ME57 transaction with ALV scope of list

hi all!
i want to run ME57 transaction with ALV scope of list, but i'm facing a problem because if the list of requirements are bigger than 50 recors, the system says that 'Max. 50 requirements can be processed simultaneously' and I can not assign source of supply to all my list. I guess this will be customizable, because if I run it with A scope of list, there's no limit of processing.
how can I change that value in order to be able to process all the requirements of my list in ALV view?

Hello Fabian ,
This limit is maintained in class CL_REQUISITION_AGGREGATE_MM
attribute N_EDIT_MAXIMUM initial value 50.
If you want , this value can be changed using transaction code SE24. However , please take note that this change is considered a modificationto the SAP standard system and will no longer be supported.

I need change the alv grid in the transaction ME57. To this, I copied the program RM06BZ00 (scree, includes... )
When I try execute the program with ALV layout the message ''Scope of list ALV not defined (please correct)" shows.
To resolve this problem I change the parameter im_service in the ME_REP_GET_TABLE_MANAGER function (Way to function: program ZSAPFM06B / include ZFM06BF04 / Include ZFM06BF04_PRUEFEN_LSTUB)
When I change this parameter on Debug (manual change) the ALV shows correctly, but when I change in program code the message remains.
How the way to copy the Me57 transaction with possibility to show in ALV layout?
Follows the code change:
    CALL FUNCTION 'ME_REP_GET_TABLE_MANAGER'
      EXPORTING
        im_service = 'RM06BZ00'

I solved my own problem...
The change in im_service was right.
The problem is that:
The gf_factory back empty in some places and in standrad transaction back with values. The memory clean the gf_factory result.
So... the only way to show ALV is fill the gf_factory in anywhere the gf_factory is check.
The places are:
1. sapfm06b - fm06bf04 - fm06bf04_pruefen_lstub
     Call in RM06BZ00 - perform pruefen_lstub(sapfm06b) using p_lstub.
2. sapfm06b - fm06bfsl - fm06bfsl_ban_aufbauen
    Call in RM06BZ00 - ban_aufbauen(sapfm06b).
3. sapfm06b - fm06bf01- fm06bf01_submit
   Call in RM06BZ00 - perform   perform submit(zgb_sapfm06b) using sucomm.
If the gf_factory is filled in this places... The ALV will show!

ALV Scope of List but not ZME55

Our Technical team Created a Z Tranx copying ME55.
ME55 was executing successfully in ALV Scope of List but not ZME55.
Error: Scope of list ALV not defined (please correct)
Any suggestions.
Is it a functional issue or a technical one?

ZME55 in ALV Scope of List

Hi!
Here we are trying to amend the ME55 Tranx and have created a Z Tranx ZME55. How do I get the output in ALV format?
Now, If I select ALV, it is saying:

Is it a Functional change or a Technical Change?

The standard transaction checks whether a entry has been maintained in the table T16LB or T16LL etc... these tables store the Scope of List for particular functional areas. If it doesnt find an entry in these tables it gives an error message. ME 287..
Check for location in the Z Transaction and the values for its search. You can remove the check(Select Statement) and add new conditions as this is a Copy of standard transaction.

As per scope of list order type has changed in ME57

I have created PR in doc type NB and using t-code Me57 i have tried to create PO, with selection scope of list A it is going correct means as per the requirement order type shows ZAB and when i select scope of list ZALV which has customized then tried to create PO now order type shows NB.
Please guide me.

when i run the z program and change the parameter scope of list to ALV i get the message

i got the problem
in fm

l_active = l_factory->is_active( im_service = l_service im_scope = im_scope ).
im_service variable has programe name, im_scope has "ALV" . then it execution goes in case statement where it checks the im_service with standard prog name.
as in case im_service has zprog, so it doesnt go to any when case and hence the prob.
any sugesstion..?????

Config Scope of list ALV as default for reports ME5A / ME5J / ME5K

We had performed configuration SPRO> Materials management-> purchasing> reporting>maintain pur.list->scope of list->define default values for transaction to set ALV as default scope of list for a number of transactions.
It is all okay for transactions: ME2B, ME2C, ME2J, .... ME3B, ME3C, ME3J, ME3K, ME3L, ME3M. But for ME5A / ME5J / ME5K, the default of scope of list became "A" (3-line + n special) instead of "ALV" even the configruation had been done.
How can we solve this? Thanks.

For T-code ME5A / ME5J / ME5K Configuration path is Materials management-> purchasing> reporting-->maintain PURCHASE REQUSTION LISTS --->define default values for transactions to set ALV as default scope of list.

Report with ALV tree and ALV list?

Hi,
Go to path SPRO->Materials management ->Purchasing->Reporting->Scope of list->Define scope of list.
Select the scope of list for which you want to see the ALV, then click on the details button.
Check the box Use ALV grid control at the bottom.
This will provide ALV display.
