Modify the results of a SUM

Hi Guys,
In the attached report, the last three columns are the sum I put on column level. For Room and Revenue is perfectly fine, but the ADR column should be the SUM(REVENUE)/SUM(ROOM). At the moment, it is doing the sum of all ADR in each column and I set the aggreated
rules, to Average which doesn't give me the expected results.

Any ideas how to achieve this in pivot table, without changing the whole report?

Hello Casperloo,
Your last statement makes me a liitle suspicious of what's going. So you cannot create a property node such as the ones below.
What about manually left clicking one of the properties and changing it like in the image below?
Also is this only occurring with the specific property you are trying to utilize or all Daqmx Timing properties?

Probably the easiest way is to use an alias for the sum column, i.e.:

Oracle 11g SUM function on the result of inner Select

The inner Select returns rows with the values. The outer select running on tthe result of inner select SUM the result of the inner select.
Although there are valid rows of the inner select the SUM in the outer SELECT return NVL. As a comment any aggregate function on the outer select returns NVL.

Could you please provide some more information.
if you have characteristics iobject whose values are (A, B etc) and calendar month in rows and then at column level you have key figures then if you have turn on the "Display Result Rows" property of both iobject in Bex as "Always" you can get the result. At the same time you can set "Display Overall result" property of the Query to get overall result.

Directory search returns wrong results when you modify the view

Hello,
I have a custom list used a staff directory. This is SharePoint 2013. I am using a search box where users can type in names to find people.
When I add or remove a record in the list or modify the view and then I search for my name, all search results appear. It once just returned 1 record for my name, but now it returns all 100 records in the list.
How can I fix this?

Did you search in the SharePoint list or in SharePoint search center?
Could you provide more details about how you created the custom list?
Please try to enable Server Render as editing the page->Edit Web Part-> Miscellaneous, compare the result.
Please operate in other lists and in other site collections and test whether this issue occurs.
Please start a full crawl in Central Administration -> Manage service application -> Search service application -> Content Sources and test whether this issue occurs.
Could you check if it exists error in ULS log after you failed to search in the SharePoint list.

Sum of the Results

hello...we have some problem in summing out the results for the /BA1/K62EAD here based on the /BA1/C62UEXPOS. When we execute the program, the results always showing a few lines of the same /BA1/C62UEXPOS as below:

Modifying the text "Result" and "Overall Result" in a BEx query output

Hi,
1) Is it possible to modify the text "Result", "Overall Result" which appears in the sub-total and grand total lines of BEx query output? I do not see any related setting the properties area of the object in BEx Query designer. Do I have to write some VB code or can I do something in Customer Exits?
Also my client wants that this text need to be made dynamic such as "Sub-Total for the month of Jan 2006".
I can use work book option and change the texts manually.But this is not meeting my clients requirement.
2)Is it possible to have dynamic title text for a BEx query?
We are on BW 3.5 & if any of you could provide / guidance to the above issue.

You will have to use VB Macros to change the text "Result" and "Overall Result", there is not settings in the query designer for the same.
You can have dynamic descriptions for queries using text variables like Expense Query for month of Jan 2006, if user selected Jan 2006.

Modifying the speed of video clip results in freeze frame

Hi, I am having a trouble with modifying the speed of some clips in FCP 5.14. When I speed it up, the clip looks correct for the first 2/3, but the remaining 1/3 freezes on the last frame that was played.
To clarify, the FCP itself is not frozen... it continues to play normally. It looks like you took a still image 2/3 of the way thru my clip and repeated it till the end, making the remaining video disappear.
Any suggestions on how to fix this would be much appreciated!!

I want to have a formula to do math calculation such that data of "A" of SHEET 1 is calculated with "A" of SHEET2 irrespective of the location of "A".
When I include SHEET3, the formula should automatically identify the location of "A" or "B" or "C" and give the result corresponding to A, B or C. Since I want to bifurcate daily report and output printed. I want to use another
excel for output. How to link multiple sheets of one excel and print the output of above in
another excel?

My result displays the same case number more then onces for
some Case numbers. How do I make my query to combine or only
display the Case number once.

Perhaps because you are using an OUTER JOIN - anytime the
entire set of selected columns is not distinct you will get another
row. Distinct applies to the entire row not just the case number.
