Microsoft Report Error

Hi everybody, is there anyone who can explain me what to do when this message comes: "Microsoft Report Error"?
Since this morning I have been trying to use word, I open the document, I start working with it and after 5-10 minutes the computer crashes and this message comes. Recently I've re-installed Tiger, updated all the programms and installed quark Express 6.5.

Try a search at http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.mac.office.word for "Microsoft Report Error"; more appropriate place to resolve the issue than here.

  • SCCM 2012 R2 reporting error: "The DefaultValue expression for the report parameter 'UserTokenSIDs' contains an error: A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated. (rsRuntimeErrorInExpression)"

    Hi,
I have two SCCM environments under same active directory domain and one service account have been used for SCCM configurations on both the environments (QA and PRODUCTION). I am facing similar error as mentioned above while trying to fetch reports on
PRODUCTION site, but the QA site is working fine, though same service account have been used for configuring both. While looking at the reportserverservice_<date> log on my Production DB server i see the following error
    "processing!ReportServer_0-3!2124!01/02/2015-09:09:30:: e ERROR: Throwing Microsoft.ReportingServices.ReportProcessing.ProcessingAbortedException: , Microsoft.ReportingServices.ReportProcessing.ProcessingAbortedException: An error has occurred during
report processing. ---> Microsoft.ReportingServices.ReportProcessing.ReportProcessingException: Cannot read the next data row for the dataset DataSet1. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Conversion failed when converting the nvarchar value 'Override
    Default' to data type int."
My DB and SCCM primary site are different and the reorting services point is installed on remote DB server. Please help me resolving the issue.
    Troubleshooting performed:
1.Disabled the registry key 'EnableRbacReporting' from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SMS\SRSRP to 0 and then restarted SSRS service and the reporting worked for some minutes after that the registry key reverted back to 1 automatically and
    reporting started throwing errors again.
    2. Checked with the permissions on DB whether or not 'sysadmin' role is assigned to the SCCM service account.
    3. re-registered the SQL management Provider WMI class.
    mofcomp.exe “C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\110\Shared\sqlmgmproviderxpsp2up.mof”

    Hi All,
Finally found exact solution to the reporting error.
Error: while launching SCCM reports (both from Console and web based) an unexpected error occured with error message as "The DefaultValue expression for the report parameter ‘UserTokenSIDs’ contains an error: A specified logon session does not exist.
It may already have been terminated. (rsRuntimeErrorInExpression)"
Solution: This is password replication issue for the domain account used to configure reporting services point in SCCM. If your SQL SSRS reporting services instance and databse runs with local default account whereas the reporting services point on SCCM
primary site is configured with domain account, (As in My case) you need to perform the following in order to get rid of the error.
Launch 'Reporting Services Configuration Manager' from the SQL SSRS box(either Local or Remote), Connect to Report Server Instance->Go to 'Execution Account' tab->Specify the 'Execution Account' as domain account and password which is used to configure
Reporting Services Point in SCCM Primary Site, and then click apply.
Now Lauch the report either way (Web based or from Console), the error will disappear and all your default reports will execute perfectly as before.

  • QuickTime 'Don't Send' report Error

Hey, lve just installed QuickTime and when im running it im receiving 'Don't Send'
report error, iv tried reinstalling it \ redownloading \ repairing. nothing works.
    any suggestions?
    thanks

Is this happening when your trying to open a particular file type with QT? And you then get a microsoft message that a problem occurred and you can submit to microsoft or not send? Or is this happening while just trying to open QT player on it's own without attempting to open a file?

  • Microsoft Reporting Web Service

I am trying to call the new Microsoft Reporting web service from
weblogic 8.1sp2. I've run the clientgen utility against the microsoft
    reporting server's wsdl.
Using the generated stup classes, I keep getting an error about a
snapshotID parameter, which is not a parameter passed in the stub API.
I've attached the wsdl, java program and the soap xml with the error in
    it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a little late, I know. but I just spent the day
struggling with this very issue. Hopefully this can help someone
else in the future. Here's my solution...
    on MX:Operation -- result="fillXML()"
    then
    private function fillXML(): void {
    var x:XML = new
    XML(wsProps.GetDatasetData.lastResult.toString());
...do what you need with your xml...
I use an XMLList node of the result as the source property
for an XMLListCollection bound to a datagrid. Let me know if you
need more help to get it working. It works like a charm now that I
figured that out. I don't know if it's a slimy hack, or not, but it
    gets the job done.

  • Vista got corrupt after power failure. sfc reports error and Event log service is unable to start itself.

    Hi,
After a sudden power failure, I guess vista file system is corrupt.   I am able to start vista in normal mode, but it seems there are errors like Event Log service unable to start itself,  when I start IE, it closes automatically ,
Norton antivirus does not start itself.  and so on.
After Bing search, I went to safe mode and executed sfc /scannow and it reported error as below.
"Windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them"
Unfortunately I am unable to upload log file, so I am pasting CBS.log content here....   Please advice.
Some parts of logs are removed due to limit of 60000 characters.
    Please advice.

how can I solve this error?
    thanks

I had the exact same problem.
I found 2 solutions to this, where the first solution was temporary.
Try to change the RegKey HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SMS\SRSRP\EnableRbacReporting from 1
à 0. Then run the report again, it should run normally. In my case it did change back to 1 after some time and turned out to be a temporary fix. But it provided an explanation why this happened
after the R2 upgrade and actually it breaks the new reports RBAC feature of R2.
The second solution I found in this thread:
    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/ae08aa43-054d-47e7-99fb-c4f101962478/reports-not-working-after-upgrade-to-sccm-2012-r2-?forum=configmanagergeneral
Just read the explanation and run the mofcomp command.
It did the trick for me J

  • Reporting Error After Upgrading to SCCM 2012 R2

After upgrading from SCCM 2012 SP1 CU2 to SCCM 2012 R2, some users receive an error whenever they open a report.  This occurs in both the SCCM console and the SSRS web site.  What's odd is not all users receive the error.  In fact, for two
users with the exact same permissions, running the console on the same computer, 1 gets the error and the other doesn't.  Anybody else see this or have any ideas to troubleshoot or fix it?  I'm thinking this may relate to the fix for permissions
    in reporting included in R2.
The error message from the console is:Microsoft.Reporting.WinForms.ReportServerException
The DefaultValue expression for the report parameter ‘UserSIDs’ contains an error: The user name or password is incorrect.
    (rsRuntimeErrorInExpression)
    Stack Trace:
    at Microsoft.Reporting.WinForms.ServerReportSoapProxy.OnSoapException(SoapException e)
    at Microsoft.Reporting.WinForms.Internal.Soap.ReportingServices2005.Execution.RSExecutionConnection.ProxyMethodInvocation.Execute[TReturn](RSExecutionConnection connection, ProxyMethod`1 initialMethod, ProxyMethod`1 retryMethod)
    at Microsoft.Reporting.WinForms.Internal.Soap.ReportingServices2005.Execution.RSExecutionConnection.LoadReport(String Report, String HistoryID)

    at Microsoft.Reporting.WinForms.ServerReport.SetParameters(IEnumerable`1 parameters)
    at Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.AdminConsole.SrsReporting.ReportViewerWindowsForms.SetParameterValues_DoWork(Object sender, DoWorkEventArgs e)
The following error is logged in the SSRS logs:
    processing!ReportServer_0-1!12d0!10/31/2013-15:28:48:: e ERROR: Throwing Microsoft.ReportingServices.ReportProcessing.ReportProcessingException: , Microsoft.ReportingServices.ReportProcessing.ReportProcessingException: Exception of type 'Microsoft.ReportingServices.ReportProcessing.ReportProcessingException' was thrown.;

I just wanted to share my last upgrade experience with you, in case, someone is running into the same problem:
    I've just upgraded to SCCM 2012 R2 CU4 (from CU3).
Guess what? It broke the Reporting, error message as above!
So I've put the computeraccount of my SCCM/SSRS server (SSRS service is running under local system account) into the WAA group, reboot - but it didn't help. Tried also the Pre-Win2000-Compat-group. Didn't help. A colleague was not experiencing the problem.
Hmmm. So what is different between our accounts?
The difference found: My account's userPrincipalName was set to the same as the sAMAccountName, but missing a domain. The account was obviously created by a bad script.
Solution 1: Delete the userPrincipalName attribute, or
Solution 2: Make the userPrincipalName complete by adding a valid domain, i.e. [email protected]: In the Active Directory Users and Computers mmc, User Properties, Account tab, select a domain for the "User logon name".
The problem seems to be only for user accounts, that are in a different domain than the SCCM server's account, i.e. server in example.com, user account in sub.example.com. Always multi-domain problems...

I have an error with XL Reporter. I've installed it fine, without errors, but when I try to start in from SBO I get the following message:
Unable to connect to XL Reporter. Error! User Authentication failed. Object: Check DB Version. MEta Partner Objects: 1.75 Partner Objects: 1.81.
    Could you please help me,
    Thank you,

    Irina,
The forum that you have posted your question in is for questions related to the SAP Business One SDK.  Your question seems application related to the Business One XL Reporter.  While you may get a response here, you may be better served by posting your question in the SAP Business One Discussion Forum and/or creating a message with SAP Support.
With respect to your question ... there could be a variety of reasons that you could receive this error.  I have attached one such SAP Business One Knowledgebase that may be what is causing your issue.  If you are an SAP Business Partner, please log onto the SAP PartnerEdge Portal and see note 847981.  This is the note ....
Unable to connect to XLR after installation - "Partner SAP"
    Symptom
When trying to start the add-on XL Reporter after installation, the user gets an error message:
"Unable to connect to XL Reporter,
    Error! User authentication failed
    Cause: CheckDbVersion
    Meta Patner: SBOOEM
    Partner: SAP"
    See attachment.
    Other terms
add-on, XLR, XL Reporter, SAP, SBOOEM, upgrade, checkdbversion, Business One, B1, SBO
    Reason and Prerequisites
This is because the old stand-alone version of XL Reporter previouslyhas been installed on the company database you are trying to use. This version used the partner code SAP, while the add-on version uses the code SBOOEM. The installation does not recognize this as an upgrade.
    Solution
Start the Enterprise Manager from the Microsoft SQL Server program folder on your Start menu. Browse down to your Business One database, expand and choose tables. Right-click the table called ixtdbversion and choose Open table -> Return all rows. In the column 'Partner' change the text from SAP to SBOOEM and press Enter. Close the Enterprise Manager and start the add-on. The XL Reporter information in the database should now be upgraded.
Note: The report definitions created on the old stand-alone version, will probably not function straight away, as changes has been done to the Meta database. You should therefore edit the definitions before you start using them in production.
    HTH,
    Eddy

Why Microsoft doesn't have correct fix to run automatically. How many years we need to cry with same error again n again?
Does any one have correct solution which will fix permanently while running more than 4000 systems in our environment
Manual stuff isn't easy. Pls provide permanent fix?

This isn't a bug to fix. This is by design. Clients must be approved to be managed. Thus, only your configuration or expectations must be fixed. To correct your configuration, see the link Henrik posted. To correct your expectations, read the content linked

  • Outlook 2010 Sending' reported error (0x8004010F): "Outlook data file cannot be accessed.'

I recently moved my outlook directory to a different drive as my C: drive was getting full.
Everything went smoothly except for now I cannot send emails from any of my addresses with the error "Sending' reported error (0x8004010F): "Outlook data file cannot be accessed.'" that I've associated with outlook.   Recently I
uninstalled all of Microsoft Office (student) and reinstalled it on the new drive, still getting the same error.  I've tried following the steps at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2659085/en-us
but when I go into the Control Panel to click on Mail (in this case Mail (32-bit) even though I run a 64-bit OS), the icon in the control panel is a piece of paper (leading me to believe it's broken) and when I click on it, nothing happens.  I don't
mean my screen flickers or even thinks about doing anything with the swirly circle cursor... it does absolutely nothing.

    Hi Stintedvisions,
    Generally,
“0x8004010f: Outlook data file cannot be accessed” error is occurred due to wrong configuration of Outlook profile. And as you said that you have been trying all Microsoft methods to resolve, but it’s still not working, then you should use
the inbuilt utility of Microsoft called scanpst.exe. It can identify the bug and repair Outlook in minutes of times.
    Thanks
