Mount error after a 2nd debug in eclipse

Good morning everybody,
I just started developping a Drive plug-in. I've read and follow the SDK documentation. All worked well untill this problem :
When I start the plugin sample basicftp (for example) in debug mode in Eclipse, all is ok and I can connect myself on my ftp from the Drive connexion screen. I can see then the new mounted drive in windows explorer, and I can navigate in the directories, etc. If i disconnect from the drive interface and connect again, still no problem, the virtual drive is unmounted, and in the second connexion, the drive is mounted well again. But if I stop the debugging session in Eclipse, and then I start again a new debug, then from there, it is impossible to connect to my ftp like I did just before.  In the log file, it says :

The only thing I can do to can start a normal debug session again is to restart windows.  And if I run a debug session in Eclipse, it works, but if i close this debug session and that I start a new one, i got this same error again.
I watched on the documentation, forum and even google, and I couldn't find an answer to that issue.
To my opinion, It seems to me that when I shut down the debug session in Eclipse, it turns off some services used to mount the drive. So this services only start again after rebooting.
Some additional informations :
- I use Adobe Drive 3.0.0.70
- Eclipse Indigo Service Relase 1 and JDK 7, but compiling in java 1.5 (all configured like in the tutorial of the documentation)
- Windows 7 SP1
- before to shut down the debug session in eclipse, I already tried to use the command "close" to exit cleanly the OSGI console.
- note that I don't have this drive mounting problem when I start the plug-in from a compiled JAR file pre-installed in Drive. I got this bug only after turning off a debug session of that Drive plug-in in Eclipse.

  • Exchange 2007 Database mount error after server crash during defrag.

    Most likely but I have copies of the orignal and the temp still.
    Is there a way these can be used?? I was hoping not for a MS Support answer... =/

    Half way through copying the temporary database edb file my exchange server crashed.
    I now get the following errors when trying to mount the database.
    Error:

    is unable to mount the database that you specified. Specified database:
    Mail Store; Error code: MapiExcetionJetErrorPageNotInitiated: Unable to
    mount database. (hr-0x80004005, ec=-1019)
    I still have the temp
    database file from the finished defrag and a copy of the original
    database from before it was done. But need some urgent help to get my
    system back before tommorow!
    I do not have circular logging enabled.

    I can work with this editor anyway after choosing the project. But I still have a problem because the preview will not change when I choose a different UI element. The preview alway shows the text "welcome to the SAP ThemeEditor!".  When I modify style parameters for the UI element Text the preview is modified in the right way. I already set the Internet Options for the Internet Explorer as suggested. Is it possible that the reported run time error is the reason for the preview problems? The external preview works fine.

    I would suggest you to remove NWDS, then ensure that nothing left on the disk related to NWDS, and then try a fresh install.

  • Remote Debugging w/Eclipse Transport Error

    I am requesting help on a problem I am encountering using remote debugging with eclipse and Weblogic 8.1.2. I have successfully used remote debugging in the past with other application servers, but I have been unsuccessful with Weblogic 8.1.
    I have set the remote debugging options both on the weblogic start script as well as configured eclipse to connect to the port that was defined in the startup script (See Below). When I start the remote debugger within eclipse and it seems to connect properly. Once I set a break point or remove a break point, weblogic generates a "Transport error, error code = -1" and stops the debugger with in Eclipse.
    At this point I am at a loss of what is causing this error. I would appreciate any help on this issue.
    Operating System: WindowsXP Pro
    Weblogic Version: 8.1.2
    Eclipse 3.2
    JDK 1.4.2
    JAVA_OPTS: =-Xdebug -Xnoagent -Djava.compiler=NONE -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,address=7777,server=y,suspend=n

    Interesting. I tried it and it works. you might want to check your Eclipse port number. In addition try netstat -a to see if port 1044 is active.

  • Debugging using Eclipse and non-standalone 10g

    Hey - is it possible to perform remote debugging using Eclipse against the non-standalone version of the 10g App Server? I've tried some of the hints listed in this forum (the most promising seemed to be starting oc4j using this command-line command:
    java -classic -Xdebug -Xnoagent -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,suspend=y,address=2727 -jar oc4j.jar, then connecting with the Eclipse debugger, which I managed to do - though I had to change one of the parameters because the designated file [a timezone file] could not be found - after the change things seemed to start up correctly. However, when I tried to hit http://localhost:2727 I got a "server not found or DNS error"). I don't know if the debugging works with the non-standalone version of 10g or not... or if I should be using some other startup command so hopefully y'all can help :)

    Scott, apparently you have fallen pray of one of the most common misunderstandings of oc4j. Oc4j, namely, Oracle Application Server Container for j2ee, is a COMPLETE j2ee server. It supports http and https by itself. It is also an ejb container and a lot more. It can be used as a standalone or, with a different configuration, integrated into Oracle Application Server as its core component.
    When you use the command "java -jar oc4j.jar ...", you are starting an instance of "standalone oc4j" or "oc4j standalone" as mentioned above, albeit from an OAS installation. In contrast, you can start one instance of Oracle Application Server by "<ORACLE_HOME>/opmn/bin/opmn startall", which will starts, besides several other components, one or several oc4j processes as its oc4j component. This OAS is an HTTP server that takes initial requests and routs the requests that are for OC4J to OC4J server. It may handle some of the requests by itself, or routs other http requests to other components, like mod_plsql. Finally, what we usually called "farm" is a collection of OAS clusters and instances that share the same OAS Infrastructure.
    What I have written is just a tiny mini introduction of the OAS. For starters, oc4j is for use by development and small-medium scale production deployments. Plese take a look at the book "Oracle Application Server Containers for J2EE Standalone User's Guide" and then, "Oracle Application Server Concepts". You can find them by

    3. go to the first "view library" or the one suits you.

    The above is written in case you need more information. Now let me come to your specific questions.
    1. how to hit the OC4J instance directly, bypassing an HTTP server entry?Since what you started is an oc4j standalone, it does not make any sense to say "bypassing an HTTP server entry". Oc4j instance itself IS an http server. To access its http service, try
    http://<yourHostNameOrIP>:<httpPort>/<yourAppWebContextRoot>
    where the httpPort and yourAppWebContextRoot can be found in default-web-site.xml or http-web-site.xml. Which one or other web-site.xmls are effective is determined in <OC4J_HOME>/config/server.xml. Here the OC4J_HOME refers to your "C:/OraHome1/j2ee/home".
    2. how to get the HTTP server started via the command-line startup?As said above, you already got an HTTP server running.
    What I suggest for you is to play with oc4j standalone. You can come to OAS later:
    1. download oc4j standalone distribution, "Oracle Containers for J2EE 10g (10.1.3) Developer Preview 3", from here "http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/ias/preview.html"
    2. unzip the downloaded file. What you get is basically the same to a part of your existing "C:/OraHome". Go to j2ee/home. Run
    java -Xdebug -Xnoagent -Djava.compiler=none -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,suspend=y,address=3301 -jar oc4j.jar
    Make sure you are using java 1.4.2 sdk.
    3. "new" your remote debugger from Eclicpse and specify the hostname and port 3301.
    4. http://<yourHost>:8888/
    A further note: to debug jsp's, you can use Jdeveloper that allows you to set debug points directly in a jsp that is running in its embeded oc4j server.

    The current ABAP program "SAPLVKMP" had to be terminated because one of the
    statements could not be executed.
    This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program.
    In program "SAPLXVVA ", the following syntax error occurred
    in the Include "ZXVVAU04 " in line 5:
    "The last statement is not complete (period missing)."
    Author and last person to change the Include are:
    Author "SAPUSER "
    Last changed by "SAPUSER "
    What can you do?
    Please eliminate the error by performing a syntax check
    (or an extended program check) on the program "SAPLXVVA ".
    You can also perform the syntax check from the ABAP/4 Editor.
    If the problem persists, proceed as follows:
    Print out the error message (using the "Print" function)
    and make a note of the actions and input that caused the
    error.
    To resolve the problem, contact your SAP system administrator.
    You can use transaction ST22 (ABAP Dump Analysis) to view and administer
    termination messages, especially those beyond their normal deletion
    date.

    Hi Kartik,
    Could you please be more clearer as to how do you want me to proceed so that this syntax error stops bothering me while creating a standard order thru TCode VA01.Also what do you mean by "well comment the code in the include and activate the include"
    I created a projet in CMOD and than added the enhancement  V45A0002.The components shown as EXIT_SAPMV45A_002(Predefined sold to party when making the standard order),i double click on the exit and entered into the function module.After that i double clicked on the include ZXVVZU04 and entered in and wrote E_KUNNR=100171
    While activating i got error msg 'The last statement is not complete (period missing)." & i have saved inspite the error .After that i tried to create a order and program terminated error came after entering sold to party no. in sales order
    so now i have deactivated the project which i created in CMOD & deleted the project also inspite of this i am getting the program terminated error while making the order
    I would be great ful if somebody helps me *** out of this syntax error.

    I am trying to set up the development environment using Portal (5.0.4), Eclipse and Tomcat-4.1.30-LE. I've set up Eclipse according to the instruction of "Debugging portal source code: Eclipse".
    I got the following error when I select "Run | Debug" in Eclipse and Tomcat won't start.

    Has anyone seen this before? How do fix it?

    maybe this is just because there is no source code for the JCO Classes. I don't think SAP ships JCO Classes with source Infos for debugging.
    In debugging i would suggest just not to step into the JCO Methods.

  • Mount error when installing xcode 3 and iOS 4

    I ran into mount error when installing xcode 3.2.6 and iOS 4.3 downloaded from https://developer.apple.com/devcenter/download.action?path=/Developer_Tools/xcod e_3.2.6_and_ios_sdk_4.3__final/xcode_3.2.6_and_ios_sdk_4.3.dmg.
    I work on Mac mini with Mac OS X 10.6.

    Thanks for your advice! I would try to clean up for more free space. I just downloaded one dmg from another website linking to apple. I could successfully install that one, but very often the content in gdb window is empty. Even if the gdb works for some time initially, after loading some specific project, the gdb doesn't provide info any longer :-( Any idea?
    It might be the best season in Shenzhen now. It is sunny, but not hot, with temperature from 25 degree centigrade to 30.

  • Mount error when mounting Windows Server share

    Trying to mount a share on a Windows Server I have in my home.
    When I use:   
    smbclient -L SERVERNAME -U administrator
    and I enter the password after the prompt
    It returns a list of all the shares in the server like so:
    Domain=[SERVERNAME] OS=[Windows Server 2003 3790 Service Pack 2] Server=[Windows Server 2003 5.2]
    Sharename Type Comment
    SHARE1 Disk Shared folder
    SHARE2 Disk Shared folder
    SHARE3 Disk Shared folder

    but when I try to mount of the shares with
    # mount -t cifs //SERVERNAME/SHARE1 /mnt/mountpoint -o user=administrator,password=password
    it returns an error
    mount error: could not resolve address for SERVERNAME: Unknown error
    Am I doing something wrong?

    the SERVERNAME in these commands is a netbiosname and can differ from the  hostname.
    Smbclient seems to use it's own method to resolve netbiosnames, possibly the mount command uses a different method.
    Try the mount command with the ip-address of the server instead of SERVERNAME to verify mounting the share works.
    If the share can be mounted by //ip-address/SHARE1 , you may need additional options for the mount command to make netbios name resolution work correctly.
    check man mount.cifs .

  • ASM Disk Mount Error

    Hi,
    I am consistently getting the following error since yesterday while mounting the ASM disk.
    1. I created the ASM disks successfully and created the appropriate ASM DiskGroups using asmca utility.
    2. I was able to see the diskgroups as mounted from asmcmd tool.
    3. All of a sudden, all the diskgroups were dismounted yesterday and I see the following error in the alert logs for all the
    diskgroups.
    4. This is using ASM11g
    As I exhausted all my avenues to fix, I have turned to you for further assistance. Please do the needful.

    Thanks Berx for pointing that out.
    I deleted the ASM disks and the diskgroups and re-created a fresh and was able to start the ASM instance and mount the DGs.
    Now the mount is persistent, but the dbca fails with the following error in the alert log. Under what situations can this error be seen ?

  • SMB mount error

    I am trying to mount a Windows share either through Finder or from the command line. Finder gives me an error message:
    Sorry the operation cound not be completed because an unexpected error occurred (Error code -50).
    Finder connects to the server, asks for my password, but then give the error message. From the command line trying to mount using mount_smbfs, I get the password prompt and then a mount error message:
    syserr = Invalid argument
    I checked dmesg and the following line appeared after trying to mount either way:
    mount version mismatch: kernel=103200, mount=103600
    Anyone know what this means and how to fix it? I am running a PB 1.5 with OSX 10.4.6 with all the updates applied.

    try using
    mount smb: //ip.addr.of.svr/sharename
    If you are trying to connect to an Active Directory share or a windows network that has security set to LSA 3 or higher, you will not be able to connect without 3rd party software, as OS X does not supprt LSA 3 or higher.
