Messages 'To Be Delivered'
Hello,
the messages in rwb are status 'To be delivered',..i had read other threads and we had applied the follow:
1. Status: TO_BE_DELIVERED
Which means that the message was successfully delivered from Integration Server point of view and it states that the messages is initially handed over to the Messaging System.
TO_BE_DELIVERED occurs while the message is put into the Messaging System receive queue.
Solution:
This is done via the Messaging System receive servlet:
http://<Host>:<PORT>/MessagingSystem/receive/<CONNECTION>
/<PROTOCOL>
Only if this was executed successfully the Messaging System returns HTTP 200 to the Integration Server and the Status TO_BE_DELIVERED moves to DELIVERING
1. Try logging into Sap GUI with two users: XIAPPLUSER & XIAFUSER
to see if they are blocked
2. check the messages:
AdapterFramework
com.sap.aii.adapterframework.serviceuser.language
com.sap.aii.adapterframework.serviceuser.name = XIAFUSER
com.sap.aii.adapterframework.serviceuser.pwd
ApplicationSystem
com.sap.aii.applicationsystem.serviceuser.language
com.sap.aii.applicationsystem.serviceuser.name = XIAPPLUSER
com.sap.aii.applicationsystem.serviceuser.pwd
in the exchange profile to make sure the right passwords
however, the messages continue in 'To be delivered'
thanks very much, is very important for us solved this problem asap
The instant solution for the issue is restart of J2EE Server.
However to avoid this problem in future, please add pool waiting time and task time out in advanced mode parameters of communication channel.
If this issue is occouring for JDBC messages, please check JDBC Driver version.
Also check consumer thread count in visual admin.
Send.MaxConsumers (direction AFW -> IS asynchronous) -
Recv.MaxConsumers (direction IS -> AFW asynchronous) -
Call.MaxConsumers (direction AFW -> IS synchronous) -
Rqst.MaxConsumers (direction IS -> AFW synchronous) -
This should be appropriate as per your server configuration.

I am suddenly getting messages from iMessage saying my message is not delivered
Whay is wrong?
This is a serious ongoing problem with my wife's iPhone 5. It's on IOS 7.0.4 and she is getting message failed/not delivered constantly. The only way to get it working again is the power off the phone and power it back on then it will work for a little while before having problems again.
Before you say reset your phone and all that BS, I HAVE factory reset the phone and did NOT restore a backup and the problem still persists. I even got a replacement phone from verizon and started from scratch again and it STILL has the problem. I've tried turning off iMessage, didn't help. I tried disabling LTE, didn't help.
This problem must be in IOS 7, she never had single issue in IOS 6. Please fix this problem Apple. -
Messages stuck in delivering status
Hi all,
I have an idoc-xi-ftp scenario with EO quality of service. For the very first tests we set up a file CC using nfs and everything worked fine.
Today I received the info to connect to the FTP server and introduce it on the file CC. The issue comes because some kind of problem writing on the ftp server leaves the messages in status "delivering" (DLNG). While FTP guys try to fix the issue (they don't know where he tissue is right now) I have switch again to NFS with the old configuration in order to allow the users to keep testing.
But the issue comes because now the messages being sent to NFS scenario are marked as to be delivered and they are not processed.
I'm suspicious about the delivering ones and I'd like to cancel, but the cancel button doesn't allow me to do it so I'm hanged in a circle.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
David R.Hi,
Yes, ABAP +Java implies a complete restart of the PI server, which is not recommended in the production environment.
Generally, this case is like a deadlock situation. We will not be able to either resend/cancel the messages in delivering.
So , best option would be to identify which server node these messages are stuck and then restart that server node.
With the server node restart these messages in Delivering are again reprocessed by the server.

Why sometime sending a text message reads sent as text message instead of Delivered?
Why dose sent messages read as sent as text message instead of Delivered? and this person has an iPhone too
In order for a message to be sent as an iMessage, both parties have an active data connection. If one or both of you doesn't, then the message will be sent as a regular SMS (assuming you have it set that way). Only iMessages will give you the "Delivered" update. SMS do not.
Best of luck. -
HI,
We are getting following error message for all users while sending mail to external but we able to receive mail from internet.
Your message wasn't delivered due to a permission or security issue. It may have been rejected by a moderator, the address may only accept e-mail from certain senders, or another restriction may
be preventing delivery.Hi,
Please follow Luke and Shelly’s suggestion to check your SPF record and Send Connector configuration. Also you can post the complete NDR message(with NDR status code) here for further analysis.
If there is any updates, please feel free to let us know.
Thanks,
Winnie Liang

I recently started using iPhone 4S. But I can't make messaging to anyone. It is updated to iOS 6. Everytime I send message, it shows me message is not delivered! Is it an issue with all iPhone 4S, iOS 6?? Help me! Thanks in advance !!
Try resetting your phone by holding down the home and off button until the apple symbol comes up. Then if still doing, restore your phone in itunes from your backup.

Hi,
We have facing several problems in our SAP PI 7.31 single stack environment. The problem is concerning broken connection with another platform. When network problems occurs the messages change to status "delivering".
These messages are in delivering status and we can not cancel or restart without a Java Server node restart.
The questions are:
- Are any possibilities to fix this problem manually?
- Is it possible to change the status? ( to error for example).
On the other hand I would to know if it is possible to tuning queues in order to put this messages in another error queue when a deadline or timeout is produced.
Thanks in advanced
IvánHi Carlos,
Have you checked Javier Alcubilla Alcala's answer in this thread PI 7.31 Java/Single Stack, Mass Cancellation of "To Be Delivered" messages?
You can cancel and resend them.

Messages won't deliver to one person
I'm trying to send a message to my friend who lives out of the country. It's not saying that my messages are being delivered. I tried everyone else on my contacts list and it works ok with them. Does this mean it's an issue with her phone? I've never had that happen before.
What kind of messages?
You didn't say.
Email?
SMS?
BBM?
MMS?
PIN?
Could you please provide any other particulars or details?

Messages "to be delivered" at the integration Engine
Hi
Since Yesterday, we have a lot of messages with the status "to be delivered".
I have checked the SMQ1, the SMQ2 and nothing is there, but I saw 2 entries in SM58, blocked.
I deleted those entries but the system is still not working.
SMQR is showing the process as "inactive", and if I do not start it manually, it does not start automatically, but even starting it manually, nothing seems to happen.
I am unable to delete the firtst message that stays "to be delivered" its status is Cancelable No, Repeatable No.
The messages are in the Integration Engine.
I checked with no luck:
- Register Queues and Activate again the Queues
- Transaction SLDCHECK shows everything Ok
- AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER , AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER and INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI seem to be Ok
- Stop and Start the SAP
- Refreshing the Cache
what else to check?

hi Guys
please help me out for below issue
Some time we are getting error while sending mail to particular recipient and getting below error
"Your message wasn't delivered due to a permission or security issue. It may have been rejected by a moderator, the address may only accept e-mail from certain senders, or another restriction may be preventing delivery.
The following organization rejected your message:"
but some mails are going without any issueHi,
First, please check if there is a transport rule blocking you from send email to the particular recipient. Besides, please check for any third party transport agents, I recommend you disable third party transport agents temporarily. If there is any AV/AS
scanning on your Exchange server, please disable it temporarily and test again.
If the issue persists, in order to troubleshoot the problem more efficiently, I need to clarify some information.
1. Did you send emails externally or internally?
2. How many recipients were affected?
3. From "Some time we are getting error while sending mail to particular recipient", do you mean all users couldn't send emails to the particular recipient or just some users of all couldn't send emails to the particular recipient?
Sometimes message tracking log is useful for us, to narrow down the issue, I recommend you check message tracking log for related error message.
Best regards,
Belinda

Hi,
Let’s try the following resolution:
Exchange 2007 server>EMC>server configuration>Hub Transport>Receive connector>properties>Network> add your new company server IP address in the tab “receive mail from remote servers that have these IP addresses”.
For more information, you can refer to the following article:
http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2006/12/28/3397620.aspx
If you have any question, please feel free to let me know.

Message wasn't delivered because of security policies
Hi,
Can you please help us identify the problem wherein all users in our company cannot send emails outside the organisation with the following message:
"Your message wasn't delivered because of security policies. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.
The following organization rejected your message:

Is it something to do with our
Microsoft Action Pack subscription Renewal. We did just pay 1 day before it expires and it's a coincidence that the problem occur today same day that it expire.
Thanks in advance,
Belleno, this is not related to your Action pack subscription.
If you are the administrator of mel-relay01.ispone.net.au, verify your server logs to determine the cause of this denial.
More likely: if this is the smtp relay of your provider, contact them to check why your messages are rejected (probably you ended up on some blacklist) and how to resolve.

Why is my text message not being delivered
Why is my messages not being delivered?
1. Messages on the iPad can only be sent to other iDevices
2. The receiving party must also be registered with iMessage
Note: The two above conditions must be met. -

I have setup an Accepted Domain as Internal Relay, with a Send Connector to deliver any mails if the user is not found in Exchange server.Hi All
I had this issue as well.
Here is the solution i used to fix this once for all:
My Environment:
AD server with private and public NICs
Exchange Server with Private and Public NICs
Used a dummy domain (Not owned by me) (ex: corp.com) on Private Network.
Created accepted domains for the domains that i own on exchange server.
Issue Cause:
When an external user (Gmail, hotmail.. etc) sends an email to my accepted domain, as the MX record is pointed to my exchange server on the public IP, the mail flows till my exchange server. Now the transport service on the CAS, hand's over the email to
Transport Service on the Mail box server. There it goes to the categorizer. Here the DNS look up happens and the next SMTP send service will either hand over the mail to the Mail box or send a Non delivery report stating that a mail box, domain name is not
found with in itself.
The issue here is caused by our private DNS where it fails to resolve the internal dummy domain that i used because the resources on the DNS server was completely utilized my memory ballooning in VMware. Ignore the ballooning thing if you do not understand.
Resolution:
I created an entry in the C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts file of the exchange server as below:
mail01.corp.com 192.168.80.132 .i.e., <host name of the exchange server>.<domain prefix>.<domain suffix> <Private IP address of the exchange server>
I change the secondary DNS on the Private NIC of the exchange server to itself .i.e., 192.168.80.132 and forced it look within itself when the primary DNS does not respond at times.
Now my exchange server is absolutely stable. It worked for me !
Hope this post helps you fix the issue or at least help you think a bit ahead.
To understand more about your scenario, i would suggest you look up the logs at C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\TransportRoles\Logs (if you have not changed the default drectory while instalation) and Frontend Connectivity logs and Mailbox
connectivity logs. I am sure those logs will help you understand whats going wrong behind the scenes.
