MRRL No Taxcode in ServiceOrder

Hi,
We are implementing the ERS Process for the creation of invoices, so the Vendor doesn´t have to create these anymore.
The process is based on Service Orders with entry sheets that will create a GR after been released.
Question:
After the creation and release of the Entry Sheet the Service Order is updated with the GR and the Entry Sheet.
The field taxcode (MWSKZ) on item level is not filled with the tax information even if this information is held in the line of service package table ESLL.
Thank you for your Help,
Sven

Hi
Check this
SPRO >> Financial Accounting (New) >> Tax on Sales/Purchases >> Basic Settings >> Assign Country to Calculation Procedure.
Here check your tax procedure is assign to country.
or
Go to OBCL and here assign Tax Code under Input Tax Code column for your Company code

  • Taxcode not getting populated in MIRO Header in Dropdown

    Hi All,
We created a new Taxcode through FTXP transaction for country and TAX schema and maintained condition records in FV11 transaction for relevant conditions.
We created a PO with new tax code received goods.
But while in transaction MIRO for LIV , new tax code is not getting populated at header in TAXCODE field.
I have checked SDn for the same , they have specified OBTZ transaction for taxcode.
I havent used this T.code in my previous assignments.
Please throw some light on the same.
    With Regards,

    Hi All,
    Thaks for reply,
But default tax code is maintained in OMR2.
In MIRO transaction if we go to tax code tab and click Calculate Tax, the tax code in Basic data tab should get updated and all taxes has to be calculated correctly.
But in this case the taxes are not calculated and taxcode is not appearing in dropdown also.
    Please do throw some light.

    HI,
COR6N is the Enjoy Transaction and sap does not suggest to write the BDC on these transaction as most of these transaction uses the GUI elements foe better display and which cannot be recorded while processing the BDC in back ground.
Check for the Normal transaction and write the BDC for it.
    Or
Pass X to Rcommit flag in the CTU_PARAMS option and check.

    Hey mexigrl64,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities, and great question!
The @icloud.com email address is only required if you want to use iCloud Mail & Notes. You can still use your Apple ID (in your case, the @yahoo.com address) for iCloud Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Find my iPhone, Backup, etc. In short, you can use all of these functions without creating the @icloud.com address.
From the information you provided, and if backups are your only concern, then it sounds like you are good to go! There is no need to configure your iCloud settings to reflect the @icloud.com address, as this is just another email account that others can reach you at.

  • Error while assigning taxcode in Consignment-PIR

    Hi All,
While assigning taxcode I am getting below error.
"Not possible to set taxcode without tax calcuilation schema"
Note : I have checked for country taxcode is assigned and also tax procedure is also maintained in IMG
Condition records maintained for the taxcode or country
Pls let me know if any thing i need to do to over come this

Is the purchasing info record assigned to a plant?  If the purchasing info record is only created against the purchasing organisation then it is not possible to determine the tax code as the purchasing organisation does not have a country assigned.  The country assignment is required to determine the tax calculation procedure.

  • Credit memo with freight on returns PO using MRRL

We are trying to achieve the below solution for a returns PO, created 2 condition types, assigned to the pricing procedure to achieve the GR posting. When we use MRRL to create a credit memo for both the material and the freight. the system creates a credit memo for the material and an invoice for the freight. Can someone tell me, what drives the credit memo generation for both freight and material
    GR
    Cr INV
    Dr GRIR
    Dr Freight clrg
    Cr Freight
    Credit Memo/ERS settlement/ MRRL
    Dr Vendor
    Cr GRIR
    Cr Freight Clrg
We were able to create the GR side of the entry, using two other condition types on the PO.
Now when we do ERS settlement,
the system creates a credit memo for the INV line item and an invoice for the freight line item.
Both the freight and the material is charged to the PO vendor, we dont charge separate to the freight vendor at this point.
    Any help will be appreciated.
    Thanks

    Hi,
user entered 4 credit memos as
highlighted in yellow for a total of $798.00.  The amount that I have
circled $499.79 is what ERS deducted leaving a difference of $296.97.
For me yellow color values are qty not amount? Am I right?

  • User Exit for changing RBKP-BVTYP in t-Code MRRL

    Hi ,
We have to change Partner bank type field (RBKP-BVTYP) while creating invoice through t-code MRRL. i tried to find out the user exit or BADI for this
    purpose, but i could not.
i found below user exits and badi but here i was unable to change the value. there were other exits but there also it was not possible to change the value.
    Enhancement MRMH0001 - component - EXIT_SAPLMRMH_001 and EXIT_SAPLMRMH_002
here only limited change to RBKP is permitted.
I tried with BADI INVOICE_UPDATE but it is not allowed there also.
Can we do it with some configuration or substitution rule ?  if yes then how?
    thnaks in advance
    rajpal

    Hi Emir,
BADI BADI_SD_SALES_ITEM now changed to enhancement spot.
    In SE18: enter Enhancement spot - BADI_SD_SALES_ITEM.
Inside enhancement spot BADI_SD_SALES_ITEM four BADI definition were exist.
I think BADI definition MSR_SD_SALES is use full for you (This BADI definition is not reserver for SAP intrnal use.
And above enhancement spot also not reserverd for sap internal use.
Just try to implementation BADI definition MSR_SD_SALES and use method CHANGE_BILLING_BLOCK_ITEM.

    Hi,
You can clear the old items posted in 28000 with the other leg in suspense / clearing GL Account.
Once the above is done, please post once again to Vendor clearing the suspense / clearing account.
Ensure that the suspense / clearing account does not have any open items.
The lines are transfered to new recon account.
Hope this helps, if yes, please assign points.

  • Userexit for Payment block invoice in MIRO/MIR7/Mrrl

    Hi All,
In an purchase order invoice the the Payment block is defined at coompany code. My requirement is to define it at more granular level like at level of item category. For certain item categories I have to avoid the tolerance date check of paymeny block from getting triggered. Is there any userexit which allows to define the tolerance check for line items at item category level.  (MIRO/MIR7/MRRL transactions)
Case here is: The delivery date entered in PO is dated as 3 months later. Entry  sheet generated also shows the date as 3 months later. But the invoices are generated on monthly basis. So those invoices for which the delivery date of PO &entry sheet is not reached, automatically goes to Live Payment Block. The payment block  on invoice has to be manually released.
Is there any other way to stop invoice from going to payment block.
I did changes in exit EXIT_SAPLMR1M_001 which has item category field. But this exit is not triggering always. On few cases it triggers.
I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks.

    hi,
do use imlicit enhancement in the function module
MRM_FINAL_CHECK in this the line item details will be populated t_drseg table...........

  • MR90 and tax reporting or perhaps it's MRRL and the settlement process.

I've noticed that in the SAP standard output type ERS that sometimes the tax is calculated on
              -   the total net value
and other times the calculation is done on
             -  the total net value - discount amount
I realize this data is just pulled from the tables so this could be an MRRL question.
Can anyone explain how I can take the same SA, with the same tax code and the same payment terms and come up with different results?
What might I have changed that would cause SAP to not take the discount before calculating the tax amount?
    Sandra

    Hi,
Check the payment term on whether it has multiple versions of it using the day limit functionality. The scenario you are painting looks like in one day limit there is a discount and in other there is none and it might have so happened that your base line date has fallen in these different day limits creating different calculation logic getting applied in MRRL
