xml and a orion-application.xml files.
    When running the admin-client command line, the deployment overwrittes the orion-application.xml file.
    I really don't know how to solve this problem.
    What else could I do?

    Greetings,
    The file orion-application.xml is an oc4j-specific file. If you do not create this yourself it will be created during deployment of your application.

    "OCA Oracle Application Server 10g Administrator Exam Guide"
    This is an Oracle Press book and treats the topic very thoroughly.

  • PowerShell command To configure Access Service 2010 in sharepoint 2013 server

    HI ,
    can any body give reference for Powershell command for
    Access Service 2010
    I am currently able to run powershell command for
    Access Service .
    But in sharepoint 2013,Access Service 2010 is a new service, but i am not able to see any refernce blog for command.

    Hi,
    According to your description, you want to configure Access Service 2010 in SharePoint 2013 server by using a Windows PowerShell.
    Take a look at an articles about configuring services and service applications in SharePoint 2013:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee794878(v=office.15).aspx
    Updates on how to do a lot of these (include
    configure Access Service 2010 ) with PowerShell haven't really been released yet.
    Here is an article about configuring a service application by using a Windows PowerShell script (SharePoint Server 2010), you can use as a reference:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg983005(v=office.14).aspx

  • Can't remove Service Deployment Configuration

    Hello,
    When i try to remove VMM Service Deployment Configuration i get error:
    Error (26965)
    VMM is unable to find the specified static IP address pool. The specified name may be incorrect, or the pool may have been deleted.
    Recommended Action
    Verify that the name is correct and that the static IP address pool exists on the VMM management server.
    How to force delete this Service Deployment Configuration ?

    Not sure about supportability with Microsoft. But this should allow you to delete the orphaned Service Deployment Configuration in SCVMM.
    1. Open SQL Server Management Studio.
    2. Navigate to SERVERNAME\Databases\VirtualMachineManagerDB\Tables\tbl_WLC_TierConfig, right click
    tbl_WLC_TierConfig and click Select Top 1000 Rows.
    Look for the name (e.g. Web Service) of the
    delinquent Service Deployment Configuration and record/write down the
    TierConfigId. (e.g.  CCAAFC3B-F26A-46A5-8EBA-8FB6813537A0)
    3. Navigate to SERVERNAME\Databases\VirtualMachineManagerDB\Tables\tbl_WLC_VMDeploymentConfig, right click
    tbl_WLC_VMDeploymentConfig, and click Select Top 1000 Rows.
    Look for the TierConfigId from step 2. and record/write down the
    VMConfigId(s). (e.g.  5C68C6A1-2063-4C4C-B7A4-42236BFEF809, 2A372909-BB9F-4456-AC55-806326BFCFB9, etc.)
    4. Navigate to SERVERNAME\Databases\VirtualMachineManagerDB\Tables\tbl_WLC_NICConfig, right click
    tbl_WLC_NICConfig and click Edit Top 200 Rows.
    Look for the VMConfigId(s) from step 3. and change the
    IPV4VMSubnetPoolId and IPv4SubnetVLanId values to
    NULL.  These values are the orphaned ID's for the deleted IP Address Pools (SCVMM Error 26965).
    5. Open SCVMM console.
    6. Navigate to Library\Templates\Service Deployment Configurations, select the object
    (e.g. Web Service), right click it and select Delete.
    Hope that helps.
    Cheers!

    Hi Giri,
    Install the Java Required Files (JRF) in the Managed Server where you want to deploy your
    application to.
    NB: Java Required Files (JRF) consists of those components not included in the Oracle WebLogic
    Server installation and that provide common functionality for Oracle business applications and
    application frameworks. They include the ADF Runtime Libraries.

  • [SOLVED] Network Configuration -- unable to start a service file

    I am following this wiki page (Using Static IP address step) and created /etc/systemd/system/network.service as instructed
    [Unit]
    Description=Connect to the other pc
    Wants=network.target
    Before=network.target
    BindsTo=sys-subsystem-net-devices-lan.device
    After=sys-subsystem-net-devices-lan.device
    [Service]
    Type=oneshot

    EnvironmentFile=/etc/conf.d/network
    ExecStart=/sbin/ip link set dev lan up
    ExecStart=/sbin/ip addr add 192.168.1.2/24 dev lan
    ExecStart=/sbin/ip route add default via 192.168.1.1
    ExecStop=/sbin/ip addr flush dev lan
    ExecStop=/sbin/ip link set dev lan down
    [Install]
    WantedBy=multi-user.target
    But I am unable to start network.service
    $ sudo systemctl start network

    Additional info:
    I have connected 2 PCs with LAN (Ethernet) cable and want configure them for exchanging files. Both running Arch Linux. I am following the Network Configuration wiki page from the beginning. Didn't have luck with DHCP/dynamic IP, so trying Static IP this time. Restarting the pc with network.service enabled results in same error (in systemctl --failed). Same error message on both PCs.
    Trying to run ExecStart lines one by one:
    $ sudo /sbin/ip link set dev lan up
    $ sudo /sbin/ip addr add 192.168.1.2/24 dev lan
    RTNETLINK answers: File exists
    $ sudo /sbin/ip route add default via 192.168.1.1
    RTNETLINK answers: File exists
    Does this mean there already is IP address and route assigned? If so, how to find out which service has done that? Do I need to remove it? Am I following the right wiki page (didn't find another)?
    What am I doing wrong and how can I correct this error? / Point me in right direction.

    have you checked if the network file exists?
    Oh thanks, that line was causing problems! Now I do have network.service(s) running on both PC's with this content:
    [Unit]
    Description=Connect to my desktop/laptop
    Wants=network.target
    Before=network.target
    BindsTo=sys-subsystem-net-devices-lan.device
    After=sys-subsystem-net-devices-lan.device
    [Service]
    Type=oneshot
    RemainAfterExit=yes
    ExecStart=/sbin/ip link set dev lan up
    ExecStart=/sbin/ip addr add 192.168.1.2/24 dev lan
    ExecStart=/sbin/ip route add default via 192.168.1.1
    ExecStop=/sbin/ip addr flush dev lan
    ExecStop=/sbin/ip link set dev lan down
    [Install]
    WantedBy=multi-user.target
    I don't get any errors, and this is network's status (on both PCs) when cable is connected
    $ sudo systemctl restart network
    $ systemctl status network
    network.service - Connect to my desktop
    Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/network.service; disabled)
    Active: active (exited) since Thu 2013-04-04 22:43:22 AMT; 8s ago
    Process: 9761 ExecStop=/sbin/ip link set dev lan down (code=exited, status=0/SUCCESS)
    Process: 9757 ExecStop=/sbin/ip addr flush dev lan (code=exited, status=0/SUCCESS)
    Process: 9768 ExecStart=/sbin/ip route add default via 192.168.1.1 (code=exited, status=0/SUCCESS)
    Process: 9766 ExecStart=/sbin/ip addr add 192.168.1.2/24 dev lan (code=exited, status=0/SUCCESS)
    Process: 9764 ExecStart=/sbin/ip link set dev lan up (code=exited, status=0/SUCCESS)
    And here wiki page is no more help. How can I test connection?
    I try to ping, and it works on both machines (if it's the right thing to test?)
    $ ping -c3 192.168.1.2
    PING 192.168.1.2 (192.168.1.2) 56(84) bytes of data.
    64 bytes from 192.168.1.2: icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=0.039 ms
    64 bytes from 192.168.1.2: icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=0.050 ms
    64 bytes from 192.168.1.2: icmp_seq=3 ttl=64 time=0.060 ms

    rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 0.039/0.049/0.060/0.011 ms
    Now I need to figure out how to share files. Thanks all.

  • Interesting Document: Service Deployment  and Service Configuration  within the Internet of Things

    Hi All,
    an interesting document:
              Service Deployment  and Service Configuration  within the Internet of Things
    Best regards,
    Andy.

    Hello Marek,
    I suppose you are not planning to do any kinds of advanced config using several VLANs and multiple SSIDs so let's just make your configuration simple and working.
    In short, you need to remove all references to VLAN 1 and to any subinterfaces possibly related to the VLAN 1. This means in particular (follow these steps in sequence):
    Remove the Dot11Radio0.1 subinterface entirely
    In the Dot11Radio0 section, remove the encryption vlan 1 mode ciphers tkip command
    In the dot11 ssid ciscowifi section, remove the vlan 1 command
    After performing these steps, make sure that the ssid ciscowifi and encryption mode commands are still present in the Dot11Radio0 configuration, and if not, reenter them.
    Best regards,
    Peter
