Moved Home - No Connection! Very frustrating
Hi everyone
Moved home last week. Called BT the week before to let them know and they sorted everything out for me - I even signed up to BT Vision for my new address as I was very happy with BT at the old address.
In work the day that the transfer was due to happen I reciieved 2 text messages to advise that my phone and broadband were connected and that I could start using them straight away. BT Vision box was delivered the same day as promised. Brilliant service!
Howvever when I got home the phone line was dead, broadband doesn't connect and of course the Vision won't work without the broadband!
This was 1 week ago. I logged a fault on the phone last Wednesday evening but it hasn't updated since - fault is ongoing.
Calling the telephone support or emailing them is very frustrating and it's like they read/write from a script!
The sockets in our new flat are all NTL branded but I told Karen on the moving home line this and she didn't seem to think this would be a problem and there's no master socket as such in the property!

hi, have a iphone/macbook itunes prob. i connected my phone to mac to add songs, and it wiped 99% of music from my phone. on the mac it still lists the songs on my phone but they are greyed out. can anyone help? very frustrated and want my music back.
I am having the same problem. I have just tried this. Unplug iphone > open itunes > delete all music from itunes library > close itunes > re-open itunes > add music from original folder > plug in iphone > select songs > press sync > unplug iphone using eject button onscreen > checked phone .... still nothing in music folder on phone. On itunes the "On this iphone" tab the songs remain there but greyed out.

The Home button on my iPod Touch is very unresponsive. It takes several tries to activate it. While doing so, it responds to one click versus the intended two clicks and vice versa. It is a very frustrating process. Any suggestions? I already tried the "shut off" process that was suggested on the Apple site, but that did not help.

Whenever I connect my 4th generation iPod thouch, all of the playlists on my iPod get deleted. This is very frustrating. Someone please help me? I searched the settings on iTunes and couldn't find anything.
Also, when I go on to safari, another alert pops up that safari cannot verify the identity of the website, anything that I type in to as common as google.com. It gives me 3 options to either cancel, look at details, and continue. I've looked at the details of the website of Google and it is legitimate the site. Any help?

Since I have installed iOS7 on my iPhone 4s - 16G, my 4s connects very slowly to my home Wi-Fi network. Sometimes it even doesn't connects at all. Which result in a higher mobile data usage (and thus higher bill at the end of the month).

VERY FRUSTRATED!!! Downloaded latest itunes on my PC, connected ipad 2, registered device. It says follow onscreen instructions. What instructions. When I turn on my ipad I get an itunes icon with an arrow and a connector cord. Can anyone help me???

Since downloading IOS8 when I log in to certain websites that are password specific, despite checking the keep logged in box, when I go back to home screen then back to website, I have been logged out and have to log back in-very frustrating-any ideas please?
To see registered devices in My account:
1) Go to Account > My Account
2) Scroll down, and ensure that that you first have an active subscrption (if you do not, you are not logged in to you Ovi Music unlimited account)
3) Below Unlimited downloads subscription box, you should have a Registered devices box.

My Sony Cybershot has always connected directly to iPhoto, but I must have changed a setting somewhere and now it opens in Finder. Very frustrating and I can't find where to change the settings - camera menu or Mac Preferences. Any advice?? Thanks
No, not in iPhoto, but instead in Finder (only). I've tried going into the camera menu and making sure it's set on Mass Storage, but no difference. Then I tried Auto - but also no difference.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Hi there I am having trouble with my outlook express this is the first time it has happened it keeps telling me can't connect to the SMTP server and every password I have tried is incorrect this is for 'iCloud' very frustrating as all our phones are ok
Well I am feeling a bit silly now because that was all I had to do. In the past Workgroup Manager had always opened right up to the list of my users, I never even thought to click on that but apparently that was all that was needed.
I still am not sure how the iChat Server preferences changed themselves on me, but it is not the first time I have had weird "settings" issues with our Snow Leopard Server.

I am having problems of using Face time. I signed in and connected with another Ipad Mini in Shanghai, but while the other side could see me all the time, my screen turned black after a few seconds, and saying "poor connection". It happened all the time, I started to use skype, but it is crazy of having a new mini, and having this device. It is very frustrating.
Find a location with a faster Internet connection. The slow connection message is telling you you have a slow connection or one that's too busy.

My Mac will not allow me to downlode the latest iTunes and now I can not connect my phone and computer. THis is very frustrating! HELP!!!
Get more information about your computer. Go to the Apple in the upper left corner of any window, then "About This Mac". Write down what it says about "version"and report that here. Now continue to "More Info..." Copy and paste the information here, but omit the serial number and Hardware UUID (if present).
Even my 12 year old Mac lets me download the newest iTunes. Of course I can't install it but any computer can download the installer files so we need to know precisely what you are trying and what error messages you are seeing. -
My iPad 1 apps keeps crashing. I have closed all running background apps,reset by holding power and home buttons but nothing works. Please help its starting to get very frustrating and annoying.

Hello, front Row displays "front Row cannot play the current song" although the underlying QT infrastructure/iTunes plays ogg files just fine. Does anybody have a suggestion other than re-encoding them as mp3s? Thanks. PS. I have the the latest 10.5.
