Memails to be sent just go to out box!!!

Question

why cant I send an directly from my laptop email as Ive I always done/ they go into the out box? however if I go thru Safarai and sigh on to iCloud I cant send the email and it goes thru- what a pain! email  from

The simplest way would be to truncate it with myString.subString(iMaxLen);
However this lets the user type in any length and chops off the excess.
An approch I'd use is to slap a KeyListener on the control they are entering the text in (TextArea??).addKeyListener(this)
And on the keypressed event, get the length of the string:
