I went into tools ..add ons ... extentions .. and disabled anything that had to do with
AVG and it worked for me .. I have windows xp on my system.

I am not able to get any directions on my maps i am using iphone 4s and updated to ios 6.1.3 and whenever i try to find a route it always says directions could not be found can anyone help in fixing it

I am unable to delete music from my iPhone5 either directly or via PC. On the iPhone the tracks disappear when swiping left and deleting but the phone remains full and the data is still visible on the PC. The music was installed on the phone from the backup of a previous model but with the addition of new tracks I am now unable to add more or update to the next operating system as the phone is full. On my PC the music is still there and but the neither the delete function or any form of sorting/management on the music files is functional. Other Apple products work OK including previous phone, ipad.ipods etc Any advice/help available to get past this would be appreciated.
I think it is 7.1.1 - there was another update today which I've uploaded but it didn't make any difference. It's just the music libary on the 5 that's causing me problems.

first itunes store need an American apple ID with an American credit to purchase DIRECTLY from iphone and this all people outside US dont have , so no one outside US and (major countries) can download music directly from thier Iphone
Second , if we assume I can download from itunes , itunes store dont have all the music you need for example Iam in middle east I listen to arabic music and itunes dont have most of the arabic music I listen to and this is a HUGE problem for all costumers in middle east and similiar countries .
Third, mac users can download music from the internet other than itunes store even if it illegal why that ?? and NOT all free websites are illegal like (nogomistars) for arabic music .
I just want to say that I love my iphone and I love apple. But you should give iphone users a free using for their phones like you do with mac users for the reason that i gave it you above .

Tijdens het opstarten van Lightroom krijg ik volgende melding: 'Lightroom heeft een fout aangetroffen tijdens het lezen van de voorvertoningscache en moet worden afgesloten. Lightroom probeert dit probleem op te lossen als het de volgende keer wordt gestart.'

Is there some one who can help me? I've a problem whith starting Indesign. There is a big topic about it, but nothing works, or I do it wrong?
My English is not that good tot solve the problem.
I've an Imac and work with Indesign CS3. Last time it works perfectly and nothing happend, but now it won't start. I get the message: cannot start Indesig because it requires shortcut editor dialig plug in.
I've read that you have to search for the shortcut and put in in the plug-in map under UI. I did that, but it still doesn't work.
What did I do wrong? Is there sombody who can help me, in dutch I prefere.

ChantahlI called her but was not really able to help. It certainly is not as easy as setting the Preferences access rights that worked for others with this same problem. The actual file structure in the Shortcut Editor Dialog plugin folder itself appears to be correct.
Unfortunately, a full re-install did not resolve it, but I advised her to try again, this time running the CS3 Clean Script as well. Much as I am opposed to, uhm, "Top Kill" methods, this seems to be a last resort.
Awaiting this reinstall (and that without a live camera feed, I'm afraid), any other pointers from more experienced Mac users? -
How do I connect directly to external wall speakers with my iPhone

In the shop where I work they have a couple of speakers built into the wall. There is a wall plate where a person could connect to these speakers with a stereo. (two wires for each speaker) Can I connect directly to these speakers with some sort of a breakout wire coming off the iPhone's 3.5mm headphone jack (suggestions) or the iPhone's dock connector (suggestions). I just want to listen to random music from my iPhone and I really don't want to buy a speaker system for my iphone for this location.

KDCNo. The iPhone doesn't have the power to drive speakers. If you can get to the input of the amp that feeds those speakers, then you do what you want.

Directions do not sync from Mac to iPhone
I am trying to get the "send to iphone" feature working with Apple Maps on the Mac.
MacBook Pro - Mavericks OS
iPhone 5 - iOS 7
1. Open maps on Mac.
2. Request my directions.
3. Click the Share button.
4. Select my iphone from the list.
5. See the Animations.
6. Never get the notifications in iOS Maps on my phone.
All the other iCloud functions work like, shared tabs, notes, calendar, email and keychain. Just not push of my driving directions.
Any Ideas?First check that all your settings are correct, that contact syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the contacts you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' group and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud group (you can do this by checking in groups), non iCloud contacts will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your contacts are in the iCloud group, you might try unchecking contact syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling contact syncing. -
I would like to download mp3 content directly from a specific website to my iphone or ipad
I am trying to download mp3 content directly from a website, jw.org, to my ipad and iphone. I used to be able to this with my android phone, i had to download a "filemanager" app to unzip if I selected complete "albums" but it would then automatically make them available in my music app. There has got to be a way to this on the iphone.
I think it recognises *some* non-Apple Bluetooth devices, but the number of devices, and the functionality supported, is very limited, and extremely poor and inflexible when compared to other manufacturers' devices.

Wrong directions and poor serching ability of new Iphone Map
Please, could we have the option to download the same app we were using before from google maps? Apple really seems not to care about the customers by doing this change. I was an active user of google maps daily and I have tried to use the new iPHone map multiple times but mistakes are huge including wrong locations and directions. I cannot stand this anymore. Apple should be embarrassed to put out such an inferior mapping application.
If Apple really cares about the service they provide, get us Google Maps back!Google didnt let apple devices have turn by turn navigation. Because of the reason that apple care about their customers, they thought to bring up their own map which offers turn by turn navigation. But they are just beginning, so it would take some time to make it fully working. So until then if you wanna use google map, you can visit www.maps.google.com and tap the arrow button on bottom and add it to home screen.

the iphone goes from recovery mode to some other mode where it keeps restarting with apple logo flashing on the screen continuously. and there is no error in itunes at all which stays in "waiting for iphone" status

I just bought apple tv......trying to use homeshare-computer won't cooperate.....have 2 i pads, 2 iphones and can not get my macbook pro-(10.5.8) to update to snow leopard (10.6) which is what seems will make homesharing work between all these apple products. It looks like I have to buy some software to update the computer. Anyone else have this issue or suggestions or even know what I am talking about?? try to update software to snow leopard and it won't allow me to...this is an old macbook pro but I paid almost $3000 for this computer a long time ago...find it hard to believe that I can't update without spending a million dollars??? thanks. I'm not entirely sure I follow you here, home sharing comes with iTunes 10.2, so far as I am aware even iTunes 10.6.1 only requires OS X 10.5.8 or better. On that basis I'm not sure why you think you have a problem. -
Someone has hacked my itunes account and bought apps with my credits. Is there a way to get my credits back or can I get the apps they bought on my ipad/ipod/iphone? and yes I have changed my password.

In the old pages you could simply copy the thumbnail and past a certain page into a different document. The new pages does not allow you to do this.
