Message while processing Adobe form

Hi,
         I am trying to display error message while running through an adobe form. Am using the below code to display the message but its running through the code and not display any kind of message. Just wondering if am missing any thing.
DATA message_handler TYPE REF TO cl_hrbas_message_list.
DATA: message_dummy1 TYPE string.
DATA new_message TYPE symsg.
CREATE OBJECT message_handler.
MESSAGE e115(z_msg) INTO message_dummy1.
MOVE-CORRESPONDING sy TO new_message.    u201Cgetting the desc of msg. in new_message
CALL METHOD message_handler->if_hrbas_message_handler~add_message
                  EXPORTING
                    message = new_message.

I have used the same kind of code as shown below. For me it triggers perfectly.
data :      MESSAGE TYPE SYMSG,
                 MESSAGE_DUMMY TYPE STRING.
MESSAGE E003(Z_EE_TEST) WITH INTO MESSAGE_DUMMY.
          MOVE-CORRESPONDING SY TO MESSAGE.
          MESSAGE_HANDLER->ADD_MESSAGE( EXPORTING MESSAGE = MESSAGE ).
          RETURN.
Also please confirm whether the message class has been created correctly.

Using InfoPath 2013 browser enabled form.
I am getting the above error on ALL Infopath Designed Rich Text fields, where the "Cannot be blank" attribute is set.
To reproduce it, I create a custom list and custom list form with InfoPath 2013. I add 2 Rich Text fields and enable "cannot be blank". To raise the error, I put some data in the RT field. Skip to another field (so focus is changed and a postback
occurs), then back to original field to delete the contents (to raise the validation).
I originally thought it was associated with the HTMLCHKR.DLL not being registered (and I have re-registered it just in case), but the exception I get from the ULS logs reads (it is from a list AFTER I have re-registered the DLL):

I noticed that errors associated with the HTMLCHKR.DLL not being registered would have some sort of COM exception (example: TYPE_E_LIBNOTREGISTERED or REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)
I also should mention that this problem started happening about 3 weeks ago. We have extended the web application to handle HTTPS on the intranet zone (we had a reverse proxy project that did not eventuate) - would that cause something? How can I do further
checking?

I have done a test in my SharePoint, and I met the same issue with you.
I created a custom list and custom list form with InfoPath 2013. I added 2 Rich Text fields and enabled "cannot be blank". I put some content in the RT field, then delete the contents, I got the error message:"there has been an

Here is a similar post said that executing the command: regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\
OFFICE14\htmlchkr.dll" will solve the issue.

When i run the adobe form seperately it works fine but with abap web dynpro , i'll get following error .

IE error while submitting Adobe Form

Hi All,
I am facing an unusual problem while submitting Adobe form. When I try to submit Adobe form a dialog box will appear, which shows some missing dll information.
"sapadobecontrol.dll" and force me to close that dialog box which ultimately leads to closing the application.
Till now I have done several things like
1. Repair/upgrade the IE.
2. Modify/ repair Adobe Life Cycle Designer.
I am using Portal Sneak Preview 7.0

I too am having the same issue. My process is also very simple, and I can't seem to find where I could have made a mistake.
I googled the error and found only one or two possible solutions that involved changing my data source. I don't think that is exactly the solution to either of our problems. It seems a bit complex for such simple workflows.

We have ABAP system as backend system seperately and Single sign on is configured.
when we access the portal with domain name line http://hostname.domain/52000/irj/portal, we are able to access the adobe form which is develope on abap system without any issue.
but our issue started when we are trying to access portal only with hostname as http://hostname:52000/irj/portal
we are able to login to portal but when we are trying to open the adobe form we are getting error
No switch to HTTPS occurred, so it is not secure to send a password
Since you have configured SSL, I assume that this configuration is done with fully qualified hotsname. Hence the certificate is generated based on this hostname.
Now when you access your portal without typing fully qualified hostname, system is unable to locate a relevant certificate. Hence it lands up with a message "No switch to HTTPS occurred, so it is not secure to send a password"

We use FMS 4.5.1 for streaming MP4 (H264/AAC) live streams to flash clients and iPads. Occassionally iPad viewers get error messages indicating that the video cannot be played. On these occasions we see error messages like this in our Apache logs:
mod_hlshttp [500]: Invalid timestamp found in the message while processing /hls-live/streams/rd-mp4/events/noordoostpolder_1/liveevent/livestreamNum4390.ts
Strangely enough this error message cannot be found anywhere in Adobe's documentation or anywhere else on the net (or perhaps I haven't searched well enough...)
Has anyone else here encountered this problem and/or does anyone have an idea as to what causes these messages and this problem?

I have a InfoPath 2010 form which was published to SharePoint 2010. I migrated the content db to SQL Server 2012 and I have converted the Sharepoint 2010 (windows based) to the SharePoint 2013 claims based site. I have not fully upgraded the site to
2013 version (Version upgrade to SP 2013) is not done..
In the InfoPath 2010 form, which is available in SP 2013. I have a button and on click of it, i have the below code:

please let us know your sharepoint 2013 latest cumulative update, if possible please make sure it is March 2013 update or above.
as i know, between 2010 infopath and 2013 there are difference, perhaps if you can debug your form it may help.
most probably there are environment settings difference between 2010 sharepoint and 2013 sharepoint. such as the data connection size/length, that causing it failed, or the form data is NULL.

I am getting error While transfering Adobe form to PS getting Error.
The asdobe form we are using is DPR_STATUS_REPORT_AIF and enhancement implementation is DPR_STATUS_REPORT_AIF.
I am getting the following error.
Error occurred when generating the print preview (function module: /1BCDWB/SM00000006)
ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.Processin(200101 )

Yes its in Active. Even i can be able to see the print form in SFP transaction.
But the problem is coming when we are transfering the adobe form to PS(Project System).

System is getting hanged while creating Adobe Form Layout

Hello,
I have Adobe Lifecycle Designer and Adobe Document Service Installed on our server, i have created Adobe form interface in transaction SFP and then a new form created with this interface passing the parameter carrid.
While creating from layout, through library section I used Text function, as I drag and drop text in to the layout, system is getting hanged everytime with message 1.275 bytes transferred.
Gurus please help me to understand this error.

Get Adobe life cycle designer updated vesrion.
Also check your desktop/laptop if it has good RAM .
Adobe is quite fat application which depend upon ur sys prefomanc.

Process Adobe Form with MDB's

I am trying to develop an automated process that receives an Adobe Interactive Forms as an email attachment and performs a bapi call to an R/3 backend. I plan to use an XI interface that will monitor a email inbox and deliver the pdf as a message to an JMS queue. Once the message has been delivered to the JMS queue a Message Driven Bean will process the message (pdf form). This MDB needs to extract the data from the form and call a bapi on the R/3 backend (JCo). At this point I am trying to develop the MDB.
Can someone provide any hints or code example that I could use in the MDB that could extract the data from the pdf form?

     Yes, you can do it. The below method will not call the adobe form FM twice and you don't even need to create a new master page.
If the value of header field in Master page changes each time, You need to JavaScript for this.
So you will be having some dynamic data in design view based on which the header will be changing. So fill the value of header in the design view. And write the JavasScript code on the Header Text field of Master page in Ready Layout event as below.

Here HEADER is the field in the design view which contains the value of Header. So whenever the same master page is triggered each time, the Header in the Master page is filled using this HEADER field from design view.

Error while accesing ADOBE Form in SFP over Citrix

Hi,
When I try to access the ADOBE Form from transaction code SFP over Citrix from home, I am getting the follwoing message and not allowing me to either display or change the ADOBE form.
"Could not start Layout Designer"
When I try to access the same ADOBE Form in my office, everything works fine.
I have installed Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8.1 on my home system. Still I am getting the message that the Layout Designer could not be started.
What could be the issue ?
Kindly suggest, how can I overcome this issue.

GUI crashes while Executing ADOBE Form

Dear Expert,
Please resolve my Problem,
whenever I am trying to Execute Adobe Form, GUI is getting Crashed, Whereas when ever Basis Person is opening on his System he is able to Execute ADOBE Form, He told that there is a memory Problem, Memory Required For Executing this adobe Form should be at least 1GB RAM, But i have 504 MB RAM. Please tell me is it the Reason For Crashing GUI whenever Executing Adobe Form or Something Else.
On my system i have Adobe Reader 9.

I am new to adobe smartforms, i am getting one error while activate smartform. we need to set anything in SICF setting for Adobe smartform??. i am get error like "this forms refers to external file which is not found in compters.please create connection to folder so thatt these should be found.

Are you talking about adobe forms or smartforms. These are 2 different types of forms. For Adobe forms you need an ADS which sits on the java stack and needs to be configured properly. Some services need to be activated in SICF for the configuration as well. A conplete guide on how to configure the ADS is found on the following link

Hi Naredra,
did you try to see if the ADS connection is up and running? You can test it from SM59 or better,
try to test a standard form (just run and test inf the SFP transaction). If it works (the pdf form is displayed on the screen) check your form parameters.
The interface should be "Abap dictionary based" and form layout should be "ZCI".

For Adobe Interactive forms in webdynpro ,u need following things;
1. Adobe life cycle designer installed on ur system
2. ACF installed
3. AdobeDocumentService configured on ur system
I think application/x-pdf is the suitable mime
