Member request problem as a admin

How to see my Skype member' request? and I cannot find my member request to confirm their subscription as a admin!

This is a warning related to generics (read up on generics in the Java 5.0 docs). Your app will work fine.
However, if you wish to update your code to current standards (so it will compile without this warning), try something like this:          List<String> lines = new ArrayList<String>();
          try {
               FileReader myreader = new FileReader(filename);
               BufferedReader mybuffer = new BufferedReader(myreader);
               String temp;
               while ((temp = mybuffer.readLine()) != null)
