Missing a QT handler

Hi,
when trying to export or publish a movie using QT format-
keep getting an error dialog stating that the installed version of
QT does not have a handler for this type of Macromedia flash movie.
Am using QT Pro 7.1.5, on a Mac system. Have Flash MX 2004 -
Academic.
any idea what's the problem?
thanks
'mark

As far as I am aware, the only way you can handle missing CF
templates is by defining a standard page within the CFIDE.
That is what I use for all of our CF sites but we set up
seperate instances of CF for each site.
Ray Camden posted a good guide on his blog which can be found
here

Hope this helps :)

• Missing Template Error Handler

I need to know the shortest, simplest way to handle missing
CF template errors on my website. This cannot be set in the
Administrator, as my hosting company has told me: "...we cannot do
so as all of our customers sites that are accessed wrongly, will
result in your custom error." They are using ColdFusion 7.
I have a simple site. I do not have any login/logout
applications or any other kinds of CF applications. You can see
this is the case by visiting www.GwenHarrison.com. I do not need a
long, complicated application.cfc file. I just need the bare bones
method for handling missing CF templates without being able to set
this in the Administrator.
I have posted this message previously, but all responders
have assumed that I have a large, complicated website with a big CF
application. This is not the case. Their suggestions have included
far more code than I need to handle, plus disparaging comments
about my CF skills. Sorry, but not everyone comes out of the womb
with 10 years of CF experience. I am hoping someone with some
compassion will have a little pity on a CF noob and help me figure
this out.
Thanks,
Gwen H

• The editable rectangles of my still photos in the composition panel suddenly stopped showing up.

Hi There, Adobe Community!
I am relatively new to After Effects CC and am using it to create a stop motion film with a large amount of photos.
Usually, when importing the individual images into my composition panel, a sequence of editable rectangles appears in the compostition panel allowing me to edit the frame length of the still photos.
After around 950 imported images, the little rectangles suddenly stopped showing up. But when looking at a preview of the project, it's as if the photos are in there, in the sequence they should be. I'm just unable to edit them like the previous ones with recangles showing.
I probably am not describing this too well, so here is a screen shot which hopefully makes my problem somewhat more clear. The area of issue is where you see the descending sequence of boxes in the comp panel. The red tracking bar is there to show that there are still photos continuing the sequence, I just can't see the boxes for em..
thank you so much for any help in the matter!

So I guess you are talking about the layers in the timeline go missing, not the handles in the Comp Window.
I think you have run into a display bug. Try selecting the top hundred or so layers and pre-compose them. If the missing layers appear then that's the problem. I have had it happen a couple of times before in previous versions of AE..
Here's a workflow hint for you, break your comps up into short sequences instead of trying to do a 4 or 5 minute piece with 900 layers in a single comp. You'll find editing and changing a lot easier.
I would also pre-mix your music. AE is a really terrible music mixer....

Hi Fabio,
You should contact your System Admin for this error.
Since the transport tp return code is 12, that means this not because of the content of the transport. however, it may be due to some other technical settings.

When i search for this, i got the this [link |http://esupport.trendmicro.com/solution/en-us/1037285.aspx/] saying some Accent characters are not converted correctly into 8-bit Unicode Transformation Format (UTF-8).
Here i have used URLEncoder.encode(mySearchbase, "UTF-8"); to encode the special characters into UTC-8.
I would like to know whether its a known issue with accent characters or anything else i missed here to handle those characters.
Thanks,
-Konanki

Well, if you're passing an array of bytes to that LDAP access code, then that isn't the right way to encode a String to an array of bytes in UTF-8 encoding. And anyway it's been a long time since I wrote LDAP access code, but I don't recall having to pass arrays of bytes to any of those JNDI classes, so that idea is probably wrong in any case.
I would suggest, if that page you linked to is actually relevant, that you just install the hot-fix it refers to. On the other hand if it doesn't actually apply to your situation, then you should just ignore it.
My guess is that UTF-8 or not, your OU value on the server is in fact not "Administración" -- that's based on the number of mis-encoded characters I see there. So perhaps what you are passing to the JNDI classes does in fact not match the server's value and it isn't an encoding issue at all.

Well,
DELL -2850 4GB RAM 2CPU
I´ll try to explain better. Sorry for my explains and my english because my english is not very well.
This environment had serious memory problems some time ago. Sometimes database hangs because memory problems. We resolve the problem with /3GB setting in the Windows OS.
Now we are doing a study "tuning" of the database server looking for gain performance.
I find that the redo size is not the optimal size. Actual = 50M Recommended= 6GB.

For the other hand i detect high values for some latches "cache buffer chains", "library cache", "row objects cache".

• Error in import in phase TOOLIMPD3

Hi all, I am posting with a problem I have just encountered upgrading my Dev 46C system to ECC.
I didn't encounter this upgrading my sandbox. During the prepare phases, I encounter an error in the phase TOOLIMPD3:
ERROR: tp terminated with error status -1
See logfiles with extension .ECO for details. ERROR: 1 errors detected during TOOLIMPD3.
ERROR: 1 activities have been aborted in TOOLIMPD3.
ERROR: Operation(s) not completely processed. Remaining change requests found in buffer DEV.
Ignoring aborted import steps will cause severe inconsistencies and will likely require a full repeat of the whole upgrade. !!!
Do not manipulate the import buffer !!!
Analyze summary error logfile TOOLIMPD.ELG and remove all error conditions in the way it is described in the upgrade manual.
Repeat this phase until it is error free.
Additional hints may be given in logfiles SLOG700 and G:\usr\sap\put\log\R3up.ECO
Looking through the files SLOG700, R3up.eco, TOOLIMPD.ELG, and SAPH700VTA.DEV, I see a couple of things:
In SAPH700VTA.DEV, I see this:

• Error when using aerender

When a certain machine fails it has to be rebooted before it will work again. And other machines will render the job just fine. All machines are configured the same way.
What seems to be the problem based on this error is that there is a "comma" being put in the path and the end of the string. Here is the detailed data from the machine when it errors. This error seems to happen randomly on multiple machines.

• How to convert row data into columns without using pivot table?

Hello guys
I have a report that has several columns about sales call type and call counts
It looks like this:
Calls Type Call Counts
Missed 200
Handled 3000000
Rejected 40000
Dropped 50000
Now I wanna create a report that look like this:
Missed call counts Handled Call counts Rejected Counts Drop counts Other Columns
200 300000000 40000 50000 Data
So that I can perform other calculations on the difference and comparison of handled calls counts vs other call counts..
I know pivot table view can make the report look like in such way, but they cant do further calculations on that..
So I need to create new solid columns that capture call counts based on call types..
How would I be able to do that on Answers? I don't have access to the RPD, so is it possible to do it sololy on answers? Or should I just ask ETL support on this?
Any pointers will be deeply appreciated!
Thank you

Thanks MMA
I followed your guidance and I was able to create a few new columns of call missed count, call handled counts and call abandoned counts.. Then I create new columns of ave missed counts, ave handled counts and so forth..
Then I went to the pivot view, I realized there is a small problem.. Basically the report still includes the column "call types" which has 3 different types of call "miss, abandon and handled". When I exclude this column in my report, the rest of the measures will return wrong values. When I include this column in the report, it shows duplicate values by 3 rows. It looks like this:
Queue name Call types Call handled Call missed Call abondoned
A Miss 8 10 15
A Handled 8 10 15
A Abandoned 8 10 15
in pivot table view, if I move call type to column area, the resulted measures will become 8X3, 10X3 and 15X3
So is there a way to eliminate duplicate rows or let the system know not to mulitply by 3?
Or is this as far as presentation service can go in terms of this? Or should I advice to provide better data from the back end?
Please let me know, thanks

• Help! Can't display!

It seems like there's a ton of information about the conceptual structure of Java TV on the internet, and great documentation for all the functions, but there's no intermediary material that discusses which classes/functions relate to which concepts. For example, there's no direct mapping between an object structure and the three-layer model, at least as far as I know. As a result, I've been trying for days to get a simple Xlet working that simply displays a white screen, with no luck.
Here's the code that I'm working on. Basically, when it runs I want it to create a white screen, but it instead does absolutely nothing. I have a feeling that I'm missing a graphics handler or that I am grabbing the wrong container, but I can't seem to locate any source that tells me how to do either correctly.
import java.awt.Color;
import java.awt.Container;
import javax.tv.xlet.Xlet;
import javax.tv.xlet.XletContext;
import javax.tv.xlet.XletStateChangeException;
import org.havi.ui.HGraphicsDevice;
import org.havi.ui.HScene;
import org.havi.ui.HSceneFactory;
import org.havi.ui.HScreen;
public class XletEASMain implements Xlet
final public static boolean STARTED = true, PAUSED = false;
private HScene hScene;
private XletContext context;
private boolean state;
public XletEASMain()
public void initXlet(XletContext context)
throws XletStateChangeException
this.context = context;
this.state = PAUSED;
HGraphicsDevice device = HScreen.getDefaultHScreen().getDefaultHGraphicsDevice();
HSceneFactory factory = HSceneFactory.getInstance();
this.hScene = factory.getFullScreenScene( device );
if ( this.hScene == null )
this.hScene = factory.getDefaultHScene();
this.hScene.setBackground( Color.white );
this.hScene.setForeground( Color.white );
public void startXlet()
throws XletStateChangeException
this.state = STARTED;
this.hScene.validate();
this.hScene.setVisible( true );
this.hScene.show();
this.hScene.repaint(); // just trying stuff at this point; nothing works
public void pauseXlet()
this.state = PAUSED;
this.hScene.setVisible( false );
public void destroyXlet(boolean unconditional)
throws XletStateChangeException
if( unconditional )
return;
else
throw new XletStateChangeException();
}

try to set the hscene bounds. if you are not setting the bounds then hScene should take the default bound of video frame which should be provided by the middleware u use . if in any case your hscene bounce is not set then you cant view your Xlet.

• Pre Data Transfer Assistent Crashes

I guess I'd describe the situation for mac users with Pre's as dire at this point. I have a mobile me account and it's not supported (I guess missing sync will handle that). Right now, I can't even get my numbers over with the data transfer assistant. Hopefully someone can pass this info to the developers:

Hi,
You must have an OS 10.5 for the pre to work and the data must be inside ICAL and ADDRESSBOOK... Those are the minimum requirement.
If you want you data to transfer then try using the cool feature of the phone that is synergy.. Just export and import you ical and addressbook info to you google/gmail account then setup the google on the PRE...
=)

• Error in MVNTAB_TOOL

Hello,
We are trying to upgrade an old SAP R/3 4.5B system. We copied it into a virtual machine with Windows 2003 64bit and Oracle 10.2.0.2 (this is supported for upgrade purposes according to SAP note 976979). The used source kernel is 4.5B_EXT patch level 898.
We are currently blocked in PREPARE phase MVNTAB_TOOL.
Our SAPSID is DEI, and our DBSID is P09.
In TP.ECO, we see the following with tp 4.5B (latest known):

Hello,
We are trying to upgrade an old SAP R/3 4.5B system. We copied it into a virtual machine with Windows 2003 64bit and Oracle 10.2.0.2 (this is supported for upgrade purposes according to SAP note 976979). The used source kernel is 4.5B_EXT patch level 898.

Hi,
your saying, you use 4.5B_EXT Kernel, but the tp identifies itself as 4.6D.
My be you did a release mismatch when patching?
Looks like the 4.6D tp is expecting A UCCHECK Filed in the table D010SINF that is not existing, so your TP might be too high ?
