Moved To BT & Got Infinity2 & Not Getting The Spe...

Hi mi new I hope you don't mind me jumping in here, I switched from O2 to BT Infinity 2 and was quoted speeds from a 76Mb line that I would get 45.9Mb and 8Mb upload of which I'm getting 34Mb and 5Mb upload and speeds are seeming to get worse, I'm not happy as I don't see why I'm paying for something I'm not receiving I've logged about 10 or so phone calls to BT who keep on sending Openreach engineers to my house it's nearly been a week since it was fitted.
Ive had Openreach turn up three days running I swear people are starting to think my house is an Openreach Central hub,
Engineers of which I've had two in visit the property 3 time a third engineer went straight to the exchange and numerous calls to BT I'm getting peeved now.
A 4th engineer is booked to come to my house to sort it they say, I get the idea that BT don't think I work as all the time I take off to get it sorted I'm not getting paid for!
If their is anyone that represents BT that could give me some incite here could my speed be down to my line coming from the farthest Fibre cab about 700 metres?
Their is a fibre cab about 200 metres or so from my house why am I not connected to that Fibre cab as its the shortest distance?
Why can you not perform a Shift & Lift? The lines in are area are Aerial, The Fibre cab nearest to my house has a tell pole next to it that pole line runs up an ally and supply's the other half of my street the person directly in front of my house is connected to that pole so its not as though a line can't be run to my house!
I would say this is the most hassle I've had with broadband from someone that is supposedly the founder of the new method of Fibre/cable. The service is shocking it's like someone inherited future tech but doesn't know how it works in order to fix it when there are problems or it goes wrong.
To any BT people out their looking at the post if the 4th engineer cant sort out the speed problem then you can come and get your tech as I'm not paying premium price for something that I'm not getting!

The speeds bt quoted are only estimates. You are 700m from the cab which is quite far in terms of VDSL. The route your cable takes cannot usually be changed. If a pole near your home is served by a closer cab and a cable can be run from your home to said pole then its possible to change cabs. You just need to hope that an engineer takes sympathy and carries out the work required.

okay well another question the track pad on my 11 inch mac got stuck and wouldnt work and i took it to the apple store and had a tech look at it and he said it was working and i got home and it still wouldnt work so i took it back again to another tech and he said the guy before didnt fix it right and he said it was broken and that i needed a new track pad and he said he would replace it but they didnt have any trackpads in the store at the time but he fixed it enough that it barely works but he said i needed to come back to get a new trackpad because he fixed it enough that it would only work for a short period of time, so i went back the other day to another tech and told him and he said that since it still works they wouldnt do anything about it. but it barely works and barely clicks down should they fix it since the one tech told me it will only work for a short time and that if i came back they would replace my trackpad ? i have apple care and i am still under the 1 year warranty.

Now my problem is as follows :
               i have entered the value for Ansal (ex: p0008-Ansal = 1000) ..........and i say enter then i should found the calculated value for the ansal through my coding
and it should display in bet01 as 10 ( q0008-bet01 = p0008-ansal /100)
but i dont find the value 10 being displayed for the field bet01 on the screen when
user enters Ansal as 1000 .........even then i have saved it to test the scenario......
now i came in displayed mode (pa20 ) for the infotype 008 for the same personnel no for the same dates .....where i created the record........i found that the value
bet01 is there i.e i can see the value bet01 as 10 ( my requiremnt here matching)
but when the user say enter during the time of creation of the record the value
bet01 is not getting defaulted with 10 .........why iam not able to understand

When I go into More 4 Catch up TV I do not get the bar that allows you to pause, enlarge, scoll forward when I click onto a programme is this Firefow or More 4? Can you help me fix?

When I go into Channel 4 website to catch up on tv programmes on any of their channels I do not get the task bar to be able to pause, select point in programme to start from etc. Happens in both play and play in pop up. So if I play I can not make large screen.
Don't know where problem lies but others in house who acces same web site do not have this problem and I am the only one that uses firefox.

It is really a pain, dissatisfaction, and a lot more when you have Verizon as your service provider. I have been having service for my cellphones with Verizon for over 3 years, and did not have any major problems, so when I moved to my new place I thought it’s better to get the Fios, and have one bill for my all Verizon services. I went online and started to order my products online. During ordering, the chat session opened and I started chatting with the Customer Service Rep in order to get help through the process. When we were in the step that I could order the home phone plan, I saw the International World Plan, and I asked the lady to give me some information about this plan. I asked her that I want to call to my country and I mentioned my country’s name to her as well. I asked her that if this service is available for my country, and she said “Yes” you can call to over 100 countries with this service and she encouraged me to get the 300 minutes service. Since the plan sounded good to me I decided to get the 500 minutes instead of 300 min, and after I ordered my plan, I started calling overseas, and happy that I am paying less than the Phone cards with this plan. On March 26 I received my bill, and saw that Verizon charged me 142 $ for the less than 200 minutes that I called to my country, and there was a Letter “N” in front of each phone calls. I checked the guide to see what does “N” mean, and I saw that it said N means “Denoted calls are NOT listed in World Plan”. Well, thanks to the lady who gave me the wrong information while I was ordering my plan online, but she or the Verizon company is not that much lucky because I printed my chat session the day I ordered my plan since I wanted to have the information of what I actually had ordered. That time I did not think that I may get in trouble like this. Since March 27th, I have been calling Verizon every other day, and I have explained my issue to more than 10 Customer Service Reps, and each of them asked me to fax my chat session to them. I have been faxing that to all the numbers that they gave me, and I am keep faxing them, but do not get any respond. One of the Verizon’s Supervisors, whose name is Mark, called twice on my home phone number during the daytime, around 3 pm, and he left massages. On his second massage, he said that he checked the plan and my country is not listed in the International World Plan. He just said this, and he said that he was going to call me back, but never happened. He also did not leave me any phone number that I could call back. Also, since my cellphones are listed in the same bill as my other products, he could easily see the other numbers that he could call and reach me, but he did not bother himself to do so. I have even changed my home voice mail greeting addressing to Verizon, and left my cellphone number in voice mail greeting. I am so sorry that I have to say this, but this seems a definite fraud to me. I did not know about this plan, and I asked the Customer Service Rep to help me. She was responsible to check my country, or at least let me know how I could find out about the coverage. This is ridiculous, and if Verizon cannot take over this problem, my lawyer will take the action over, and takes the issue to their corporate court. I am not going to give up about this, and I decide to give Verizon about a week or so to solve this issue, but I won’t wait more than that. Just a friendly advice to people who want to get the home service through Verizon: DO NOT Get The Service With This Company IF You Want to Receive a Good Customer Service. There is nothing about taking care of customer in this company, and you are going to be stuck with what you get.

Not getting the server pool in the list of server pool

We are facing following issue. Can you please help on this. Or how can we get help on this. I would be thankful for this.
We have created a server pool which consists of two vm servers. Two vm servers we created manually.
We are using following steps to create third virtual server.
1. Click "next" on "create virtual machine" screen.
2. Click "next" on "installation media" screen
3. It asks to select a server pool from the list but we are not getting the server pool in the list of server pool which we created earlier.
We did this exercise before and we got the server pool name in the list which allowed us to create virtual machine. Now when we reinstalled the vm servers machine and also vm manager, we are not able to do this once again.

please check the status in Server Pools ( it need to be in Active). then check in the Servers the status need to be in active in VM Manager.

That is priceless!!! Thanks! I sure needed a good laugh after spending/wasting hours & days trying to either get my c6280 to give up on its Ink System Failure fixation, or find a decent replacement. Unfortunately I need the Smart Web Printing feature that I guess only HP has, or I'd try a different brand. And now even HP has very few models with that available.
My error msg is a little different from those previously stated, but close: 0xc18a0201. Even tho there were frustrations with my c6280, I did like several of its unique features which are hard to find now under $100. I hate how HP (& I suppose other brands also) are CONSTANTLY changing models & then of course ink cartridges.
Oh heavens, I've had the c6280 a whopping 2 1/2 years! I'm sure they want us poor slobs to have to buy a new one every year & a day! To say nothing of the exorbitant prices for ink. And now if this one is really dead in the water, I have SIX unused #02 ink cartridges which I cannot return---I got them in a combo pack, & for some reason have wound up with THREE lite pink & THREE lite blue cartridges, while having to buy extras of the other colors, that ran out before the others!!! Yeah, & what's with that not being able to print in BLACK if a color runs out????

One way is to Drag and Drop the Entire iTunes Folder from your Old Computer to an External Hard Drive...
Then Drag and Drop the Entire iTunes Folder to the location of your Music on the New Computer...

I get a lot of "Could not get the audio data from the file" errors when opening a project. Sometimes they crash Premiere Pro CC 7.01 (Mac). But if not Premiere works as usual, with the audio.
I tried to convert the audio files (coming from Audition) from 32 to 16 bit. It worked while opening a project once, but not the following times.
Where can it come from ?
Edit: I also get this error when importing audio: "Error: Premiere Pro version 7.0 is not compatible with the Premiere Pro Plug-in version 5.7.4". Maybe it is connected.

Got it! It was the Smartsound plugin making trouble. Got rid of it and no more errors.

Upgraded from some very old Firefox version (16?) and now I'm not getting the new UI

I was having a pretty old version of Firefox (16?) and decided to upgrade it today. So I updated using the following steps:
1) Click orange Firefox menu button
2) Help> About
3) Click Check for updates and click update
But after Firefox updated I noticed that I'm not getting the new UI. Please take a look at the screenshot. I'm seeing the following issues:
* The Aero theme is not present. I'm still getting the old theme. Look at the top - there is no space above the tabs
* Got a huge right click menu (solved after updating Firebug)
* Buttons and UI is still old. Look at the Back/Forward buttons
* Bookmarks button is not present (in the website it shows on the right side next to the search bar)
* The whole browser still feels like the old one only when I'm scrolling around and surfing. I used the ne v22 in my office workstation and that felt more sturdy and crisp. I don't know whether this one is running on the old engine or some update didn't happen properly.

I'm not getting the right "Home" page for Itunes.

I had my hard drive replaced about six months ago. I have all my the music that I want on my Iphone 3G and is backed up on my PC. I haven't synced by Iphone to the computer since the drive was changed. I use another charger that I have plugged directly into an outlet.
The first picture below is what it should look like AND WHAT I WANT. The second is what I get when I open Itunes. I added a CD and a few voice memos while trouble shooting this. I have around 45 CD's of music on my Iphone and I can listen to them. When I sync my Iphone, which it does automatically, I can transfer photos to my computer but not vice versa. I don't get this first picture I get the second. Also this second screen does not recognize the music I already have on my Iphone and does not put the one CD from the second picture onto my phone.
I've removed Itunes from my computer and then reinstalled it. I thought that would solve the issue. It didn't. I got the second picture when I connect my Iphone. Is there some version of Itunes that I don't know about? Why would I not get the screen in the first picture below?
Can anyone shed some light on this and help me figure out what to do?
