Missing custom field in quality system....

hi gurus,
I created a custom field using EEWB tool in CRM oppurutunity transaction at item level. I moved the transport request from DEV to Quality. But i cannot view the new custom field in quality.
Can any one suggest me how to achieve this or Do i need to do any configuration settings.

Please check if you hae moved both the requests. When you do any change through EEWB, it creates one Customizing Request and Another Developenet Request. It might had happened that you moved the Development one and forgot to move the Customizing one. Check this out

    I extended the ERP quotation screen with custom fields which are same like ERP fields using AET and generated the setter and getter and methods for those fields in CRM system , but after entering the values into the custom fields and pressing enter the values are not getting retained , I mean after pressing enter it will communicate with ERP system using RFC call and return back to the CRM systme after that the custom fields are becoming empty, how can I track those values after coming back to the crm system .

  • Missing customer fields in Coding Block

    Hi,
    I used OXK3 to create some customer fields and they could be seen in table BSEG and structure CI_COBL and CI_COBL_BI. but when I could not find them in 'Include fields in Totals Table (FAGL_GINS)' . and I could not find and use them in subscreen creation neither. Did I miss something? Could anybody help me?

  • Introduction of additional customer fields in productive system

    Dear experts,
    in the SAP help and OSS-notes (SAP Note 891144) it is strongly recommended NOT to introduce additonal customer fields for the new General Ledger Accounting in already productive systems. I would like to know if this because of technical  reasons , e.g. field creation or assignment is technically not possible because transaction data is already in the system, or because of  the problemsfor the reporting when the fields are not correctly filled .

    In my opinion, the purpose of this OSS note 891144 is to inform about the risk when you Define Document Splitting Characteristics for General Ledger. In that customizing point, the 2 fields zero balance and mandatory field must be ticked in order to avoid any consistancies related mainly to document posting without profit center, Bus Area or Segment ...
    If document splitting is activated, means document must be posted with profit center (or Bus Area or Segment if they are activated) information in order to have correct info and correct reports
    But please contact SAP directly if you have problems regarding this

    Do you have created this CUF for the PO only, or also for the SC ?
    How is this field populated ? by the user ?
    What is the logic associated to this CUF ?
    Usually, we define the same H/I CUF field for SC, PO and all follow-on doc that need this data (ex BID_INV...). In that case, there is noting else to do to save the values in SRM. We sometimes use the CUF BADI to control the field display and values.
    For the backend, you have several options depending on:
    - what do you want to do with this CUF in R/3 ?
       - update a standard R/3 field
       - update a custom R/3 field (append structure)
    - where do you want to do the mapping
       - in R/3
       - in SRM
    In standard, CUF are passed to R/3 via a table (extensionin/out for BAPI_PO_CREATE1). So you can process them in a R/3 user-exit to map your CUF to standard or custom R/3 fields.
    (exit EXIT_SAPL2012_001 for BAPI_PO_CREATE1)
    (exit EXIT_SAPL2012_002 for BAPI_PO_CHANGE)
    You can also use BADI BBP_ECS_PO_OUT_BADI to map the CUF to standard R/3 fields in SRM, before sending the data to R/3.

  • Order ack pdf ---missing customer field

    Hello SDN Gurus,
    I have a requirement to convert the sales order into pdf .when ever the sales order is created the user should get the email with the pdf . Everything is fine except that when we see the pdf the customer field on the order ack is missing while if we see the normal print preview it is existing.
    Does anyone else has experienced such a thing . what could have gone wrong and why the customer details are not getting printed on the pdf .

    Thanks for the reply.
    The t-code to view the smartform is "SMARTFORMS".
    When i check the print program that i found through Nace -
    V1------output type -
    looked for the print program in print output option.
    Now when i go to se38 , i check the program and look for the FM CONVERT_OTF_TO_PDF , and it says does not exist .
    Also i tried to check the program of the smartform -
    smartforms -
    display....f8-display--goto main program and then click on the last option ending with FOi and i looked for the FM there also but it is not there .
    My question is if the FM does not exist then how the sales order is getting converted in PDF form but only the customer field is not getting printed though it is printed in the normal print preview etc.

  • Missing some fields in Quality

    Hi Gurus,
    I have loaded a flat file successfully into master data info object in development.
    Later I moved the whole development part into quality,there I triend to load the same data.
    It also went successfully but I found some of the fields missing in Quality,even though the mapping is correct in update rules.
    Any idea why it is happening like this.

    What type of element you are using for printing data? I mean table or template. If template then it may not print because data exceeds the width of template cell.

    This is regarding Interactive reporting fucntionality available in SAP CRM 7.0
    I have configured this fucntionality in our DEV environment & actually created the various types of reports by assigning 10 custom fields which have z extensions.
    Now, i have transported every custom field to Quality System but while creating a report, & while selecting the fields, i am unable to see those custom fields which i use to see in DEV box. I can only see the standard field
    I would appreciate if someone can suggest or give some solution on this in order to fix in our Quality box.

    Provided you created the extension fields with the Application Enhancement Tool, you will have to transport the enhancement into your target system first. Then generate it locally with report AXT_EXT_ACTIVATE_LOCAL.

  • MM11-Schedule Creation of Material: Missing MM views & custom fields?

    I am trying to implement use of transaction MM11/MM12/MM13, but I noticed that when I go to create or change material records I do not get the same mm views when I use MM01/MM02. (ex. i am missing classification view when trying to use mm11).  I also do not get any of the custom fields that my company added to the material master?  Any ideas where in IMG I can correct this?

  • Custom fields on Purchase order screen in SRM are missing.

    SRM 5.0 R/3 4.6c
    We have custom fields which appear on the create PO in SRM, the criteria for these fields to appear is if the item is of service type.So if its service item there will be additional/ custom fields for input purchase order screen in SRM,
    But at this these fields dont show up for service item PO's . this is happening in Q and P environments while it is working fine in D and S. No changes were made to the system.
    Also if I look in to bbp_pd info for the previous service PO, the data shows up in bbp_pd but the data or the custom fields are missing on the web.
    We tried deactivating/activating the custom class in Q , but that did not help us!
    Consider this as urgernt!
    Can anyone please throw some light on this!

    Have you implementated the BADI: BBP_CUF_BADI_2
    if yes, then keep a break point there and see if you are missing any thing there...

  • FBV1 - missing standard field and adding customer field

    I am in a process of developing a batch input program based on RFBIBL00 to upload preliminary posted documents.
    The problem is some fields are not there. A standard field BKPF-REINDAT is missing. Also there is a requirement to add a customer field from BSEG (on vendor screen).
    I have searched SAP notes for possible solutions, most of them include modifying screens by hand and adding the required fields there (i.e. Note 1347046 - VATDATE: Field missing in batch input parking (FBV1)).
    This is quite a serious modification, requiring access key to change SAP objects. Before I decide to change SAP standard objects I kindly ask whether anyone tried that ? REINDAT might work, as it's a standard field, but I'm note sure about customer fields.
    Has anyone tried modifying FBV1 or any of FI posting screens by hand and can provide some input on this ?

    Dear Bart ,
    as You know the field in question is  intended only for US-Federal customers.
    The field is not availble into the standard system using the parking transaction; therefore You should run se51 at Your own responsability and do the changes.
    If You need to be completely sure about the impact on the customer System, please kindly open a message on the marketplace.

  • Value for customized fields didn't get copied to back end system

    Hi,
    We are in SRM 4.0 and using extended classic scenario.
    We have defined two customized fields in account assignment tab in shopping cart and SRM Po and also in back end PO.
    SRM POs are having values for the field but while transferring the Po details to back end system, for some of the line items of the Po the entries are missing in back end system.
    Problem is only with few line items of the PO.
    Have tried with FM like BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC  and BBP_PD_SC_RESUBMIT, but it is not transfering the values to back end.
    Is there any other way to push the missing values to back end system.
    Please advise.

    Hi Experts,
    I am new to the SAP BI. I was asked to publish all the custom fields from table (BBP_PDISC) of the SRM system to the BI System.
    Please provide some guidiance (or) provide me with step-by-step procedure for doing the same.
    There are around 14 fields in this table and i need to move them to the BI system and later inlcude them in reports.

  • Custom fields from SRM PO to R/3 - missing values

    As part of the extended classic scenario  when the PO is being transferred to backend we are sending couple of custom fields ( added to append structure  CI_EKPODB in EKPO table )  in the item table .
    We are doing this for ECC 6.0 and 4.7 backend versions.
    ECC 6.0 works fine i.e, the custom fields gets properly replicated ( updated in EKPO table )
    4.7 --> It doesn't work.
    In R/3 we have maintained the correct mapping in BBP_CUFMAP table.
    Any ideas what is the issue with 4.7 version.
    Note : SRM uses BAPI " BBP_PO_INBOUND"  FM in R/3 to replicate

    Sorry for the late reply. I have the solution for this question.
    For copying the custom fields code is to be written in the BADI "BBP_ECS_PO_OUT_BADI", method "BBP_B46B_PO_OUTBOUND". This BADI has both ECC PO fields and all the SRM fields(including the custom fields added in PO and SC) in separate structures.IS_HEADER, IT_ITEM etc has all the SRM PO values. CS_BAPI_POHEADER, CT_BAPI_POITEM etc has ECC PO values.
    There are two function modules, BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC and BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC_V2. Execute these function modules with the GUID for PO after PO change or create in SRM system. Once the FM is executed the BADI will be triggered and the additional functionality carried out and PO replication from SRM to ECC happens.
