I copied from one folder to another folder my course. I am making a Spanish versio
n and want to keep everything spereated. All goes well but I am getting over 100
errors -> Multiple constructor definitions found. Constructor may not be defined in <Script/> code. Doesn't effect the program but it does
get anoying. I first thought it was the linking so I went in and im
ported from the current folder the images so it was pointing right... no go still does it.
Created a brand new fla and copied all my frames into it... no go still
does it. Does anyone have any thoughts on this problem?

Found out nothing was wrong with my coding. Sometimes when watching the AIR app playing in Flash I go back to my code to make a fix then that is when all the errors appear. Read the adl.exe is not releasing and is causing the problem?

I am running into this error "Provider cannot be found.It may not be installed properly" while I am trying to connect to Oracle from Excel VBA.
I had installed both Oracle 10.1 and Oracle 10.2 in the same machine and is working with .NET applications.My .NET applications works fine.But when I try to connect from within the EXCEL VBA,it gives me this error.
This is my oracle client folder structure
Oracle 10.1 -> C:\Program Files\Oracle\product\10.1.0\Client_1
Oracle 10.2 client -> C:\Program Files\Oracle\product\10.2.0\Client_2
Oracle 10.2 ODAC -> C:\Program Files\Oracle\product\10.2.0\Client_1
As part of working around this error,I have uninstalled my 10.2 and now I just have 10.1 in my local machine.

Why do you have 3 Oracle homes?
Mutliple Oracle homes on Windows is a pain at best. Oracle's OLEDB and ODBC drivers require that their home be first in your PATH.
Generally you can have as many homes as you want, but can only USE the home that's first in your PATH, and things like OraOLEDB, being a com object, can only be installed into a single home.
In your registry, what does HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{3F63C36E-51A3-11D2-BB7D-00C04FA30080}\InprocServer32\(Default) point to (the entry for Oracle's OLEDB provider)? Is it the same home that's first in your path if you open a dos prompt and type PATH?

We are performing Diagnostic configuration for managed system.We are trying to configure solution manager has managed system with ABAP and Java stack.

Run AFAB, Error Msg: Depreciation area 00 has not been defined in company

My SAP System is ECC5.0 ,this is a new system , now i work client is 800,i configure img
complete, i used t-code AS91 to upload some asset records. when i use t-code AFAB to run
depreciation , the system show error message ,the errot msg as follows:

Diagnosis
Depreciation area 00 has not been defined in company code 1670.
Procedure
Define the depreciation area using the Customizing menu.
i was suspicious of the asset records have some mistake ,so i reset company code in fixed
asset , and i reload the asset records ,when rerun AFAB ,it show the same mistake message
AA833 again.
then ,i copy the client 800 to client 500, and reload the asset records in client 500 ,run AFAB ,the also
show the same message !!
by the way ,i upload records use LSMW ,
I don't know the reason ,
what shall i do ?

u have to assign depre area to ur company code..
Please check.. you have to done step as following
1. Copy Reference Chart of Depreciation/Depreciation Areas (Asset accounting -> organization structures -> Copy Reference Chart of Depreciation/Depreciation Areas)
2. Assign Chart of Depreciation to Company Code(OAOB)
3. Define Depreciation Areas for Foreign Currencies(OAYH)
4. How depreciation areas post to the general ledger(Customizing FI-AA > Integration with the General Ledger > Define How Depreciation Areas Post to General Ledger)
5. Specify Financial Statement Version for Asset Reports(OAYN)

Multiple constructors for BPM Object

I need to create BPM object which can have more than one (overloaded) constructors.
Somehow I am not able to find out a way to create new constructor for a BPM object in Studio.
I guess if I create a Java class and import it in the project, it may work, but I would prefer to create a BPM object rather than java code so that I can easily modify the code as and when required.
Can someone help?

Sorry - there's no way to create multiple constructors for a BPM Object (unless as you mentioned - you create an hier from a Java jar file).

Constructor is a method which basically called for creating instances of an object.
It should return an instance of the class whose constructor we are calling.
So basically the return type is implicit.
If the syntax allows to specify return type, users may put some other return types other than the containing class type, which is not relevant.

Value set in constructor is not getting saved in button Action method

Hi All,
I am not understanding why the value set ( On Condition )in constructor is not hold in the button actoin method.
Could any body explain me on that
for this I will try to explain with sample example
I have taken a button and add a integer property in session bean.
now if session bean's property is even then I am trying to set the button value to bidNow other wise Accept Invitation.
Till this opstion everything is OK
but once I click on Button,
Constructor is doing the right job only. But I do not understand why in button action I am getting the First Value only.

Please try the following and you will get an idea as to what is happening:
1. Drag and drop a button, 2 outputText components
2. Add a property to the session bean called intValue of type int. Customize it to set it's initial value to 0
3. Add the following lines of code to the constructor
outputText1.setValue("" + getSessionBean1().getIntValue());
getSessionBean1().setIntValue(getSessionBean1().getIntValue()+1);
4. Double click on the button component to go to the button action method.
5. Add the following line of code
outputText2.setValue("" + etSessionBean1().getIntValue());
6. Save and run the application
7. Watch the values of outputText1 and outputText2 with each click of the button
Also, try the application with the following code block in the button action method:
if(getSessionBean1().getIntValue()%2==0){
button1.setValue("Bid Now");
} else{
button1.setValue("Accept Invitation");
getSessionBean1().setIntValue(getSessionBean1().getIntValue()+1);

A number like 4 is an integer literal. So, you are passing an int to a function that is defined to accept a byte, hence you have a type mismatch. You need to cast the integer literal to a byte before passing it to the function:

I have a cube in which i'm using the TIME DIM that i created in the warehouse. But now i wanted a new measure in the cube which is Average over time and when i wanted to created the new measure i got a message that no time dim was defined, so i created a
new time dimension in the SSAS using wizard. But when i tried to process the new time dimension i'm getting the follwoing error message

Can anyone please tell me why i cannot create a new measure average over the time using my time dimension? Also what am i doing wrong with the SSASTIMEDIM, that i'm getting the error.

According to your description, you get the above error when processing the time dimension. Right?
In this scenario, since you have updated the DSV, it should have no problem on the table existence. One possibility is that table has been specified for tracking in the notifications for proactive caching, but isn't available any more for some
reason. Please change the setting in Proactive Caching into "MOLAP".

I see at least 3 errors
1. <RegionRenderer> <encodeAll> The region component with id: pt1:r1 has detected a page fragment with multiple root components.
the page fragment should only have a single component under the jsp:root tag. If you see more than one, wrap them in e.g. an af:panelGroupLayout or af:group component
2. SAPFunction.jspx/.xml" has an invalid character ".".
check the document (you can open it in JDeveloper if the customization was a seeded one. Seems that editing this file smething has gone bad
3. The expression "#{bindings..regionModel}" (that was specified for the RegionModel "value" attribute of the region component with id "pePanel") evaluated to null.
"pageeditorpanel" does seem to be missing in the PageDef file of the page holding the region

Unfortunately, this sort of trouble has gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on 25 June 2010. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (The results from mydigitallife and Major Geeks are worth checking.)
After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp. Restart the PC, and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

Interesting angle on 'Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed' error

Hi, I am getting the "Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed" message when running a .bat->VBScript script using Windows Task Scheduler. I am not seeing a solution in Google searches. Possibly I am not seeing the similarities because of a lack of detail in posts. Who knows.
Info as follows:
- Installed ODAC1120320_x64.zip using my personal user account.
- Using my personal user account there is no problem. I use file explorer to run a .bat file that in turn calls the VBScript.
- Using the System account and Windows Task Scheduler the script fails with the above error.
- File ACLs for the Oracle home\..\bin directory give full control to the System account
- ACLs for the ORAOLEDB.Oracle registry key gives access to the System account. I am assuming that all other key-value pairs involved in this problem have the same ACLs.
- Hosted on Windows 2008 (VM)
- The scripting language is VBScript, called from a .bat file. Task Scheduler calls the .bat file.
- The scheduled task has the "Run with highest privilages" box checked (same problem with the box unchecked).
- This configuration and script works well on an older Windows 2003 (dedicated) server
- Connection string:
"Provider=ORAOLEDB.Oracle;" &_
"User ID=[DB Schema Name];Password=[password];" &_
"Data Source=[TSN name];"
- I can mess with aspects of the TSN name and file without a change in the error message

We got the same error under windows 2003 SP2 and Oracle 10g release 2. Is there any problem with this provider in this release? We installed downgrade version of this provider, it is working. Is there any other way to avoid this error without going for downgrade?
