Monthly invoice ... again

Hi all,
I've subscribed to CC on 28 Dec 2012 and immediately got an invoice emailed to me, complete with everything my accountant (and the tax authorities) require. In January, no invoice. Support told me to donwload the receipt from the "My Account" area, which was not what is required - e.g., missing invoice numer. Now, the correct invoice for February was emailed to me; hence I only miss January's invoice. Does anybody have an idea of how I can get it (and make sure that emailing invoices works as reliably as charging my credit card).
Furthermore, the downloadable receipt says that an official (paper) invoice will be sent to my postal address. But nothing so far.
Long story short: I DO need a proper invoice every month and surely all company customers at least in Germany do as well.

    Dear all,
    I need to create new layout  for monthly invoice using Print Layout Designer. I need to add the closing date procedure code, so I create new data field refering to the Closing Date Procedure file. This first data field shows many files. But when I want to add another new data field, this second data field only shows the Administration and Closing Date Procedure file. I need to add field from other file, but it does not appear. 
    If I delete the second data field, I can find the file I need in the first data field (the one supposed to be fill with closing date procedure code).
    Is there any idea how to get other files in the second data field ?
    By the way, I am using SBO version 2004.2b for Japanese user, and  monthly invoice is an important function in Japan.

  • DO GR reversal blocks the invoice again

    Hi Gurus ,
    Suppose PO is a 3 way match , GRIV is not checked.
    1.PO is created with qty 100 (price 1 EUR each) ,
    2. Invoice is one for 100 qty , but it will be qty blocked as GR has not been done
    3. GR is done for 100 qty - > this will unblock the invoice posted in step 2
    4. Now suppose GR is reversed after some days , will the invoice become blocked again ? If not , why ? this would mean that invoices can still get paid without GR posted for them .Is there any way we can block the invoice again if GR is reversed ?

    I checked the Document Numbering-Setup , Of course, it defines it.
    And also checked the Series-Setup. It's OK , I think.
    Could you tell me,  What should I check ?

    Welcome to SAP Business One Forum.........
    Please try this. Go to Administration> System Initialization> Document Numbering.
    Open the AR Invoice Series and when you set any of the series default it asks for certain options.
    Are you aware about that Options?
    Please select right one and then try to add.
    Else select for all users and then try.....

    Bottom line is that, oddly for such an accountant-driven corporation, Adobe does not make this at all easy and, despite repeated requests from customers, no-one is sure why such a simple admin task is made so difficult. So we're stuck with workarounds for the time being.

    As we know CC is monthly charged service and i Like it!, but...
    I really need new invoice or receipt from every monthly charge.  (like Google and every other monthly subscription based service gives me...)
    So, where, when and how i can get it? I need it for our company accounting.

    ( I know that i can find my FIRST payment invoice in my Adobe account order's tab, but there is only the first payment invoice...)

    Hi,
    If you wish to print the monthly invoice, visit creative.adobe.com and then go to My Account:-
    Just above you can see the arrow for "view Transaction history" will show you all monthly records along with the transactions.
    Each trnsaction will allow you to print.
    I hope this should work.

    I have not received an invoice for a monthly fee of Creative Cloud.
    On my account I can not see the last transaction, even though the charge was taken from my credit card.
    Polish support center confirmed the payment, but they can not help me with getting the invoice.
    Is there any way to receive a monthly invoice?

    Why am I not receiving monthly invoices???? And why are they not appearing in my Adobe account even though Adobe are happily taking the monies out of our account every month!!

    I have the same problem. I contacted Adobe support a couple of times because of this. I always get the answer, that invoices are in my order history. But the history is completely empty. Even though my company bought a lot of products from Adobe.

    Trying to print this months invoice.
    All my other months Transaction Numbers have been in the form of 'DSS..........DT' a 15 digit number starting and ending in letters and these are all found and print fine. November's Transaction Number is juat a 17 digit number and I get the message ' We were unable to locate the specific transaction you are trying to access. Please contact Customer Support if you have questions'  What has changed that makes this invoice unfindable and unprintable?

  • Calendar Month View - AGAIN

    I have been working for two weeks on moving the Palm Desktop from an XP to a new installation of Vista. Following the directions on your web site I downloaded PD 6.2 and installed it. I synced my Tungsten E2. The first time I clicked on the month view the system crashed.
    Since then I have been through two chat sessions, reinstalled PD over a dozen times, reset my E2 several times, and followed the many suggestions on this site. All these efforts have failed and I still get the same crash on month view.
    I have wondered if any others have experienced the same problem and searched the internet. It seems I'm not alone in thinking that there is actually a problem with the PD 6.2 software. I wanted to go the extra mile to be sure so...
    Today, while watching the Olympics in Beijing, I typed an entire years data into a completely empty fresh install of PD. No hot sync was performed, the datafile was new and empty before I started. As soon as I completed the entries, I selected month view. Once again the system crashed!
    Given the testing I have done I no longer accept your suggestion that my data is corrupt. If it was corrupt, it was PD that corrupted it. The fact is PD 6.2.x has a problem and you would do your users a great service by admitting it, making a conserted effort to correct it, and to stop blaming customers who have faithfully supported your company for many years.
    Finally, I also find it a concern that you have removed any method to import data such as CSV files. Now that I have followed your instructions (resetting my palm) I have no easy way of reloading my data. Yes I have plenty of backups but they only work on PD 6.2 and it corrupts my data.
    I am running out of time. I can be patient if I have some acknowledgement that the problem is being addressed. If not it's time for me to give up my long term commitment to Palm products and move in another direction.
    I would appreciate any thoughts on this topic.

    I did remove any events that span midnight and it did not help.
    I looked at the DbFixit program. Since it corrects problems in the Palm and not in Palm Desktop I believe it is not relevant. The reason I belive the palm device is not involved is because of the following test:
    I removed all previous Palm Desktop versions
    I removed all registery entries for both Palm, PalmOne, and the USB (as specified by a chat session with Palm)
    I removed all data directories including \Program Files\PalmOne, \Program Files\Palm, and \Palm
    I removed all instances of data in the Documents directory
    I did a cold boot of the computer
    then...
    I did a fresh install of Palm Desktop
    I typed in a year's worth of data
    I did not sync or otherwise connect a palm to the system
    I selected month view
    The system crashed!
    I believe this takes the Palm device completely out of the loop. This problem occurs when typing data in Palm Desktop from the keyboard.
    I appreciate any ideas, and will follow up on them.

    Since no Palm was involved, the corruption must have occured in the Palm Desktop program itself.
