Missing share menu option using right click

Hi everybody,
I've been seeing quite a few videos that with twitter integration in OS X mountain lion, I am able to share the url or pictures directly from web browser (Safari). Something like what this video does:

While I am able to share links of websites by clicking the share button beside the address bar, I did not manage to see any share menu option when I right click on an image within the browser. I tried it on several sites and on various images but all I could do is open the image in new tab/window or download and save the image somewhere. Why is this so?
I am still pretty new in the world of mac OS so please kindly guide me along if you know the solution. Thanks!

Regarding the ATI option;
This option appears only using Windows XP.
Using XP you can reach the ATI settings with right click on the desktop -> Properties
In Vista you should find the ATI Catalyst in Start -> All Programs -> Catalyst Control Center
Regarding the battery time;
Battery working time depends on the notebook usage and on the battery.
If you are running heavy performance applications then the battery will last not longer as one hour.
You can extend the battery working time if you would dim the screen brightness and would use a stronger battery with higher mA value.

Why take away the menu options on right-click?

Before the most recent update, I could right-click on my page and press a key like 'b' or 'r' to go back and reload.
You have taken away those keystroke options w/ the new click-friendly right-click menu. This slows me down and there's no reason we can't have both.

I spend most of my time w/ one hand on the mouse and left hand on keyboard.
It worked so nicely just to right-click and hit a key to go back, refresh, etc..

Need to create menu on mouse right click

I have a web application with frames with one frame have a tree.
Now i want to right click on one node and say "Copy" the node to another location in the tree..
My problem is that i am able to get how to create the menu option on right click.
Can anybody suggest how to acheive this

i'm pursuing the same thing. i believe ONE way of doing it is to add an ActionListener to the component, whether it be the frame or the node component you speak of. compare the action event object to the right click of the mouse, if it's true the trigger a menu, and ideally place the menu object next to the x,y coordinates of the mouse cursor (either to the left or to the right depending on where on the screen the cursor is.
as far as how a menu is created i do not really know and would also like some information on that.
i'm guessing it should be related to the JMenu object (directly a subclass of JMenuItem which in turn is a subclass of AbstractButton). That's a good place to start from. let me know if you get anywhere on this.

How to know the sales order closed using right click menu -Close ???

I have an sales order with ten item, I have copied the same to delivery and before adding the Delivery I have deleted some items. After adding the Delivery, I manually closed the sales order by using the "right click menu close".
The Open Quantity of those lines are already closed while i Close it manually.
Now i need a report regarding the sales orders which i have closed manually. Any Options??

See the last line data...it have open quantity of 5 and it also have the target type 15, If I close the sales order with docentry 4 manually using right click, the open quantity will be Zero..
I need that last line result also as my output..

Since upgrading to Mail 7.0 the menu popup from right clicking an element in an email has changed. There is now only a short three item menu:
Previously there was a longer menu (like the one when right clicking an item on a Safari page):
I've looked in Preferences and at all the Mail dropdown items but can't find any way to get the old menu back (or why it changed). In particular, I miss the "copy image" item which allowed me to copy an item image into a new email for forwarding. I've got two email accounts, an IMAP and a POP. The behavior is the same with both.
Any ideas?

Your screen shots are not visible to me. But I think I understand your question.
Several thoughts come to mind:

You can still, of course, simply forward the entire email message containing the image.
You could also use the "Save Attachment ..." feature available when you right click and copy and paste from there once the image is saved.
Less likely, you could also use the "Share" feature available when you right click, though I suspect it may not offer sharing options that you would like.

Is there a way to bring back the "Open a New Tab" option via right-clicking on the Tab?

I just upgraded to latest version of Firefox (6.0). Yesterday it informed me that an upgrade to Firefox 5.(something) was available and asked if I wanted to upgrade. I went for it. However, I hadn't used it since then till today. Now when I opened it today it asked me if I wanted to upgrade to version 6.0. Without hesitation, I went for it too.
While this version looks nice, it feels a bit odd to use it. Previously whenever I wanted to open a new Tab, I right-clicked on any of the Tabs (active tab or any other Tab) and after right-clicking, it had the option to '''''Open a New Tab''''' along with few other options. Now there's no such option. There's the + button to open a new tab, but what if I want to open a link in a new tab by right-clicking on it? Similarly the option to Open in New Window is also missing.
Is there a way to bring back those previous Tab options/settings? If yes, how?
P.S. In my bookmark toolbar, when I click on a bookmark icon, it has the same options/settings as it previously had in the last version I used (last version I used was 3.something; while I'd upgraded to version 5.something I hadn't used it except for opening the browser when it asked me to upgrade to version 6.0). Options on right clicking the bookmark icon are:
Open
Open in a New Tab
Open in a New Window
New Bookmark...
New Folder...
New Separator
Cut
Copy
Paste
Delete
Properties

No. The Tab bar is a regular toolbar in current Firefox versions, so you get the normal right-click context menu of a toolbar if you right-click the tab bar.
You can double click on empty space on the tab bar to open a new tab if you do not want to use the new tab button. 
You can drag a link on that new tab button to open that link in a new tab. 
You can also drag the new tab button on another toolbar if you would like that better. 
Open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"

After having downloaded I have been unable to open the files using right click or double clicking in the download windo

I am using Windows 7 along with Office 10. I have downloaded a number of zip files into Download location. Although the files are shown in the firefox download window they are not on my computer hard disk. Although I can access the Firefox download window and get the menu when I right click on a file and click on open nothing happens. The same outcome when I double click on the file in the window. I need to understand where the download files are and how to open them before I go crazy.

How do I use Right Click Functionality in Captivate 5

Hello there,
I am trialing Adobe Captivate 5, with a view to purchasing it, and I have been loving it, but have hit a snag. My Right Click actions are not working except with the web preview. I noted from the manual a lot of restrictions and from reading here I am not able to change AS3 to AS2. Does this mean Captivate 5 does not let you use Right Click options.
I would greatly appreciate your help because I do love this software but if I can't create elearning with multiple Click Boxes and Right Click functionality, I may have to look elsewhere.

I downloaded and unzipped the file you linked. On my work laptop with XP, IE 8, and Captivate 4, it ran perfectly.
On my personal laptop with Windows 7, IE 8, and Captivate 5, it did not run. (I got the JavaScript line 81 error.)
On my personal laptop, I created my own right click project in Captivate 5, published with accessibility turned off, and it would not run (line 81).
I copied my Captivate 5 published files to my work laptop, and it would not run there either.
I don't have any third party toolbars installed on either machine. I'm running Symantec antivirus on my work laptop (where your project worked but mine didn't) and AVG on my personal laptop (where neither project worked.)
Is there something you did in your JS file? Or some little tweak you made in your Captivate project?

Is it possible to have Flash open the menu when you right click a link?

I'm using sIFR 3 on a few of my websites. Personally I think it's a really cool and nice solution. I have had no issues with it so far except what I've recently discovered.
When you right click on a link (or control click on a mac) it should have the normal menu you'd get if you clicked on a regular HTML link. Also when you hover over the link it doesn't display the status in the status bar (i.e. the URL the link will take you to if you click it).
Anyways, I'm trying to come up with a workaround to this (personally I think the developers should have already thought of one but I guess not). That being said I'm wondering if Flash can do something like that. Is there a code I can put in the Actionscript to tell it to open up the browser menu when someone right clicks or control clicks a link?
For some reason I'm thinking this isn't possible without JavaScript but I have had some people telling me in the current version of Flash it isn't possible at all. I'd be interested in hearing everyone else's opinion.

Notice that the top navigation (and side navigation) is all done using sIFR. IF you try and right click (or control click on Mac) on one of the links you'll see nothing happens.

Probleme solved without having to change anything in the flash.
The solution was to add a small part in the CSS in HTML

AFAIK then there is no way to do that system wide. You can only do that via userChrome.css or an extension like the Menu Editor per profile .You can install extensions globally, but the user will have to enable them anyway. That is not required for userChrome.css code.

I’m trying to take the tutorials for Shake. There a some instances where I need to load info into the “parameters2” tab. I’m supposed to right click the viewer script button. But, I am using an apple mouse w/ one button. I’ve tried option clicking, command clicking etc. There must be another way…

Strange "Hello World" menu item on right click

Hello - for a few days now I am getting a strange Hello World contextual menu item when right clicking in some applications… Excel, iPhoto… It's at the bottom of the items separated by a line. When I choose it a text clipping kind of window comes up with German heading "Ohne Titel". In it it shows Hello World, which cannot be edited. Closing window is the only option.
Any idea what this is and how to remove it?

It displays which ever application is active, i.e. the window seems to belong to that application.
Below is a list of "My Processes"… I am not familiar enough with the list to say if there is anything unusual in it.

Using firefox 14.0.1. Loading a link using right-click and "Open Link In New Window", results in new window opening but address bar does not show URL..

Using firefox 14.0.1. Loading a link using right-click and "Open Link In New Window", results in new window opening but address bar does not show URL. However, if I right click on a link and select "Open Link In New Tab", the Tab shows URL in address bar. So it's working when it's a New Tab but not a New Window.

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information.

To Reset Firefox do the following:
#Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
#Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
#Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
#Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Problems using right click to open in new Tab or Window. Will not work. How do you solve this. Have v5.0 installed.

I have the latest version of Firefox installed. Version 5.0.
When searching on Google and use right-click to open in new tab or window. Keep getting blank tab.
Can somebody advise how to solve this.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
See [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]] and [[Troubleshooting plugins]]
If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the ''Safe mode'' start window.
You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (on Mac: "Firefox > Quit")
