Migo(goods reciept), -- how to enter recd. qty.in nos. and kgs. of a matl.

Take an example of steel (angles, flats, plate or so). He receives in 5nos. and 200kgs.
In goods receipt how to enter the quantity in numbers and its weight both? In item detail, Quantity,of Migo screen there are 5 rows for entry. 1. Qty. in unit of entry. In this what we enter is going to maintain in 2. Qty. in sku with respect to its base unit of measure. Here the problem comes the qty. recieved may not be to the data mentioned in units of measure in material master. In practical it is different. If we mention the quantity received same as the sku(stock keeping unit) then the qty entered is ok. 3. Qty in PO price unit. The details in this is the quantity received and its payment. 4. Qty in delivery note. We mention the qty received in delivery note which is weight. 5. Qty ordered which is picking up from PO. Please give the solution where to enter nos? Thanking you,

If you are looking ofr Freight Vendor entered in PO, then you can use table KONV & field name is LIFNR where KNUMV(Condition record) is equal to EKPO-KNUMV.

since i used method Insert in AWT

by the look of the code

list.add(mystringvalue, ? );you may not be because every JList is put in a JScrollPane
but if you do want to do it through the palette there is an option in properties - model which you can uses to add in values.
and if your looking to get info. from a database look up

My old Gateway laptop died (about 2 years old)but the harddrive is still good. I was able to retrieve all my old info EXCEPT I can't figure how to get to my old bookmarks file so I can copy them into my new computer. I believe. I have tried several forums, but the instructions don't give me the results I need. I am running my old drive with a USB adapter so I can see all my files, but can't get to/find the bookmark file.

for entering BIOS you have to press ESC directly after pressing power button!
I have no experience with virtual CD but I use a tool called Daemon tools. With this tool you can use a hdd based CD image as normal CD during Windows!

Hi Dilip,
If I am correct you are taking about changing user Status at device level (serial number)
you can set the user status through status profile (Tcode OIBS for particular status profile).
within this, you can also set/ change the status, if particular business transaction is executed (for e.g. good receipt, Stock transfer)
Please check if you are using status profile in your case, if not create one, by this way i think you can able to map the requirement.

You can do goods receipt:
1) Entering a Material Document With a Reversal Movement Type
In transaction MIGO, Select the transaction Goods Issue, select reference as "Purchase order" and enter the reversal movement type 102. Post the document. As you do not refer to the material document while reversing, the system re-determines the material price if the price has changed.
2) Entering a Reversal Document with Reference to the original Material Document
In transaction MIGO, Select the transaction Cancellation, the reference document automatically changes to "Material docuement" and you need not enter the movement type. It automatically chooses 102 movement type. Post the document.

MIGO for Excisable material without entering Excise details in MIGO

My Client purchases one material on which he is paying excise duties such as BED, E Cess etc. But actually he receives tax invoice some times after few days of receiving goods from vendor. At the time of receiving goods , client get only a note from vendor stating only quantity and no taxes are mentioned on it. How to do this Goods receipt. After that vendor supplies tax invoice,and we need to enter tax/ excise invoice number details .currently system is not permitting me to do MIGO without entering excise invoice number and date. How to do this. Please tell me.
2. my another Question is what is the flow for purchasing or Raw and Capital goods incluidind excisable material.

You can do Goods receipt and excise caturing/posting in different trasnactions.
1. First you do goods recepit and on excise tab you just select Only part 1 entry for materials which are excisable ( PO with excise duty )and for materials which are not excisable (PO with out excise duty ) you can select no excise.
2. For PO with excise duty - you can capture and post the excise in J1IEX transaction.

MIGO- Goods Issue- Order, the value is not written into Table COSP

We make a substitution of wbs element of line item( BSEG-PROJK ). The wbs filed will be filled automatically when the user input a cost center or a order number.
But we found some inconsistency in standard report S_ALR_87013558 OR CJI3.
The following is what we have done:
In Tcode F-02, we enter a order(e.g. A), then the WBS Element is filled automatically. when we post the document, and go to Standard report: S_ALR_87013558,
we can see the amount in the report.
In MIGO, we make a goods issue by order(e.g. A. Movement type is 261) , when we post, Material Document and Accounting document and Controlling document , but in report S_ALR_87013558 or CJI3. the amount is wrong, we can not see the amount we have done in MIGO.
The movement type 201 is also wrong, the value is also not written into tabl cosp.
But GI for project-movement type 221, the value is written into table cosp.
Can you tell me this is wrong or right? if right, why? if wrong, how can i correct it, i need some customizing or others? or my substitution affect the result?

I am a abaper, not familiar with the business.
The business consultant want to control budget, control cost.
At first, he let me do a substibution in FI line item of besg-projk(WBS Element), when we he test the substitution in TCode F-02, the WBS field is filled automatically as per G/L account and Cost Center or as per G/L Account and Order, and then in Standard Report 'S_ALR_87013558', we can see the changes of the cost.
But when biz consultant do a MIGO->Goods Issue by order, we can not see the changes of the cost,but the value of WBS in FI Accounting Document is substituted correctly.
And if we enter the WBS manually when we do a MIGO->Goods Issue by order, we can see the changes of the report 'S_ALR_87013558'.
In the original post, i was wrong, when we do a goods issue with movement type 201, the result is the same as 261, also we cant see the changes. but if we enter the wbs manually(movement type 201),the changes is write to COSP table.
The solution about the original requirement is right or wrong?

Pallet+material tracking after goods issue? billing on destination qty?

hi experts
we have done here pallet material pack let s say 1 pack for 10 materials while doing outbound delivery. after that i will create shipment document in vto1(transportation), after that i will do the goods issue vlo2n. now i can able to enter when the material loaded and when the shipment completed.
but still there is requirement of tracking the pallets + materials (FG) which is in transit. and based on the exact reached quantity only billing should happen and like parcel tracking screen i need to track how many packs and fg material reached at the destination i need to see in some report and there should be some option of setting of the missing FG quantity and packs.
I tried POD(proof of delivery ) but there the eaxct reached material can be entered for the whole delivery document at once only. but i need to track the movement of packaging (pallet) + fg material partially also. kindly suggest me any solution on this

for PI_CONS: Enter storage Location
for PI_PRod: Qty and / or "delivery completed" ind. or final issue ind. are missing
and Material consumed quantities and produced are coming zero. when i am giving also in PI Sheet
now i am working on those..

Add new Delivery cost to PO with partial goods reciept !!!!

i have a strange case in my company, sometimes after our requested goods delivered to our country it stay in customs and we reciept only what had customs released and the remain goods will be reciept in the next month + additional cost for rent of the place in the customs, i need to add the additional cost to the remaining items in the PO.
let have an example. is SAP
i create a PO for 100 items with the right conditions, when the goods landed in the customs they release only 10 items so i make a GR/IR for 10 items only , after a month they release another 10 items . i need to make a GR/IR for these items with additional cost for the rent of the place in the customs.
how can i do it because when i try to add delivery cost in the PO it issue this error "You cannot enter new delivery costs"

It's not possible to add delivery cost once GR or invoice has been posted. It's documented
in SAP note 457511-question 6.:
6. Is it possible to change or add delivery costs in the purchase order
after a goods receipt or invoice receipt has been executed?
Answer:
No, this should not be possible. The system generates error message
V1631 'You cannot enter new delivery costs' (V1631). Important: If your
system does not behave in the manner described, this is an error that
can be corrected using Notes 187694 and 196884. This affects the earlier
Support Packages of Release 31I, 40B, 45B and 46B (you will find more
detailed information in the two notes mentioned).
Thus you can only close the item by setting delivery complete indicator and then create a new
item and add the delivery cost.
