Missing Interfaces in Intergration Process in Configuration
Hi everybody
I am facing a serious problem. I creat currently a more or less complex scenario. In my integration process I added a synchronous Interface. I created all necessary interfaces: abstract - async, abstract sync and so on. But If I would like to configure the interface the system does not provide me an abstract/sync Interface during the Interface determination. I think that is, because the interface is also not listed under the Sender tab in the service integration process within the configuration. If I do a simple copy of the existing service integration process and give 'em a new name, the new service has all needed interfaces on the sender tab!!!!
We are on support package 14!!

You are receiving the message in IP thru Synchronous interface...?
You need to have Async Abstract Interface to receive the message. ANd if your sender and Reciever both are synchronous, you need to have Sync/async bridge. So you can see, that interface in the interfaced determination

Integration process in configuration is in Error
Hi all,
I am doing an SOAP to RFC scenario using BPM on PI7.1 . When I am importing the BPM into Configuration it is not showing me interfaces in the sender and receiver interfaces of Integration process. In transaction SXI_CACHE I am not able to see my integration process in Cache I checked Cache Status in integration directory there in ChangeListView tab everything is green but in Problem and ObjectView tabs my integration process is in error. just go to IR........open your BPM............from the menu, choose check option........see if you get any errors for your bpm process..........if there are any error, then edit your bpm and do the changes and save and activate it........if there is no error then also just edit your BPM description and save and activate it again......now in SXI_CACHE you should see your integration process.........if still SXI_CACHE does not show your BPM process then do a complete cache refresh....then rerun SXI_CACHE and now you should see your BPM process.....then in ID just import your BPM process and do the required configuration..........

As of that I'm pretty sure that it's related to a SQL Issue. I think it's related to SQL performance, as the server is available and can be reached:

Related to the error I also see warning related to "Local Dirty Notification State" and "Delta Synchronization State"

You may need to check whether your SQL server which hold SCOM database has any performance issue. You can restart related SQL services and system center management configuration service. In addition, please check operation manager event logs on management
server and find out is there any error messages related.

Missing Interface mapping in XI Configuration

I am learning the IDOC XI File Scenario using BPM.
In the design part I have created message Interfaces as

Did the message mapping between IDOC and Abstract Asyn IDOC and
Abstract Asyn IDOC and Asynch Abstract(Inbound).
In the Configuration of XI:
First Reciever Determination
service -SAP system
Interface - IDOC
Reciever -BPM business service
Interface -IDOC abs asyn
Interface mappings - IDOC and Abstract Asyn IDOC
Second Reciever Determination:
service -BPM
Interface -Inbound Abst Asyn
Reciever-business service for File
Interface -inbound Asyn
But the Interface mappings I cannot able to configure it as it is not recognised (No object found error ).
How to solve this?

Did you create an Interface mapping between Idoc interface and Inbound interface ?.
if so it will appear over there.
BTW, why are you using BPM here? Are you collecting the idocs ? if so the mapping should come inside the BPM.
If it is a simple Idoc to FIle scenario using BPM then
You need to have one Inbound Aysnc Interface. One Idoc Abstract Interface.

Manage MSMQ is missing from Failover Cluster Manager when configured using powershell

I am hoping someone would be able to help me as I have looked on the internet for an answer to this. We deploy a number of servers that are configured using Powershell. I am in the process of creating a clustered WIN2K8R2 cluster with MSMQ. I am able to
do this successfully through the Failover Mgr with no issues. In addition, I can do this via Powershell (code listed below) with one caveat.
However, when I create the same exact MSMQ in Powershell, I am unable to right click on the MSMQ service to manage it as the "Manage MSMQ" is missing when I right click on it. The settings are the same, including dependencies. The only difference
I have been able to find is the icon in the Failover Manager shows the Service as a Generic Service icon when created in Powershell, but when it is created in the GUI it shows up as the MSMQ icon. I was able to verify this in the registry in HKLM\Cluster\Groups\<GUID>\:
GroupType HEX: 68 for msmq icon. When it is the Generic Service icon it is HEX: 270f. When I change it from 270f to 68, the icon changes in Failover Manager and I am able to open, but then I get an invalid handle and I am unable to manage it.
This is causing an issue, because I want to automate this build and hand it over, but they would be unable to manage it except by programming which the operators are not ready for.

Hi,
Newbie to Arch. I went through the install, loaded base, configured and reboot. Comes up and I can login as root as well as my user account. The problem is that I don't have networking after the reboot. I am installing into virtualbox and using an Intel PRO 1000 adapter. After the reboot, lspci shows the adapter and the e1000 module is loaded, however, I do not have an ethernet interface to work with?? ipconfig only shows a loopback. What did I miss?

Error in Invoking peoplesoft component interfaces from BPEL process
I developed a sample bpel process to invoke peoplesoft component interfaces.
I followed the steps mentioned in the document.

Can anyone help in sending the right input xml to component interface?I do the same thing.
Take wsdl from axis and save it somewhere.
Then you can create a standard project in Oracle BPEL PM. Create partnerlink, give a name and click on first icon to take your wsdl. It will add some needed code, you answer always yes. Then you can create receive, assign, invoke, assign and callback or similar and deploy it.
Try it through BPEL Console...

Adapter Specific Paramters for Integration Process in Configuration
I want to send the data from flat file to idoc through BPM
While doing configuration do I need to explicitly give Adapter specific parameters(Logical System Name) for BPM(Integration Process) or not?
Is it mandatory to give Adapter Specific Parameters for this scenario?

why would you require Adapter specific parameters (I assume you mean Adapter specific Attributes) - Logical System should be there through the routing (Receiver Determination). What exactly do you want to accomplish by that?

Vendor Downpayment functionality might be useful for your case. You may implement EHP4 in your system which provides an enhanced downpayment funtionality which allows you to enter the downpayments while PO creation only. The downpayment can then later be cleared during Invoice processing.
You might need help of FI consultant as well, because downpayment is mainly FI related.
Don't have any PDF as such but search in the forums with vendor downpayments and you will definately get good results.

Default interface reset issue after ISE configuration
Hi,
We're testing VOIP phones with ISE. ISE detects the phones by MAB and places them in our Voice VLAN with a DACL for security, this works fine.
After the tests I configured the port to a non ISE port (default interface) and added the normal working configuration.
Result is that the IP phone doesn't get an IP address. If I plug the same phone on a different interface on the same switch it's working again.
I have no idea why this strange behavior occurs, maybe someone can help me out.

Problem of Missing parts during the Process Order release
Hi
For a Make to Order strategy, I have run MRP for a sales order which resulted in planned order for the material. But when I try to convert the Planned Order to Process Order, I am getting error Parts are missing during the availabilty check even though the components are available in the stock.
But when I create a Process Order manually, I am not facing the problem of missing parts as stock for components are available in stock.
Please advice why I am facing the problem with Planned Orders which are created via MRP.

If we set the Individual requirement (1) in MRP4 view of the material master for the component, the system will not consider the plant stock and it will give the message like Parts are missing during the Process Order process even though the plant stock is exists for the component.
So I would like to where in customization you define this?
--> To not consider the plant stock if individual req is set (1)
--> To consider the plant stock if collective req is set (2)

Hi SAP Gurus,
I have installed an SAP PO system and am running the Config Wizard from NWA. The functional unit I have selected from NWA is - "Process Integration and Orchestration Package". This functional unit has in turn selected few more functional units like AEX, SLD. The issue that I am facing is that the wizard does not appear for my inputs and it shows that the selected wizards are running. Please see attachment "config_wizard_running.jpeg"
I read some forums and found a thread where in it was mentioned how to stop the config wizard and restart it. http://scn.sap.com/thread/1422958
Even after restarting my server, the functional units are still showing as running in NWA --> Configuration --> Scenarios --> Configuration Wizard --> Functional Unit Configuration UI. Please see attachment "Config_wizard_stuck.jpeg"
I restarted the application as suggested in the post so that I could run Config Wizard again. But its now allowing me to start it as the status is Running.
Please suggest.

Missing beans for BI/Portal integration configuration
I've configured BI/Portal configuration but when executing the tests or when using BEX I have an errors:
com.sap.engine.services.rfcengine.RFCException: Bean RSWR_TEMPLATE_PROCESS_PROXY not found
Caused by: .jndi.exceptions.NameNotFoundException: Object not found in lookup of RSWR_TEMPLATE_PROCESS_PROXY.
same error for other RSWR beans (RSWR_RFC_SERVICE_TEST etc.).
It seems I am missing some component(s), in my installation (the SSO, auth, etc seems configured correctly according the configuration guides).
Does anybody knows what component I should re-deploy in order to have missing beans? Any other possibility to fix this error?
