Mistakenly deleted App Store. Can you help me to recover it? It comes preloaded with OS only. Is there any installation file so that it can be again installed.

Did you just delete AppSore off the Dock?
Because it's laying in your Applications folder to be dragged back to the Dock.
Perform a #8 Reinstall Just OS X here, it replaces OS X and bundled Apple programs leaving files and third party programs alone.
Step by Step to fix your Mac
Make sure you Software Update immediatly to 10.6.8, that's what puts AppSore back on.

You might not have enough space on your phone.
Look on iTunes and see how much space the photos you copied over is consuming.

in addition to John's hint you should have a look there to "correct answer" in https://forums.adobe.com/message/5441322#5441322 "Creative Cloud client will not download". There Sumit Singh talks about "I am suspecting the AAM URI handler is not working." and gives stepwise advices.

FYI - I just did a full wipe out and set up as new device, and the problem got solved.... But obviously it was a pain in the butt to download all the purchased apps back... This seems to be the only way to go about it... :(

I am having the same problem. There is a glitch with the app store, that non-admins cannot connect to the app store. Try using the admin account overwise i'm not sure on that one.
I have no clue for dictation is it all faded out? That is how mine is, it is probably just a problem with the new software and they will release an upadte for that but if the app store is not working how can we receive the new release?
You'd of thought that apple would of run tests or something to see what happens when you download mountian lion. If i find anything i will keep you informed.

Mac app store isn't the exclusive way to download apps in a mac, like it is the case in iPhone or iPod Touch. So if you can't find something in the app store, just google it and download from any trusted source you find.

Looking for a certain app. can you help...

I am going flying in a little cessna tomorrow. This will be my 2nd lesson. The instructor is happy for me to have my iphone on and it doesn't have to be in flight mode.
What this means is I can use the GPS to track the flight. I am looking for a particular app that will use the GPS and plot my track and allow me to place this over a google map or even google earth to show exactly where I have flown.
I have used a similar app for running (RunKeeper) and also another called iTrial but didn't like that one much.
Is there any you can recommend?

If you go to the iTunes App store and look in the Navigation category there are many apps related specifically to flying.
For what you specify, GPS Recorder might be the one to check out. I've not used it, though, so YMMV.

The response I received from apple was all sales final but you can contact the vendor. Does anyone know how to do that?

You are running a very old version of FCE (v 1.0.1) on Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6.8) under Rosetta on an Intel Mac (Intel Core 2 Duo, 2.4 GHz) with QuickTime X. This is not a great combination. FCE v1 was released in 2003 and was designed to run on a G4 (PPC) Mac under Mac OS X 10.2 or 10.3 with QuickTime 6.5.
Did you recently install this copy of FCE on your MacBookPro? Did FCE ever run on this MacBookPro?
