Message before the start

Question

Hello,
I have to check if an user is authorized to see the content
inside swf file.
Can i show a message if the user is not authorized, and
"block" the application?

I have an idea. You can use Alert control to this. Alert has
a property called Modal which you can use to restrict the user to
proceed or if you want otherwise.
This is the example.
