I have a small query, modify statment is not working properly, Maybe my syntax wrong. Kindly suggest me.
      DESCRIBE TABLE it_marc1 LINES count.
      IF count = 1.

I fee lthis modify syntax will not work.

Modifier Key Mapping Not Working

When I'm at home, I connect my MacBook Pro to a 24" LCD, along with an external keyboard and mouse. One of the small features I was looking forward to in Leopard was not having to go into System Preferences and switch the modifier keys to correctly work with my external keyboard, but I've discovered that the feature isn't working. I choose "USB Receiver" from the keyboard drop-down, re-map the Option and Command keys, click OK, and close SysPrefs. Nothing has changed; the Command key on my keyboard is still performing as Option and Option is still Command. When I go into the Keyboard & Mouse section of SysPrefs, the Modifier Keys pane is back to it's default values. I'm wondering if this is a bug in 10.5 that will be fixed with 10.5.1, or if it's just my keyboard. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

On my Powerbook, I have to swap the modifier keys under the "All" setting to make the change take effect on the external USB keyboard I'm using. Changing modifier keys on just the "DELL USB KEYBOARD" (in my particular case) has no effect.
It's just a minor annoyance (having to reset my modifier keys back to defaults when I need to use the built-in keyboard), but all the same the feature doesn't appear to work as it should.
Or is it just me?

MODIFY and SAVE_TRANSACTION not working for ZONE BO

I am trying to add/delete location in transportation zone through MODIFY and SAVE_TRANSACTION but the update is not happening in database. I have done deletions and additions in other business objects but for transportation zone it is not working properly. Is something wrong with BO configuration ?
Procedure that I am following for deletion of zone:
1. Read Zone with querybyelements method
2. Read locations for this zone using retrieve_by_association method in edit mode
3. Fill modification table with deletion indicator and appropriate values for location
4. Call method Modify and then save_transaction.
I followed similar procedure for adding/deleting region in transportation zone but this also doesn't work.

Hi Anuraag,
In TM you should open the transaction /SCMTMS/ZONE. Here you select the zone you would like to modify and you execute the changes you would like to make.

"is not working" makes it very hard to help without a bit more information. But:
item_enable_disable('IMPORTER_TYPE',property_on);
item_enable_disable('IMPORTER_TYPE1',property_on);... is a custom procedure in a library on YOUR system so we don't know how it works but it may be that you need to say "property_true" rather than "property_on" ....
or it may be the parameter should be the ITEM_NAME "IMPORTER_TYPE1.IMP_TYPE_DESC" rather than the block name that you need to pass in.

IDisk not longer visible in Sidebar - Modifying Preferences did not work

Hi there,
I also have some problems with the side bar in Finder.
I don´t longer have the iDisk-Icon in the side bar. I´ve unchecked and checked the box in Finder-->Preferences but that did not work...
I also had similar problems with a not proper working network icon in the sidebar which I could solve with a forced end of Finder.
Any ideas?

Try this. With the external display connected and turned on and the MBP turned on, close the MBP. Close it, not shut down. This action is supposed to send a signal to the external that it is the only live display.
You should also check in the System Report if the external display is listed.

Modified system report not working which report have dataset

Hello,
I have modified (removed unnecessary fields) system report "Collection Report - CR (GB) ". But when ever i run the report it was asking connection for ADO.NET XML file after click on Ok buttion of referesh data.
Collection Report - CR (GB) having two physical table name with OADM and OADP and a Dataset name with PLD__items.
I have imported modiofed report in SAP but it showing message "Record not found" and system report working fine with same record.
Please let me know from where i can find reference for ADO.NET XML file.

You should never removed any fields from system report. Try to hide them instead.

Modifier Keys suddenly not working with Numberpads

I favor the use of a numberpad and as such i have been using a third party USB Numberpad. I also have a Apple wired keyboard that comes with the number pad.
All these while, the modifier keys (shift, alt, ctrl) works with the numberpad and the numberpad section of the apple keyboard. Somehow, recently, not sure when, it no longer works.
I've tried to reset default on the modifier key section but it just doesn't work... This is really frustrating. the only thing i remember installing lately is "bettertouchtool" and buying a magic mouse.
Bettertouchtool is not usually running unless i choose to run it, so i'm not sure how that affecs it, not am i sure if totally removing it via a third party app helps.
Appreciate HELP! PLEASE!

Join statment is not working

I am trying to write a below code where i will be using JOIN statment to select data from 2 table faglflexas and cepct.These two tables have only one field in common(prctr).I would also be getting the value of prctr from the user on selection screen.
But the code syntax is not allowing me to prctr in both the places.

I am getting error in last line of AND prctr in s_prctr. asking that I prctr is defined in two places in the select query.

The code written by you is giving a syntax error as PRCTR field is present in both the tables and you are using a join but in the where clause you are not specifying the field with respect to a table.
try the below syntax:
SELECT faglflexapoper faglflexaryear faglflexaprctr cepctktext " FROM faglflexa
INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF TABLE gi_prctr
FROM cepct JOIN faglflexa ON cepctprctr = faglflexaprctr
WHERE poper IN s_period
AND ryear EQ p_fyear.

Modifier Keys will not work in Apple applications

I am very puzzled by this problem. The shift, command, option , and caplock keys have no effect in any Apple program. They work fine in other applications like photoshop, illustrator, neo office, firefox and thunderbird.
I reinstalled the tiger 10.4.3 update, repaired permissions, and used diskwarrior from another hard drive.
The other strange thing is that the Dashboard icon no longer appears in the dock.
Logged in as a different user and there is no problem. Is there a preference file that I need to remove?

Modify itab not working

Hi ,
I am trying to change a field value in itab using MODIFY statement.
The field is a char type and holding '0000000' initially. Now I am trying to change this value to other value. But the modify statement is not working.
like the code is,
data : value(32) type c,
wa-value = value.
wa-name = 'test'.
modify itab from wa transporting value name where id = '01'.
the Name field is getting updated properly with the new value, but the value field is not getting updated... this i sstill showing '0000000'.

Cross browser testing : Modifier Keys playback actions not working in chrome and Firefox

In my work flow I have to select multiple items in list.So I have recorded 'Ctrl+Click' action to select list items.In Chrome and Firefox it is not selecting multiple Items.
Even Ctrl+A,Ctrl+C,Ctrl+V also not working in chrome and Firefox.Complete modifier keys support is not observed in chrome and Firefox.Let me Know how to automate modifier keys actions in cross browser?

First,please make sure the Chrome and Firefox is supported by cross browser testing.
Latest version of Chrome and Firefox supported by cross browser testing are Chrome version 38.0.2125.111 and
Firefox 33.
I doubt whether Chrome and Firefox in cross browser testing don’t support automating modifier keys or there is anything wrong on it if you are using supported browser. Since this issue is related to the Extensions tool

Authorization Object is not working when report is modified.

We have Company Code as Authorization Object .and we have 3 company Codes (xxxx,yyyy,zzzz).where the users under Company code xxxx are not supposed to view company code yyyy,zzzz data etc.
I modified an existing Report and transported to production.But the Authorization Object is not working for that report.The Report is defaultly displaying all the company codes data(xxxx,yyyy) for all the users.But for the other reports its(company code ) is working fine.
What could be the problem?Is theproblem in transporting the objects.But i transported all the objects inluding auhorization object.
Please send me the solution as it is very much urgent.
The solution will be def. awarded with full points.
