    Thanks,

    HI ,
Refer the general scenario followed most commonly in WM,
    A) IN MM At the time of good receipt MIGO
1.creation of transfer requirement takes place. Material Goes to Interim Storage type (902)
    2. Transfer order from TR is created ( we get destination storage type) --  In LT04 or LT06
    3. Confirmation of TO.(Put away completed )     In LT12
    B) IN PP
    1. Requirement we get from MD11,MD04,CO01.(staging , BOM Explosion etc.)
this time Generally TR, will be created Automatically( As per setting).
    With LB10 TR to TO
TO will be confirmed in staging process.(Quantity of picked materials will be reduced )
(Hear the raw material will be consumed. & TR for finished material will be created.)
With LB10 we can perform creation of TO.
TO for finished material will be confirmed when it will placed in the destination Bin.
Hear we will get the Finished good in the Unrestricted stock.
    C)IN SD.
    Creation of sale order: VA01
Creation of Outbound deliveryu2019s TO. VL01
TO confirmation after reaching to destination.LT03 then LT12 to confirm.

  • How do you create a process flow diagram?

I want to create a front panel for a simple process that I'm going to use LabView to monitor and push set-points to the controls. I want to end up with something similar to what you would see in a central control for a plant, just on a much smaller scale. I want to monitor tank level, tank temperature, whether a pump is on or off, etc. I've attached a crude example of what I'm hoping to make. Thanks in advance.
    Attachments:
    Example.gif ‏11 KB

You can create this on the front panel using decorations and controls that you customize.
Here is a link to get you started.   https://decibel.ni.com/content/groups/ui/blog/2010/04/29/creating-quality-uis-with-ni-labview--devel...
There are quite a few links for UI's on the website.

  • Is there any process flow diagram for TFS 2013 ?

    Hello,
I require to know the reference link of lfow chart to manage work in TFS that indicates following details :
    Define sprints and backlog items
    Creating tasks and complete them.
I want to know whats the flow chart that indicates the states of updating PBI/Bug/Tasks for whole team in project.
Can anyone please help me on that ?
    Thanks and Regards,
    Dipti Chhatrapati

    Hi Dipti,
Great to hear it was helpful.
You can use PBI flow similar to user story flow. State values are bit different.
User Story it is New-->Active-->Resolved-->Closed and Removed (Removed from backlog).
PBI New -->Approved-->Committed-->Done and Removed (Removed from backlog).
For PBI use the User story flow in below manner would be OK
PBI New - User Story New
PBI Approved - User Story New (Team can work on this , work on this in a Sprint)
PBI Committed - User Story Active/Resolved (Team made commitment) for PBI assigned person if developer then still in development, if assigned to QA then QA verification going on once QA done assign to PO)
PBI Done - User Story Closed - Confirmed by PO
    Cheers!

  • MRP Process flow

    Gurus
Is there anyone who has MRP process flow diagram . Pl send me the diagram or links to my email ID
    Thanks in advance.

The system checks in the planning file whether a planning file entry exists for the material in the MRP area that is to be planned.
The system calculates net requirements for the material in the MRP area. During this calculation, the system checks whether the requirements that exist for the MRP area can be covered by the available stock in the MRP area and the planned receipts for the MRP area. If there is a shortage of stock, the system creates a procurement proposal for the MRP area.
The system calculates procurement quantities. If you have defined a lot-sizing procedure in the MRP area segment of the material master, the system calculates using this lot-sizing procedure.
The system carries out scheduling using the parameters defined in the MRP data of the material master.
The system determines the type of procurement proposal for the MRP area on the basis of the procurement type that is defined in the material master (see also Determining the Procurement Proposal). You can also have Delivery Schedules created for the MRP area of a material.
If you have defined a different special procurement type in the MRP area segment, the system creates the corresponding procurement proposal, for example, stock transport requisitions for the special procurement Stock transfer from plant to plant.
With the special procurement keys, which are entered into the MRP area segment, the material requirements planning for the MRP area only takes into account the settings for special procurement types that do not refer to the BOM explosion.
The settings for stock transfer are taken into consideration, for example, in contrast to the special procurement key Phantom assembly, which refers to the BOM explosion.
For every procurement proposal for an assembly, the system explodes the BOM and determines the dependent requirements.

  • MM - PO process flow chart

MM Gurus , Can any one help me to provide me with the MM  PO and Change PO process flow diagram .Pl send me the diagram or links to my email ID
Thanks in advance .Will give you points
    James
    [email protected]

    Dear James,
    Process Flow:
1)Determination of Requirements: Through MRP, purchase requisitions
2)Source Determination: helps you identify potential sources of supply, creating requests for quotation (RFQs
    3) Vendor Selection and Comparison of Quotations: The system is capable of simulating pricing scenarios
    4) Purchase Order Processing: information from the requisition and the quotation to help you create a purchase order. scheduling agreements and contracts are also supported.
    5) Purchase Order Follow-Up: The system checks the reminder periods you have specified. up-to-date status of all purchase requisitions, quotations, and purchase orders.
    6) Goods Receiving and Inventory Management: Goods Receiving personnel can confirm the receipt of goods simply by entering the Po number
    7) Invoice Verification: The system supports the checking and matching of invoices, and clearing invoices for payment.
Flow Chart for PO & MM process :
    RFQ (ME 41) --> Maintain Quotation ( ME 47) -> Price comparision ( ME 49)>
    -->Create PR ( ME 51 N) --> Create PO ( ME 21N) --->
    > Good Receipt  wrt PO( MIGO)> Invoice Verification wrt PO ( MIRO)
I hope this will suffice your need & if satisfied please reward points,

    Source Determination
    Vendor Selection
    Purchase Order Processing
    Purchase Order Follow-up
    Goods Receiving and Inventory Management
    Invoice Verification
Determination of Requirements:  This phase comprises of identification of Material Requirements. This can be based on the user or MRP proper/Demand based approach to inventory control. Purchase Requisitions can be created manually (ME51N) Release (ME54) or can be generated using the System.
Source Determination: This Phase comprises of identification of potential sources of supply. This can be based on past orders, and existing agreements.
Vendor Selection: This Phase comprises of comparison of quotations received from Vendors. The system can check different quotations received from vendors.
Purchase Order Processing: In this phase information is acquired from the Requisition and the Quotation. Purchase Orders can be generated by the system or they can be created manually (ME21N).
Goods Receiving and Inventory Management: The goods receipts number can be obtained by entering the Purchase Order number.

  • Documentation of process flow documents

    Hello,
I've been using Visio for some time now, mainly creating process-flow diagrams.  I've always documented them with a supporting,
independant Word document, detailing each of the corresponding process flow's steps.  It would be great if there was a solution that exists which would allow me to document each step of a process
flow within the diagram itself (maybe using Comments associated with each shape), and automatically generate the supporting Word document, organised by
    Process Number (i.e. 1.0; 2.0; 2.1; 2.2; 2.3; 3.0; etc.)?
    I'm using Visio 2013.
    Thanks,
    Larry

I really don't think there is any way to automate that.

  • Process Flow in OWB

I understand that in OWB 9.0.4, available in Feb 2003, process flow diagrams can be drawn within the OWB design UI elegantly.
Does this also mean that we can schedule jobs to run from within OWB 9.0.4 instead of using another scheduling tool (e.g. OEM, Workflow etc.)?
    Cheers,
    Chris

Another question about process flow in 9.0.4:
Will there be better support for distributed environments? What I am looking for is the ability to at some stage in a Workflow start a second Workflow which has a different target (different runtime environment on a different server)

1.can any one sent me the production process flow diagram with tranaction and the tables that have used in the transaction.

    with regards,

backflush means automatic good issue document generation after the actuall physical issue of the material in the shop flooor.
suppose u have backflush for component in the order, then u will issue the same while production of the header material, but there is no updation in the system so when u will do teh confirmation for the order then automatically in the background document will be generated for the issued componenets.
backflush can be defined in Material master, work center and routing with decending priority....
