Multilevel Categorization in the normal Appointment View

Dear experts,
We're using CRM 7.0 SP3.
We're well aware that Multilevel Categorization as per Standard is supported in IC Webclient in Interaction Record View and not in the normal Appointment View (i.e. UI Component BT126H_CALL).
However we want to use Multilevel Categorization explicitly not with the Interaction Record but with the follow-up Appointments.
How do we implement this requirement?
We already enhanced the Component BT126H_CALL with a Custom-Controller ZBT126H_CALL/CUBTCategoriesCuCo and adjusted the Runtime Repository taking the Component BT116H_SRVO as an example. But we fail while trying to add BLOCK CategoryDDLB to our Configuration of the View BT126H_CALL/SCDetails - nothing in fact gets added.
We would highly appreciate any hints how to get our work finished.

I created Component Usage for BTCategories in ICCMP_BT_CAT. However, There was hiccup in the next step which stopped me from going further.
A new Context Node Z_MULTIL_CAT_APPLICATION (Value node) has to be added in order to have the Application of the Multilevel Categorization.There is one attribute called "application" with type Char length 30.
I could not understand these steps. However, I tried creating the context node with another name and the attribute as well with the same property as mentioned in the spec. Then also redefined WD_USAGE_INITIALIZE for the Component Controller of ICCMP_BT_CAT and put the mentioned code. Unfortunately, that dint help.
Also, do I have to create the component usage in ICCMP_BT_CAT or ICCMP_BT_INR?
Please advise.

Also, Media Center plays everything and synchs everything. I know I can view the location of any song by right clicking the song and going to "show Info", but I would like to see the location of the songs in the normal List view, especially since I have some duplicates and want to make sure I am deleting the right one .....

  • Printing Month View in the Normal 8x11 View

    This was a HUGE problem in the past and hoping it may be better.
    Have never been able to print any of the iCal views in the "tall" 8x11 view. iCal only prints in the "wide" "11x8" view.
    There were a few pain in the neck work-arounds and I am hoping that there may be easier ways to print iCal in the "Normal" views.
    Anyone have any news news on this?

    I googled this query and found that the is a glitch for 1 Apr 13. If this date has any 'all day' events it prevents displaying march 13 in month view.
    I amended all my appointments to 20 hour periods to cover the whole day and this alleviated my problem.

  • Clicking on another app I get the video automatically returning to normal screen view

    I wonder why, if I put a youtube video in full screen and I click on another app WHILE THE VIDEO IS PLAYING all remain this way. On the contrary, if I first stop the video, clicking on another app I get the video automatically returning to normal screen view... This is very annoying. Is it possible to avoid this?

    Sorry, Mozilla doesn't support the patent-encumbered and royalty-encumbered H.264 standard, they support the OGG/Theodora and WebM free open source standards.
    Microsoft has a H.264 plugin for Firefox, but it is for Windows7 not WinXP or Win Vista. <br />

    There may be other H.264 Firefox plugins out there for WinXP, so do a Google search. Or maybe contact support for that DVR security system and see if they know of or have a Firefox plugin.

    Premiere Elements 13 absolutely works with Windows 7!
    In fact, I'd highly recommend you download the free trial and give it a test run.
    Meantime, go to Windows Update and make sure you have all of the latest Windows updates, including those that don't install automatically. Then go to the nVidia or ATI site and ensure you have the latest driver for your graphics card, and go to Apple.com and ensure you have the latest version of Quicktime, per the program's requirements.

    Hi Larry. I see. It is a file I have worked on previously, and the font is Myriad which I though came with the system. I just changed to Myriad Pro and the pink box disappeared. Thanks for the assistance, I know a new thing!

  • Multilevel categorization not available within the interaction record

    Hello all,
    I want to display in the interaction record categories that I have defined in the Category Modeler.
    I have checked in the IMG, there is the business activity as application area.
    I have defined a subject profile in order to assign it to my interaction record and in the category modeler.
    But the categories are not displayed in the IR.
    PS: SAP System Data: CRM 5.0 - SAPKU50007.

    In SPRO
    1. Customer Relationship Management >> Interaction Center WebClient >> Business Transactions >> Define Categorization Profiles
    2. Assign this to the web-client profile in Categorization
    3. Default Business transaction type: Make the transaction type you are using for service ticket/ service order default in Business Transaction profile
    4. Customer Relationship Management >> CRM Cross-Application Components >> Multilevel Categorization >> Define Application Areas for Categorization >> check the basis of categorization. Select and go to Parameters. It should generally by the Subject Profile.
    5. Customer Relationship Management >> Transactions >> Settings for Complaints >> Settings for Subjects >>
    a.Define Catalogs
    b.Define Code Groups and Codes for Catalogs
    c.Define Code Group Profiles
    d.Define Subject Profiles
    e.Assign Subject Profiles to Transaction Types
    In Easy Access
    1. Create a short-cut for CRM BSP Application for CRMM_ERM_CAT. A new short-cut will be prepared in your favorites. This will launch the Category Modeler in a browser window. This needs Java.
    2. Once launched Create a new Schema
    3. Assign the schema to your categorization schema
    4. In General Data tab provide the Subject Profile that has been created.
    5. In Categories create the hierarchy as per your business logic and assign the specific code belonging to the code group profile in the subject profile
    6. Once done, come to General Tab, add 10-15 minutes in the current system time and input this data in Valid from time. This is the time after which the Cat. Mod. Will be activated once released.
    7. Change the status from Draft to Released. Depending upon u2018From Dateu2019 and u2018Valid From Timeu2019, the category modeler will be activated. This can be seen in the Service Order/ Service Ticket that you have specified, below the description.

    Hello guys,
    We are using CRM 2007 IC Web Client. I have set up Multilevel Categorization with 2 levels for Service Orders
    Level 1: Motivo
    Level 2: Central
    When creating a Service Order, I choose both Level 1 and Level 2. And I want to know in which table I can find the both Levels I selected for each Service Order. I mean, I do not need the table with the categories (which I customized in the Rule Modeler)....I need the transactional table where I can find the Service Order ID and the Levels which were selected.
    I performed a trace and I found a  the table CRMD_SRV_SUBJECT. However it only shows me the Level 2 for each Service Order and this has some logic because if I check in the GUI (by using transaction CRMD_ORDER) the service order I created in the IC Web, it only shows me One Level and it corresponds to the Level 2.

    Rupesh, those tables that you mentioned are useful to see what I customize in the Rule Modeler with the IC_MANAGER Business Role. I need the transactional table where I can find all the two Levels values that I selected for each Service Order.
    Saumya, as I mentioned in the question posted, we have already been able to reach table CRMD_SRV_SUBJECT. The problem is that the table only shows me the LAST Level I chose in the IC Web when creating the Service Order. In our case Level 2 (as we only need 2 Levels).
    I have just read in the CR410 manual and it says the following which is the cause why I only see the Level 2 in the CRMD_SRV_SUBJECT table:
    "In the IC WebClient the categories can be selected to categorize a transaction. However the categories are only visible in the service ticket in the IC WebClient UI. They are not directly sotred in the service ticket. When the ticket is saved the Catalog/Code Group/ Code of the lowest selected category is stored on the database. The categories are linked via the hierarchy of the category modeler to the codes and thus to the ticket"

  • Multilevel Categorization and IC Agent

    Hello.
    I need to avoid the creation of Service Requests under some Categories in Multilevel Categorization. I want to know if there is any way to show lees categories of the categorization based for example in the user Business Role.
    The other option that I have is to validate the SR before saving and comparing the selected category vs a Z table that containts Business Role > allowed categories. I think I can achieve this using the BADI ORDER_SAVE.
    Have you ever had a similar requirement?

    You can redefine the method GET_V_CAT01 in view Categories of component BTcategories and  write the code to display only those categories which are required for that particular business role.

  • Multi-level Categorization for Transaction type "Appointment"

    Good day, Experts,
    I have been struggling in this solution for a while. Now here is the situation.
    1. Business Area: BUS_ACTIVITY have been activated in sytem.
    I have copied standard Appointment '0000' into 'ZAPP'. I guess there is no further setting needed in this step.
    2. I have created  new Business Transaction Profile  for my Appoint 'ZAPP', activated multi-level categorization for it.
    3. I had problems on the Categorization Profile.
    I  copied standard profile 'DEFAULT' into 'ZAPP2LVL', but I'm not sure what 'Ctxt.ID' should be used when added 'Categorization Context'. I have tried use 'BA' to represent 'Business Activity', but system keep warning me the 'ZAPP2LVL' was not from allowed namespace.
    4. I have created Categorization Schema with 'IC manger' role already, and activated it.

  • Normal list view in iTunes 8

    I can see how to switch all the views in iTunes. However when I go to the listing view (one on the left) everything is still grouped with album arts and what not showing in the display window. How can I get to just the normal "list" of songs that I can sort without this? I don't need album arts on the side as it gets annoying scrolling through 15,000 songs that aren't all on albums with art work.
    Is this totally gone?

    It looks like you are stuck in grid mode (middle). I click on list mode and there are all the songs just like before the update. Don't give up this feature wasn't removed it's just a matter of trying to figure out how to get the list button to work for you.

    According to your description, my understanding is that you want to use linkToItem in the Basic Table view style.
    Per my test, in the Default style view, we need to use linkToItem=”TRUE”. However, in Basic Table style view, we need to use LinkToItem=”TRUE” instead.

  • I used to be able to get onto a site, but two days ago I no longer can. I have talked with the site Admin and he says the site is viewing me as non-legit.

    I used to frequent an RPing site until two days ago on Sunday, January 26th, 2014. After speaking with the Site admin I was told that the site no longer recognized me as a "legit person". I have gone through all the normal steps, updating, uninstall and re-install Firefox, delete cookies and history, removed proxy for connection (and all the other proxy options) and even restarting the computer. I have tried accessing the site on other browsers, IE and Chrome and it works just fine! I even have other friends who can still use the site on Firefox! I do not know how to fix the problem, and I hate Chrome/IE with a passion, so I am praying there is some way to fix this problem and let me use Firefox again for the site.     Can I attach an external mic to my Macbook Air to enhance sound input for the note taking view of Word 2011 for Mac? I've tried preferences to up the volume of my sound, but I still cannot hear the recording. Any suggestions? I need to record a meeting as well as take notes so I'd like to use this tool, but the audio is not good enough.

    A USB microphone can work with the Air, and I've used them before with my 11" Air.  Griffin also made a product (the iMic) that will add a standard computer microphone port, connecting to your USB port.  It's heyday was the time of the old iBook laptops (which also lacked a microphone in jack) but I think it's still around.
    The single sound port on the 2011 models, as I recall, supports iPhone style headphone/microphone but I don't believe it will support a standard microphone input. 
    The built in microphone sits on the left side of the computer and I suspect wouldn't work well for picking up a lecture unless you were sitting just right in position vs. the speaker (preferably having the speaker positioned to the left and sitting really close).  By design most laptop microphones presume they are going to be mainly used to record a sound coming from the person sitting at the keyboard, while for a lecture you normally would prefer it concentrate on sound coming from behind the screen.
