Bonjour,
J’ai réalisé un formulaire PDF (avec Adobe acrobat XI et LiveCycle), qui devra être rempli par divers utilisateurs et renvoyé à une adresse mail commune.
1) Quand un utilisateur commence à remplir le formulaire, un message Adobe d’information type « pop-up » apparait. Comment le supprimer ?
2) Quand un utilisateur soumet le formulaire, sa messagerie est utilisée pour l’envoi, et un message « formaté » s’ouvre automatiquement, incluant le formulaire en pièce jointe au format .xml. Ce message a le contenu suivant :
Le fichier joint contient des données qui ont été entrées dans un formulaire. Il ne s'agit pas du formulaire même.
Le destinataire de ce fichier de données doit l'enregistrer sur son disque dur sous un nom unique. Adobe Acrobat Professional 7 ou version ultérieure les réimporte dans le formulaire vierge ou crée une feuille de calcul à partir de plusieurs fichiers de données. Comment modifier le contenu de ce message ?

"Error 16" solution doesn't solve problem, same error message pops up. Further steps?

Steps followed: all Adobe products (CS6 Suite and CC) have been removed (w/uninstaller and manual Library cleanup) and reinstalled (from discs and downloads); permissions corrected as per KB note on Error 16, to no change. This occurred after updating Mac OS to 10.9x. The OS was then reinstalled, new admin & standard users created (MacPro hardware passes all tests). "Error 16" permission solution performed at every stage to no change in error generation. Adobe Reader, Lightroom 4, and CS6Bridge do launch, but Acrobat Professional, Photoshop (13, CS6), and CC Photoshop stop launch w/error 16. Stumped!

Thanks for the suggestion, Gene, but it had no affect on the ³error 16²
situation, I¹m afraid. I think I¹m going to have to start with a new drive
and import/update until I find the source of this issue.

Permissions problem. Open Terminal and copy/paste this line: sudo chmod -R

Photoshop opens and a message pops up saying that a problem caused it to stop working.

I just bought a Dell Inspiron One 2330, with 8gb of ram, 1tb hard drive, and and i5 processor and then installed the Adobe Creative Cloud programs after. All of the other programs work except for Photoshop, It opens but I can't click on anything and after a second the error message pops up. I tried uninstalling and re installing it but the same thing happens. What should I do?

Reset Preferences: Hold down Ctrl-Alt-Shift and Restart Photoshop. Answer "Yes" to the reset.
Update your Graphic card drivers (and others) from the manufacturers website. For example if it is an Intel HD-4000, go here:

An error message pops up when using text to speech function in trial version

An unable to decode and import the selected wav/mp3 message
pops up when trying to use the text to speech function with the
trial version. It will let me select the voice but will not apply
the changes or convert.

Are you by chance using Windows Vista 64 bit? Seems most that
have reported this issue have been using that version.

I was looking at youtube.com, which always tells me my browser is not supported and recommends I download Firefox, but that is what I was using, so I went to Firefox to check for updates. (I think I also had freecycle.org open.) Then this message popped up in a new page: Mozilla security found (something like "too much", forget exact word) activity on your computer so it will do a fast scan of system file. Good catch. That almost certainly is an invitation to download malware.
There are a lot of infected web sites pushing "fake antivirus" software. If you have any doubts about whether your system might have become infected, you can supplement your regular security software with these two highly regarded scanners:

Try removing the com.apple.iCal.plist file from your Macintosh HD/Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences Folder. To find that Library folder, if you are using Lion, use Finder>Go Menu>Depress the "Option" key>Library. Drag the .plist file to your desktop, and log out/in or restart.
Next, make sure that you are not connected to the internet. Then to to your Macintosh HD/Users/yourusername/Library/Calendars Folder and remove any files with "Cache" as a part of the file name. Use the same method as listed above to get to the correct Library Folder. Log out/in, or restart and check iCal for functionality.

Satellite P500 - Autoplay message pops up

I have a Sony Memory card in my Satellite P500 which is dedicated to ReadyBoost. It seems to work fine but there is one minor irritation.
Fairly often (=several times a day) an autoplay message pops up on the screen asking if I want to see the files on the card via Windows Explorer. I don't, of course, as there is only one ReadyBoost file on the card. The message offers a range of autoplay options but these are by content- music, pictures etc - but not by drive, so a memory card cannot be identified.
As I say, it is only a minor irritation but does anyone know how I can persuade my machine that autoplay does not apply to my memory card?

In response to the various ideas -
I haven't tried a different memory card although I do have an SSD card in another slot. However the SSD can't be used for ReadyBoost according to Win7 (....this device does not have the required performance characteristics etc...). Maybe I should splash the cash to try another card. The driver seems ok though; I've checked a few times with the Toshiba driver download site.
The card doesn't show up in Control Panel/Autoplay but does in Computer>Devices with Removeable Storage.
I can't say that I have noticed any great difference with ReadyBoost except that I did originally used a simple memory stick for ReadyBoost and it seemed better when I switched ReadyBoost to the card. Could have been my imagination as the difference, if real, was slight.
I suppose I could switch off 'Use Autoplay for all media & devices' and just switch Autoplay on an individual basis - eg audio, pictures etc
Anyway, as I said, it is only a minor irritation but many thanks for the ideas - it is very good of you to help out.
