Milestones not copied in sale order.

Hi
I have taken a template while creating B- Project. The template has a network, 5 WBS element and milestone... i Saved it
Then i went to CJ02 and insert one WBS element Say Z, then in CN21, i created one network for the WBS i created in CJ02
I attached the milestones for this network activity...
Then i created a Sale order Va01.. and entered the material corresponds to a WBS element say  X and in the billing plan, i tired to insert the Milestones, which i have created for Z...
But i am not able to copy the milestones...
Wat is the problem ? is there any thing in the flow...
- Pithan

Dear Friend,
Please check whether you have ticked the "Sales Document Date" in the milestone detail screen. Also check whether you have ticked the billing element indicator for the WBS element.

  • Text messages not copied from sales order to billing

Text messages which have been given in sales order are not copied to billing. Two of the text are copied and the other two are not getting copied. Checked the access sequence.. everything is correct.
    Please give a clue.

    Dear DV,
These are basic settings to copy the Text from sales order to Invoice so please check in these areas,
First you need to copy the sales order text to the delivery document from the delivery document you can copy the text to the billing document.
To copy the sales order text to the delivery document
You do the text determination for the deliveries also, define and maintain same TextId in the delivery header text procedure ,maintain the access sequence ,in the delivery text procedure access sequence you put the Text Object as VBBK for that Text ID.
Make sure that you have assigned access sequence for your missed Text ID's in VOTXN transaction
To copy the delivery text to the invoice.
You do the text determination for the billing document, define and maintain same TextId in the billing document text procedure and maintain the access sequence, after that
Go to VOFA transaction then selct billing document type then go in to the details screen here you do the check in the Delivery Text check Box (Top most bottom of the screen.)
Now you can able to copy the sales order text to the invoice.
Use VOTXN transaction for Text determinetion
I hope this will help you,
    Regards,
    Murali.

  • Billing Plan Start Date not copied to Sales order from Service Contract

    Hi
We are developing a process of Creation of Service Contract and then a order confirmation.
Now based on the Order Confirmation will bill based on the Bill Plan.
The Bill plan start date in contract header is not flowing to Sales Order header while creating with reference.
Then navigating to Header Billing plan and if we input the date the billing plan dates are displayed.
We checked the copy control settings and seems like the date is not copied. Is this a standard behaviour.
If so then do we have any work arounds to achieve the same. Because the contract start date can change before confirmation.
So business wants a sales order confirmation to be created after contract creation and bill periodically as per the Sales order instead of contract.

    Hi,
Appreciate ur quick response. But instead of FKDAT i need the FPLA-BEDAT to be flowed to Billing Plan.Right now iam entering the following date manually at header.Instead if it copies from Contract header then manual entry could be neglected.
Is it possible with the same routine to code with the above mentioned FPLA-BEDAT.

  • Billing milestones note billed by Sales Order & Item

    Hi
I need to produce a list of all outstanding billing milestones and the value, which I can of course do via CN53N. However the list does not include the sales order number and the line item in the sales order, and I need both of these. Is there a list I can run that achieves this, or a list of sales order number, item number, and the billing milestone on that line?
Or tables I can use to extract this in SE16? I can then cross the data with the detail in CN53N.
    Much appreciated
    Wendy

This is a one of request for information, so would prefer not to link any tables.
Is there a unique field in each which I could use to cross reference?

  • Address not copied from Sales order/Delivery to Shipment Document

    Hello Experts,
I need your help on Addrss of ship to in shipment document.
    Sales Order[VA01] >> Delivery [Vl01N]>> Shipment [VT01N].
User changed the Address of ship to party (Header level) in Sales Order and It reflected to delivery as well and I believe It should also update the address in Shipment document.
But when I checked the Address of the Customer/Unloading point in Shipment Document [VT03N] (as below) I found It was not updated It was same as Customer Master Record and I believe It directly copied from Customer Master Record.
BUT While creating the Shipment system is copying the data from Customer master Record not from Sales Order /Delivery. Logically system should copy the updated address from Order/Delivery BUT It is directly copying from Customer Master i don't know where is the setting of this ??
Can anybody help me on this ? How system takes the customer (ship to party) address in shipment ? Where are the setting of these.
What I need to do so system take the updated address from Sales Order/Delivery not from Customer Master Record (Ship to party).
Can I change the address of customer in shipment document ??
    Awaiting your precious reply.
    Thanks,

    Hello Samir,
    Thanks for your response.
I think you get my question in wrong way.
I am sayingCustomer master data was not changed.
User just changed the Address in Order (Order > Header >> Partner tab >> Change ship to address/overwrite ship to address).
Overwritten Address / Updated address are copying in Delivery BUT not in Shipment document.
What I need to do?  system should copy the updated address from Sales Order/Delivery BUT it is copying from Ship to party.
I hope this time i am clear to explain my issue.
    Thanks,

  • EK01 and EK02 not copied to sales order item

    Dear colleagues,
Is it possible to have EK01/EK02 transferred to the sales order item for assembly type = "0 no assembly order processing"
(specified in requirement class definition)? I would like to have planned production costs in EK02/EK01.
I don't specify costing method, variant and sheet in requirement class definition (transaction ovzg)
    The steps are following:
    1. create sales order
    2. set manually proper item category (which refers to assembly type = "0 no assembly order processing")
    3. MD04 - convert generated planned order (lower-level for HALB) into production order
    4. MD04 - release HALB production order
    5. MD04 - convert generated planned order (higher-level for FERT) into production order
    6. MD04 - release FERT production order
    7. ????? we could expect EK02/EK01 in sales order item coming from production orders ?????
I have found SAP note 857299 nevertheless it is not stated precisely there.
Please let me know your observations in this area.

  • Item line with category TAD not copied from Sales order to delivery

    Hello,
we have a sales order with one line item with line item category TAN and one line item with line item category TAD.
When we deliver the sales order, only the line item with category TAN will be copied into the delivery. So there is only one line item in the delivery, but we need both to be copied.
I checked VTLA and the header entry LF delivery OR standard order has both line items on item level.
    Setting on header level:
    Order requirements: 001
    Combination requirement 051
    Header Data: 001
    Header Data ext Sys 0
    Handling Units: 000
    Copy item number: unchecked
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks
    Anne

    Hello,
I tried and it said: item category TAD is not defined.
So why would it not be defined?
    Thanks

  • Rounding Off Value is not copying from Sales Order to Invoice

    Hi Experts,
In Pricing Procedure i maintained DIFF- Rounding Off Condition type with the following Combinations.
    Print:X
    Requirement:13
    Cal Type: 16
    Bas Type: 4
When i create sales order the system is calculating Rounding Off after saving the sales order. The requirement is that it should shows the rounding off value before saving the sales order.Secondly when i make invoice the rounding off value is not copying from the saved sales order. After i save the invoice in VF02 the rounding off value is coming .
    Regards
    Subhasish

Cond type DIFF has cond catgory L Generally new when copying. So the value from sales order will not be copied, it will be redetermined in invoice.
Also rounding off cond is to round the total value which can change in invoice based on the invoice qty.

  • Sales Quotation Pricing not Copying to Sales Order

    Hi,
We are running SBO2007 PL42 and we have a problem where if we enter a discount percentage or a price other than default on a sales quotation, when we copy it to a sales order, the pricing does not copy, it reverts to the business partner's default price.
    How can we fix this?
    Thanks,
    Michael

The FMS looks up pricing, see below.
It is set to refresh when exiting the item number column.

  • Can Multiple Objects be copied into Sales Order??????

    Hi,
I have created three charecteristics and assigned to a class of class type 001. In the classification view of material master for each material i assigned the class. This assignment is done for calling the object at sales order level.
I am able to find the multiple objects for single characteristics in sales order but multiple objects are not copied into sales order..only single object is copied into sales order...when i try to copy multiple objects system is throwing warning message as "You can only copy one object in this mode".... Is it possible to copy multiple objects ?? Any answers will be highly appreciated.
    Ramagiri.

    Hi,
But what's the purpose behind that.Material Class 001 is just only for information purpose only to search the materials with help of class and characterstic.
If your material is configuable one then you have to use Class type 200 - Material (Configurable Objects) and for the same you have maintain the characterstic value during sales order creation.

Let me know why its happening Randomly? is there any config is missing or we need to apply some note related to it?
    regards,
    Atul

    Dear Nagesh,
Probably, you need to check the status of the BOM and the Routing in the Header. It should be active/released.

    Hi all!
Can i use authorization for can't change quantity when copy from Sale order for Delivery.

    Tien,
Approval will not work when you have mutiple rows of data.  You would have to work with SP Transaction Notification
There has been threads before on the forum on the same topics.
Block the Quantity in Sales Delivery
Approval Procedure for chaning quantity in Delivery Document
