Mirroring suspended possibly due to errors 948 and 1453

I've been having a difficult time setting up a test network around SQL mirroring. After 3 days of effort I've gotten what I hope is almost there. The current state of my efforts is when I start the mirror it tries to preform the update and goes almost immediately
into a suspended mode.
Looking at the SQL error logs I've found the following errors (in typical MSSQL vagueness) on the principle:

NO errors are indicated on the mirror partner.
Removing the mirror via the mirror wizard and re-establishing it seems to have no better results.
My configuration looks like the following:
Server db-k has 3 SQL instances on it. The principle runs on the instance dbk_mirror, there is no domain controller in this set up so I've used certifications for the connection.
Server db-j also has a couple of SQL instances on it. In this case the instance called "Production" is used
The mirroring system was set up based on the following article:

The problem I'm having is that the errors above leave me with no clue as to what's the problem.
Any input to what I should do next would be welcomed.

what is your principal and mirror configuration?
      It is at this point where the database will be online on the SQL 2012 instance
      NOTE - Databasebase Mirroring will be suspsended and errors like the below will be received;

      This is beacuse Database Mirroring works from SQL 2008 to SQL 2012 for upgrades only! Mirroring SQL 2012 to SQL 2008 will not work!!!

Possible fix for errors 11503 and 50

Here's a possible fix for Error 11503 and for error 50.
It worked for me and hopefully it will work for you.
I believe this error is caused by the incomplete downloading of either an update to an app. In my case it was caused by closing the lid on my laptop when I was downloading app updates on a very slow internet connection in a hotel.
Anyway, here is what I did that fixed it completely.
Close iTunes.
Go to this folder : /iTunes/Mobile Applications/Downloads
You'll find tmp files there. Drag them out of this folder to a temporary folder on your desktop. The Downloads folder should now be empty.
Restart iTunes.
All should be fine.
If it is, delete the desktop folder with all the temp files.
If it's not, then I can't help further, but that's what worked for me.

Several possible causes from the info you gave
Battery level low - recharge it for at least 4 hours till the full charge sign displays (2 prong icon instead of lightning icon).
Time to Reset the iPod - Press the Menu and center Button for about 10 secs till the Apple logo comes ON, then let go of the buttons.
your hardisk is starting to give problems, hence the skipping and some song refuse to play. - Do a disk diagnostic - follow this post by tt2.

Most likely you have to do all, as the iPod hardisk filesystem would have been corrupted, or else the iPod Reset would bring it to normal operation.

My itunes won't reinstall due to error 7 and windows error 127, i have tried ways of re installing it and everything crashes! help!

I went on my itunes about a week ago and it sid it recognised my ipod but couldn't detect it in itunes (or something like that), so following the instructions given i uninstalled itunes. then when i went to re install it, an error code came up saying error 7 (windows error 127). so following steps of previous discussions i tried to delete the whole itunes programme and apple application support. although this then failed and wouldn't let me delete it. now when i click on itunes it comes up with error 2 (windows error 2) please help!!

Guess you have to do Uninstall and Re-install of iTunes from scratch.
Try the following steps:
1. Go to Microsoft website to fix install and Unistall problems. Click "Run now" from Fix it to remove all iTunes & related installer files:

IPad can't sync due to errors 1139 and 13011 - help!

I've been having all sorts of iTunes issues lately, including the infamous "The information on this page is out of date" message when updating my apps. Following Apple's directions, I completely uninstalled iTunes (including the .kext's), and subsequently reinstalled it. Happily, the error I mentioned went away, and my iPhone 3GS is syncing happily.
Unfortunately, my iPad is suddenly choking iTunes when I try to sync it. I first get a box stating "The iPad "My iPad Name" cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (1139)." When I hit the "OK" button, it acts as though it is syncing, but then I get a similar error with the code "13011". The error alert for error 13011 pops up repeatedly, although the iPad does appear to sync throughout.
I also notice two other oddities:
First, if I leave the iPad plugged in, it continually attempts to sync, coughs up the error code 13011, the iPad goes back to the home screen, and ~30 seconds later it attempts to sync again.
Second, every time it tries to sync, it's also claiming to be updating the same 7 apps, over and over. I don't see any obvious connection between the updates, other than that they're fairly recent updates (last ~2 days or so).
What's going on? My iPad has been freshly restored just a few days ago, and is working fine otherwise. Any ideas?

I had the same problem (13011) until today, but with the iPhone. What I did was remove all music files from the iPhone, deactivate Genius, quit iTunes, delete the Genius database in the iTunes folder, empty the trash, restart iTunes, reactivate Genius, and sync. Looks like the error is gone.

Mail forgets passwords, possibly due to error in the Keychain

I just sent my MBP with Leopard to service, now I am sticking around with my old 12" PB and Tiger. I did a complete sync via MobileMe, including passwords on both devices. Unfortunately, Mail in Tiger does not seem to have access to the Passwords in the Keychain. When I open the Keychain, I can see all entries, also the ones for the Mail Accounts. When I try to display a password by checking the box it gets checked for a very short time (<1sec), then gets unchecked plus the Lock for the Keychain gets closed – I cannot open it again, nowhere am I asked for my account password.
I also tried to manually enter the passwords I know when asked by Mail, also with checking to keep the Password stored in the Keychain. The next time I am opening Mail it already forgot everything.
Is there a way to get rid of this problematic?
Temporarily using most recent Tiger 10.4.11 + all Updates on a Powerbook 12" 1.5GHz.
EDIT: I have acces to all data from my MBP via a TimeMachine Backup. Maybe that does help somehow?

Not likely.
Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), it will try to repair your Disk Directory while the spinning radian is happening, so let it go, run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, then...
Open Keychain Access in Utilities, use Keychain First Aid under the Window Menu item.
Resetting your keychain in Mac OS X...
If Keychain First Aid finds an issue that it cannot repair, or if you do not know your keychain password, you may need to reset your keychain.

As the message says that you do not have access to directory or these files, it can either mean two fo the following :
1. You genuinely do not have access. Go to this location, try creating a text file manually.
2. Some other sofware is accessing these files and hence preventing us from accessing them. Do you have a back-up software such as Crash Plan running in back ground or may be some anti-virus. Please turn then off and then re-run the installer.

Errors 363500 and 56 on HTTPS GET.vi

I'm trying to execute my program, but it keeps pausing every few minutes primarily due to errors 56 and 363500 of the HTTPS Client Library. Using General Error Handler I tried to cancel these errors and make the VI run and try again; however, they still pop up and pause my program. I believe that is due to a "Simple Error Handler.vi" or a command inside the library of function GET.vi (this function is found under Protocols under HTTP Client). Attached are screen shots of the main VI, its SubVI, and the Errors as they pop up. I believe that these errors are not terminal. I believe they have to do with timeout and/or "no data found". Can anyone help me with this?

As probably you already know, error 56 means that a timeout occured and error 363500 means that the remote host ( in this case the http server running on your device) is down or is not able to accept any connections. You can try to use the highlighted execution option to find out if the General Error handler VI is actually clearing the errors, or use the Clear Errors VI to get rid of any errors you may have. You can try to disable the automatic error handler under FILE--> VI PROPERTIES-->EXECUTION too.
At this point I am curious about how fast are you reading the information from you device, remember that even if your device has a http server running on it, it is not a high performance network server. My guessing is that if you are polling out the information too fast, you are actually performing a Denial of Service Attack to your device ( In this type of attacks is very common that websites go down because a large amount of requests to an HTTP server are being send).
If you use the highlighted execution option, it will slow down the polling speed, and let you verify if the errors appear.

Here's a possible fix for Error 11503 and for error 50.
It worked for me and hopefully it will work for you.

The easiest way to fix the hosts file is to restore it from a backup that predates the modification, or to copy the unmodified file from another Mac. If you can't do that, then do as below.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
open -e /etc/hosts
Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
Paste into a Terminal window by pressing command-V. A TextEdit window should open. At the top of the window, you should see this:

# when the system is booting. Do not change this entry.
127.0.0.1                              localhost
255.255.255.255          broadcasthost
::1                                        localhost
Below that, you may see some other lines. The first 9 lines should be exactly as above, apart from differences in the blank space within lines. Otherwise you can't use this procedure—STOP and ask for guidance.
If the contents of the TextEdit window are as described, close it, then enter the following command in the Terminal window in the same way as before (by copy and paste):
sudo sed -i~ '10,$d' /etc/hosts
You may be prompted for your login password, which won't be displayed when you type it. Type carefully and then press return. If you don’t have a login password, you’ll need to set one before you can run the command. You may get a one-time warning to be careful. Confirm. Quit Terminal.
If you see a message that your username "is not in the sudoers file," then you're not logged in as an administrator. Log in as one and start over.
That will fix the hosts file. There is now a copy of the old hosts file with the name "hosts~" in the same folder as "hosts". You can delete the copy if you wish. Don't delete the file named "hosts".

Cannot remove Mirroring due to Error 3456? SQL 2012

I have a database that was a mirrored partner and went into suspended state. (Mirror Server was shut down).
I took the principal database out of mirroring using SSMS. But now I am unable to restore the mirror database so that I can set up the mirroring again.
When I run ALTER DATABASE X SET PARTNER OFF on the Mirror, SQL logs Error 3456 (Could not redo log record)
When I run RESTORE on this database from a backup - SQL tells me I cannot because the database is involved in mirroring.
Is there any other way to drop this database safely? I cannot take it offline and cannot delete it for the same reasons. It seems I cannot remove mirroring on the Mirror, for some reason. Thank you

In general, when I make SQL Server Mirror database out of mirror session, I use the T-SQL command below.
ALTER DATABASE DDD SET PARTNER OFF
RESTORE DATABASE DDD WITH RECOVERY
When you come across the SQL error 3456, the restore operation was unable to redo the transaction log. This error has placed the database into the SUSPECT state. The primary filegroup, and possibly other filegroups, are suspect and may be damaged. The database
cannot be recovered during startup of SQL Server and is therefore unavailable.

Have you seen any error in your SM21 system log and developer trace of spool work process
during that time?
The maximum size when create spool is 2GB.Pls also check if you are creating a spool
larger than it.

I created a site column at the root of my site and I have publishing turned on. I selected the Hyperlink with formatting and constraints for publishing.
I went to my subsite and added the column. The request was to have "Open in new tab" for their hyperlinks. I was able to get the column to be added and yesterday we added items without a problem.
The problem arose when, today, a user told me that he could not edit the hyperlink. He has modify / delete permissions on this list.
He would edit the item, in a custom list, and click on the address "click to add a new hyperlink" and then he would get the error below after succesfully putting in the Selected URL (http://www.xxxxxx.com), Open
Link in New Window checkbox, the Display Text, and Tooltip:

and I saw in another post, below with someone who had a similar problem and the IISreset fixed it, as did this problem. I wonder if this is resolved in the latest updated CU of SharePoint, the April 2014 CU?

We had the same issue after applying the SP2 & August CU. we open the case with MSFT and get the same resolution as you mentioned.
I blog about this issue and having the office reference.
Later MSFT release the Hotfix for this on December 10, 2013 which i am 100% positive should be part of future CUs.
So if you apply the April CU then you will be fine.

BODI - Job Error " blank message,possibly due to insufficient memory

Ending up with below error while executing a DI job. The job uses a file of size 37 MB as source. As the error looks something related to memory. I have tried splitting up the input file into and executed the job. The job completed successfully without any error.
Could someone help me out to find any memory setting which needs to be investigated in the dataflow level to get a permanent solution for it.

Hi,
loading a 37MB file shouldnt be a problem without splitting it. i´ve loaded GB size flatfiles without problems.
Did you checked the error.txt as stated in the message? Whats in there.
If you split the file and you can load it, you have enough space in your DB.
Please check the memory utilization of your server during executing the job with one file. Maybe the Server is too busy...what would be strange with a 37MB file.

I got error message when i change update mode (LBWE) from V3 to Direct or Queued delta method.

Long text: You are not allowed to change the update mode for application 11 from V3 to another method. This is because there are still V3 update entries for update module MCEX_UPDATE_11 that have not been processed yet.
Pls anyone give solution for this.

i did check in all the below Tcode as you adviced.
1. Clear all record at SM13, LBWQ / SMQ1, Setup tables, RSA7 for particular datsasource or application..
2. For LBWQ provide date range and delete not required records.
I did not get the 3rd point " Need to clear in CLINTS of R/3 system" of your reply.
what does that mean?
I checked all the above tcodes and got the same message as no queue or data exists".
I went SBIW tcode and activated my data source and try to change the Update mode but still it is throwing error message as "Change of update is not possible due to open V3"
Please help me out.
It will be very helpful for me if you could share steps or docs regarding this issue.
