Billing milestone not appearing in Sales Billing Plan

Hi ,
I am using Assembly Procssing scenir and Milestome billing plan. After creating a sales Order my project is created automatcially. Std Milestone are getting Copied from Templted. These milestone are linked to Sales Order billing plan after ticking "Sales Document Date" indicator in Milestone.
My issues, for some of Old project which use to show milestone in sales order billing plan, now not apperaing in billing plan tab. Also, even if I add new milestone in that project, even after putting Sales Document Date indicator it's not showin Sales Order billing plan.
Let me know why its happening Randomly? is there any config is missing or we need to apply some note related to it?

Dear Nagesh,
Probably, you need to check the status of the BOM and the Routing in the Header. It should be active/released.

    while creating sale order Tax classification screen is not appearing for item level under Billing document tab.
    Tax classification for customer and Material has already maintained. Tax classification screen is not appearing for USER but same time from our USER ID we can able to see that screen.

    Hi,
    As per standard in Sales Order Document you will be able to see the Tax Classification fields in Billing Tab at Header level (for Customer Tax Classification) and at Item level for (Material tax Classification). The values from Customer M<aster is not populated at Header level as per standard but you can populate the value by using the Exit. Material tax classification populated from material master as you can see that at item level.
    If for one User you are able to see and for other you are not able to see, kindly check first whether both are using same customer and material, and if yes, then check the User Exit.

  • Billing milestones note billed by Sales Order & Item

    Hi
    I need to produce a list of all outstanding billing milestones and the value, which I can of course do via CN53N. However the list does not include the sales order number and the line item in the sales order, and I need both of these. Is there a list I can run that achieves this, or a list of sales order number, item number, and the billing milestone on that line?
    Or tables I can use to extract this in SE16? I can then cross the data with the detail in CN53N.

  • Condition Type VPRS not appearing on some billing items

    Hi,
    I have a discrepancy between COPA and postings on the FI account. In COPA in transaction ke4i I have assigned the SD condition type VPRS - Internal price to the COPA value field VRPRS u2013 Stock Value.
    The problem arises when the outbound delivery is split on several batches. In this case the condition type VPRS does not appear on the invoice for the split billing item and the amount 0 is loaded into to the COPA filed VRPRS for this billing item instead of value that should appear in the VPRS field. And this causes discrepancies between COPA and FI.
    Do you know how to solve this problem? Is it possible to make the condition type VPRS always appear on the invoice, also in case when the delivery is sent in many batches?

    Welcome to the confusing world of Invoice *** batch split.. The situation you are facing is due to incorrect customization of your position types in SD during billing of the batch split. Plz check note 77414
    You can grossly summarize it as below -
    When you have batch split - the line items in Out bound delivery and biling can be divided into 2 types HPOS and UPOS i.e. Main Line items and Sub line items.. The note describes of 3 situations.. Your SD consultant will have to decide which situation you fall in...  based on that config changes have to be made in SD....
    If your billing is done at HPOS level (Main Item) and not at Item splits level or Vice Versa - Then T codes VOV7 and VTFL, you have to make settings accordingly in the fields "Biling Relevance" and "Cost"..
    Also, the item category of HPOS and UPOS has to be different - One has to be relevant for billing/Cost and the other not
    Apart from VOV7 and VTFL, check your settings in T code 0184.. Your Item catg has to be assigned against :
    Delivery Type / usage Type= CHSP/ Item category Group = "Norm"
    To correct the invoices already posted, cancel them and repost after making the config changes...

  • Operation number field not appearing in the billing document

    Team-
    Recently we have done EHP5 upgrade and after that operation number field is available in the sales document but operation number field is not available in the billing document. Any idea why ?

    Check what patches have been put in EHP5.As it is related to field.,its better to check the configuration settings  and if everything is fine then,its better to take your technical team help by checking where the operation number field is getting updated in the sales order and check whether the operation number field is coming  blank in billing document or not.

  • Billing doc is not appearing :CRM_SRVBIL - Release Billing Documents

    Hello Experts,
    We are running the SAP CRM service process and we are also doing the billing in CRM itself.
    For one service confirmation we are facing the billing problem.
    The isue: We have completed the Confiremation and while we are doing the billing , the line items are not displaying in "CRM_SRVBIL - Release Billing Documents ".
    There is no error in confirmation and that is closed successfully.
    Please help to fix this Billing issue.

    since you said the revenue acc is well set there is no error, there are 2 reasons for billing document not posted
    Reason 1: Tax code is not found in the relevant condition record, pl check the cond record and FTXP for maintaining the same
    Reason 2: incomplete foreign data,so either maintain the foreign data or at the copy control level uncheck the Redetermine the exports tab.

  • VF02 Billing doc Not appearing

    I created almost 50 Billing documents ,If user wants to check any Billing Document in VF02/VF03 ,i can;t see any billing documents.
    I checked in Table Level ,here all data is Stored...I mean data is there.

    Hi Venky,
                   Go to the "VBRK" table and see If the billing document is there. If it is there ,  take that number and key in that number in VBFA and take the prevoius(DEL/ORDER) number and go to VL02N/VA02 and click on document flow, Check if the Billing document is shown ther or not. If it is not, check the status of the preceding document and It will tell you If it is billed or not. If it it check "V.01" and select Billing document check box and see if these documents are incomplete by any means(Even if it is incomplete system should show the document once it has allowed you to save it. I think you are getting the error message "BILLING DOC DOES NOT EXIST/ARCHIVED". You get this error some times when the database does not get updated. Check all of these and kindly let me know If you need any more help on this.

  • Discount condition type not appearing in sales order but in invoice

    I have two discount condition types (MPDI,ZSDI) in my pricing procedure,at the time of sales order creation one discount condition is not appearing.
    On analyzing the condition type MPDI,system throws message "Access not been executed due to previous access",what would be the reason.
    In the billing ,i could see the condition type appearing.I have checked this,but i could not understand why it is happening.Even the condition catergory of condition is empty not L.

    Am sure user might have deleted the condition type in sales order, the same condition type woudl have entered manually in invoice.
    Please check my testing, i have done the same entered ZA09 manually and after saving have deleted again in sales order, after dilivery and when i created invoice here i have entered manually the same condition type.
    So in your case also the same thing could have happend, check the change log and also in invoce condtion tab check the condtion type in analysis ( Invoice analysis not order). so that you can udnerstand whether it was entered manully or not.

    This is because in the condtion tyoe the abvoe key combiantion was found with records hence the below key combition was ignored. this you observe in your screen shot with with 5.00
    So my guess is the condtion records was deleted in sales order.

    Normally when you create Sales Order/Inquiry/Contract,  in the Condition Tab VPRS Condition Type will appear and show the cost price of Materail from the Material Master.
    My Client requirement is, VPRS Condition type has to be calculated as "Statistical" Contion but IT SHOULD NOT APPEAR IN THE CONDITIONS TAB IN THE SALES ORDER/INQUIRY/CONTRACT.

    hello, friend.
    try sapnote 105621.  this is about restricting view of condition types (i.e. vprs) in sales orders by creating anauthorization object for cond types..
    i wish to discuss our experience with this, as we had the same business requirement.
    first, we simply deleted vprs from the PP.  this did not affect financial accounting, until the client decided to implement std cost estimates.  we had to bring back vprs.
    now, we did the sapnote, which required joint efforts among SD, ABAP and BASIS.  although we were able to restrict view of vprs in the cond tabs at itm level, this was still visible at header level.  also, a resourceful data encoder can always find ways to view the same in, for example, the document flow or materials movement data.
    however, try this and maybe you will get it right.

    I don't get clearly, but mean here your sales order doesn't exist in your cube or ODs in BW.
    If so check the delta load has been done or not.
    Before that check in tables VBAK (Header data) and  VBAP (Item data) , wheather your sales order exists.

  • Condition maintained at Hierarchy not appearing in Sales document

    We have a Condition for Discount, maintained for key combination "Sales area/Customer/ Product hierarchy".
    There are two condition records maintained for the above key combination.
    1 - Sales area/Customer/ Product hierarchy/group/ subgroup
    2 - Sales area/Customer/ Product hierarchy/ group
    In Access sequance of this condition, subgroup has priority 1 and group has priority 2.
    In condition record for the first combination (Sales area/Customer/ Product hierarchy/group/subgroup)has 'deletion indicator' checked.
    Condtion record found by the system in sales document pricing is the first combination which has 'deletion indicator' and condition record for second combination which is also maintained is IGNORED  So in the pricing the condtion is not appearing.
    Please let us know if this is standard SAP functionality or a defect.

    You  have a Condition for Discount, key combination "Sales area/Customer/ Product hierarchy".
    According to what i perceive
    1 - Sales area/Customer/ Product hierarchy/group/ subgroup - Delete indicator is activated which means the value for this ondition record will not be displayed.
    2 - Sales area/Customer/ Product hierarchy/ group is ignored
    If it is so, check by double clicking item details screeen --> Conditions tab --> and Click Analysis Tab then choose the condition type then in right side of the screen you can see the details.
    Inform us what details it is posting, if value is showing or not showing, also check whether you have mainatined condition type as Manual.. Check it....

    Hi,
    Please ensure that the Copying Requirement routine 003 is assigned at the header for your billing and delivery type in transaction VTFL. Also set up 004 at the item level. I hope this will resolve the issue.

  • Invoice/billing document Number  not appearing on sales order document flow

    Dear all,
    After saving the sales order invoice when i check in va02 sales order document flow invoice number is not generating

    Really something is wrong in your configuration.  When your delivery status shows Being Processed, I could see subsequent two documents, viz.Confirmation of Service and GD doc reference as complete.
    Can you let me know how many line items that delivery contains?  The reason for this query is normally, for stock item, we see Material Document reference and for non-stock item, we see Confirmation of service.  But in your case, I could see both.  From your VBFA table screen shot, I could see two different material document references.
