Dear Sir,
In case of stock transfer, I have made  stock transport order of 20 tonne, and with reference to this stock transport order, i can delivered more than 20 tonne in the replenishment delivery, which should not happen as stock transport order quantity is 20 tonne, and also we can not find the open quantity in the replenishment delivery as it shows 0 in the open quantity field of replacement delivery
Transaction codes for the above issue given below:
Stock Transport order: ME27
Replenishment delivery: VL10B
Delivery Change: VL02n

  • Delivery in stock transfer

    Hi,
When I am doing the delivery for stock transfer with t code VL10B,I am not able to do the delivery. What could be the reason.
There is enouhg material in stock and material is also created for both the plant.
    Regards
    prabudh

In VL10B/VL10D, give your STO/PO no. and remove the dates and shipping pt and execute.
If you are not able to create the delivery, then check the log, you will get the exact error.
Check the stocks in mmbe, also check if the stock is scheduled for delivery or is assigned to some open orders.

  • Problem on creation of Outbond Delivery for Stock Transfer Order

    Hi all,
We have problem on the creation of Outbond delivery for stock transfer order because the system doesn't group in a unique delivery for different items of a STO order.
We used VL10B or VL10D but the behaviour is the same. Even if we have to handle few items of the Stock Transfer order already scheduled, the scope is to create a delivery which group everything while the system split in several delivery notes.
Could you advice me the way to set in customizing , master data I don't know where else , the rules in order to avoid to split deliveries for STO.
Secondly if we have already created a delivery note is it possible to add a further purchase order item as in sales order processing?
Thank you for any suggestion you will give
    Andrea

    Dear Kripa,
the first point has been solved. We have checked a SAP Note 386340 which is appropriate to this case.
The second point, the one referred to the additional items to an existing delivery note, is not yet closed and I would like to know further advices  from you and the other guys connected to the forum in order to help us to solve the problem.
    Thanks for your help

  • Open Qty is not copied in Delivery for Stock Transfer Order

    Hi,
In the Stock Transfer Order process, Once the STO Order is created, I am creating delivery in the transaction VL10B or VL10G.
When I am clicking the background button Delivery gets generated. Then when i am going in the transaction VL02N and increasing the delivery Quantity which is more than STO order quantity, the system is accepting it. But i want the system to throw an error message if the delivery quantity is more than the order qauntity. For this I have made the following settings.
In the Transaction Code 0VLP, i have selected B in Check Over Delivery field. But still it is not throwing an error.
The reason for the same may be, the system is not copying the Open Delivery Qty from the STO Order (Which normally happens in Sale Order to Delivery process, bcos of Copy Control). This field has 0 value. So the system is not able check for over delivery.
If I get this value in the delivery then it should be working fine and the sytem will throw an error for over delivery.
Can you please suggest me a way to get this open qty value in delivery for STO order or suggest me some other option to check for over delivery in STO.
    Regards
    Vijay

    Dear Friend,
If I can understand you clearly.
to achieve your task the best way you can sit with your abaper and configure a routine and assign the same to T-code OVLK delivery type customizing :
In the Item requirement : Generally it is 202
    reward points if helpful,

  • Good Receipt with reference to delivery or stock transfer order

We have a stock transfer order between two plant. Requirement is as under.
Steps - Supplying plant is creating stock transfer order, doing delivery with reference to STO by VL10B.
Receiving plant is doing Good Reference with reference to delivery or STO t code MIGO.
Now the requirement is if A Plant is supplying 100 nos, at the receiving plant it should not allow less then 100 nos. it should give error that qty is not match with delivering qty.
    Thanks in advance
    Samir Bhatt

    HI,
You mean to say that STO quantity must be equal to GR quantity or else system should throw an error
After STO and delivery PGI is done.
Then GR is made with refernce to STO.

  • BOM Explosion needed on PO and/or Delivery for Stock Transfer PO Process

    Good afternoon,
I have been researching the SDN and web for a solution to my problem to no avail so far.
The business problem I need to solve is the requirement for our STPO process to explode certain BOM's that are transfered from one company/plant to another company/plant in order to record batch/serial # component information by the delivering plant on the delivery and verification of the batch/serial # in the receiving plant during MIGO processing of the delivery.  This is needed by our Service Mgmt department in order to track servicable items within the Finished Good (medical devices industry).
It appears on the SDN that a BOM can not be exploded on a non-Subcontracting PO (which would be ideal for us), but barring this problem, we are trying to have the BOM explode in the Delivery created from the STPO via the VL10B transaction.
The STPO generates a Delivery doc with type NLCC and item category NLC.  I have maintained the material master for the BOM material to have an Item Category Group of ERLA, and I have modified Item Category Determination in configuration in Logistics Execution for deliveries to include ERLA, usage V, and NLC as default item category.  But, the deliveries generated from the STPO still do not explode, like what normally happens if the delilvery of the BOM was created from a standard Order.
The components for the BOM need to be displayed on the Delivery (if not the STPO), so the cleark can record the Batch/Serial #'s for each component.  Then when the receiving plant posts the Goods Receipt for the delivery a user exit we have (based on movement type and material document code) builds a Service Mgmt table that is then processed to De-install the BOM and components from the former plant and install the BOM and components at the receiving plant (and then subsequently at the ultimate customer's location when a normal sale is made), generating a new Functional Location.
Has anyone here had to do anything like this before?  Would any of you have any ideas on how this BOM explosion might work on the PO or Delivery?
    Thanks in advance.
    Scott.

  • Deficit of Delivered Quantity during Return delivery

During return delivery of material via delivery we are getting the error u201CDeficit of delivered quantityu201D (Message M7 328). Although stock is present in the required storage bin and is unrestricted type. It has worked with other ODu2019s but this delivery has got stuck

Are you returing the material through a return STO?
if so first return the goods from already received plant at MIGO and then do the PGR for the return delivery.

  • STO history not update in stock transfer order,

    Hi, Experts,
I have create delivery against Stock transfer order , But i checked in some STO case - purchase order history tab not update, What is the reaon for this . can any body gives solution.
One more question, I had created STO & Then do PGI against this STO, After this i also take GRN for this, But when i had check ddocument flow for outbound delivery GRN document not update, But it display in STO history tab.
Pls give me solution for both question.
    Thanks a lot in advance,
    Regards

    Hi, Harsh Panara ,
    1. Is this problem reproducible? If yes, you may need to create a message for it in service market place.
    2. If this is only a single case, you can re-create the EKBE (po history) entry via report ZCREA_EKBE. Please check SAP note  433505.
    3. Regarding the GR document and document flow, this is related with how you post the GR. If you post GR in MIGO with reference to the outbound delivery, it should be updated to the document flow. How did you post it?

  • Delivery quantity changed while delivery was being picked .

    Hi Friends .
I have  a big problem, because the delivery quantity changes while the delivery was being picked.
This is the positively the 3rd time that we have seen this, possibly the 4th, recently.
Delivery was created this morning for 800pc. Batch determination was telling the picker to pick from perticular storage location SLOC 112. (all 800pc) (25pc =1 pallet)
The picker knew that he was picking 32 pallets from that row.
After he picked 32 pallets, the system was telling him that he needed to pick 2 more pallets.
At that point, I  saw delivery .The quantity in the delivery had, at this point, increased to 850.
Delivery shows that 32 pallets that had been picked up to this point.
again  it is calling to pick 2 more pallets.
at this point of time  delivery is for 850 (not the original 800)
I have not changed the quantity in delivery or in order . how come delivery quantity has changed while materials are being picked .
Kindly I request your speedy reply as it's priority ticket .
    Thanks in advance .
    Jayapala S.h

    Hi jayapala
The delivery qty can change while you pick the quantity  if the stock is less than the stock that is to be actually you are going to deliver. As the stock is changing , check the stock in MMBE for that material.
    Example :
Say you have created a sales order for 100pcs but when you are doing delivery material is taking only 75pcs because there are only  75pcs of stock in the storage location

  • Pending Quantity in PO for stock transfer

    Dear All,
I want to know the pending order quantity for stock transfer orders (plant to plant),I have tried
ME80FN,ME2L Etc. but all report are showing the pending quantity only after MIGO done by
    the receiving plant.
Our requirement is like this that one plant created one stock transfer order to one
plant and he want to know the actual pending order quantity as on date considering
by deducting stock in transit (5B5T) (i.e. PO quantity 100 pcs - quantity delivered 50 pcs then actual
pending quantity should be 50 pcs but in mentioned report it is showing 100 pcs pending).
Please note in our case in every PO more than 800 line items are there.
Can any one inform me about standard report or any table where net pending quantity are getting

  • Delivered quantity for each schedule line

    Hi,
Our scenario is that we have an order for each order's each item we can have multiple schedule lines, when any of the schedule line is delivered the delivered quantity colum is updated, the schedule lines table in VBEP but the thing is it doesnot have the delivered quantity, system calculates it at runtime or may be it is keeping it in some other table.
I hope some body can help in this regard.
    Thanks
    Khusro Habib

It is a calculated value, not a value of a table field. Also, it may lead to wrong results if you don't pay attention to this description of the field here under in bold.
    Delivered quantity in sales units
The quantity from the schedule line that has already
    been delivered.
    Use
When there is more than one schedule line for an item,
the system distributes the total delivered quantity for
the item across the schedule lines according to the
    sequence of their delivery.
    Example
A sales order item has three schedule lines, each with
an order quantity of 50 pieces. You make two subsequent
deliveries: the first for 20 pieces, the second for 60
pieces. The delivered quantity for the first schedule
line is 50 pieces, for the second 30 pieces, and for the
    third zero.
If you delete the first delivery (20 pieces), the
delivered quantity for this schedule line is still 50
pieces. However, the system reduces the delivered
quantity for the second schedule line to 10 pieces.
