we need to have multiple Months restriction on different measures in a single report.
how can that be done

Please try it out like this once.
Create a 5 Restricted keyfigures like this.
In Each Restricted Keyfigure mainatain No.of Blocked Invoices, Calmonth Variable , Unit Measure characteristic value.
Use Standard Customer exit variable for Current data or Current month. You need to install through Business content.
I hope in this way you can meet your requirement.

    The Checking register's design assumes all transactions will be recorded on the single Transactions table.
    With a single Transactions table, it's relatively easy to pull a summary by month into separate Accounts Categories tables for each month and to use a separate calculation for the overall totals rather than linking the separate sums together.
    More detail about "I've made multiple months" might be useful to recommending a solution.

  • IS_U billing- for multiple months

    HI
    I've a issue to run billing for more than one month. While doing billing theough EASIBI, system is not allowing to check 2/3 months billing orders and complete billing at a time.
    Currently, i am able to check only one month billing orders once, complete the billing and then go for the next month.
    My Q is, how can i do the billing for multiple months at a time?? do i need to go for any coding changes in ABAP?
    Highly appreciate anybody's solution for this. It's very important for me.

    hi,
    your issue if I understand correctly is that you are creating billing orders for several months and now want to bill them all at one go.If I am correct then kindly follow the below steps otherwise revet back again
    1. tran el01 create billing orders for several months.
    2. tran el31 check with your installation number whether the billing orders are created and with status billable.
    3. tran el28 give your installation no. as selection criteria ,you will get a popup subscreen giving u the list of all the billable billing orders.kindly select from the oldest date otherwise it would give errors later.
    4. enter the meter reading for all the billing orders.you will see the entry for the oldest mr date,press shift+f6,to enter dates for the next billing order.
    5. when finished with all entry save and execute tran easibi. giving bill by date as the newest mr date which u entered.
    hopefully it will execute successfully.

  • Unposting Journals for Multiple Months

    Hello,
    Is there a way to unpost Journals for multiple months? Through Workspace and the client, you are only able to select one month at a time. I have a need to unpost multiple journals for all 12 months ( 3 journals * 12 months = 36). This is a reocurring process on our Forcasting scenarios and I'm looking for the most efficient way to get this done.

    I would ask qhy you are posting and unposting journals to a forecast scenario? If you need to have the data from journals, you can do that with rules, and avoid the journals altogether.

  • Multiple Status Restrictions in BSVW

    Hi Experts,
       I want to trigger a workflow whenever a Maintenance order user status has been changed to some other staus.
    For this I have created a subtype Z_BUS2007 of BUS2007 and added that an event STAUSCHANGED to that subtype.
    I have also delegated the same. After that, in BSVW transaction I have added a row using StatusOT as ORI, Schema as WMSTATUS, BusinessOT as BUS2007 and event as STATUSCHANGED.
       I have used this event to trigger my workflow. When I gave one staus restriction the workflow is being triggred but it is not working when i am giving multiple status restrictions.
    Please help.

    Hello Hari !
             I developed a workflow for the same scenario.For this scenario, I didn't configure any thing in BSVW.  
             Instead I created an event "CHANGED" in ZBUS2007 and delegated to BUS2007.You can define the status restrictions with respect to triggering the workflow either using a check function module or creating s database attribute(Table : JEST, field : STAT).
             Still, if you want to use BSVW, the configuration required is :
             Status OT : ORI,Business OT : BUS2007, Event : CHANGED, Name :     Changed

  • Spread Data Over Multiple Months & Years with Data from Multiple Years

    Hello Everyone,
    I have a complex calculation for spreading values over several months spanning mulitle years. Because we have a 36 month rolling Forecast, a more sophisticated calc is required as opposed to hard coding months or years.
    Heres the description:
    Users enter the following data,
    FY11     BegBalance     Number of BOD Members     10
              BOD Options Vesting Months     20
              BOD Options Accounting Value     10
              BOD Options- Number of Shares     100
              BOD Grant Month     Aug
    FY12     BegBalance     Number of BOD Members     5
              BOD Options Vesting Months     10
              BOD Options Accounting Value     5
              BOD Options- Number of Shares     200
              BOD Grant Month     Oct
    FY13     BegBalance     Number of BOD Members     20
              BOD Options Vesting Months     8
              BOD Options Accounting Value     20
              BOD Options- Number of Shares     100
              BOD Grant Month     Feb
    Based on the above;
    "BOD Stock" is calculated as following/month=Number of BOD Members*BOD Options Accounting Value*BOD Options- Number of Shares/ BOD Options Vesting Months
    Start month for the above is based on "BOD Grant Month". So, for instance considering data for FY11:
    The total "BOD Stock" value is $10000 (originating from FY11) with start month of AUG in FY11 and the number of months to spread over is 20 months. So, essentially the "BOD Stock" per month (originating from FY11) is $500 starting from AUG FY11 to Mar FY13.
    Similarly, the total "BOD Stock" value is $5000 (originating from FY12) with start month of OCT in FY12 and the number of months to spread over is 10 months. So, essentially the "BOD Stock" per month (originating from FY12) is $500 starting from OCT FY12 to JUL FY13.
    The challange I am facing is because of the number of months to spread. Because I have data to spread from multiple years and each year's data spills into the following years, each year should accumulate data from prior years. For instance;
    FY11 should include only FY11
    FY12 should include FY11 and FY12
    FY13 should include FY11, FY12 and FY13.
    Could anyone suggest a smarter way to do this without writting code for each year, maybe using @MDALLOCATE function? The following shows how data should be spread and accumulated.

    Why not use substitution variables for Years? you could have something like &Year1, &Year2, &Year3

  • ESS Tax Declaration Multiple Records Restriction

    Hi,
    My client wants to restrict the tax declaration records to only one record.
    ex: as an employee if i want to declare HRA amount, then thru ESS, under compensation & benefits, i should be able to create only one record.
    presently employee am able to create multiple records for the same component & send for approval to my manager which requires a lot of time to go thru all of them.
    please suggest a solution for it...

    Actual problem is:
    approver is able to see the same record for tax declaration type for the same employee, twice.
    ex: if the declare HRA once thru my portal, then my approver is able to see the record twice.
    Please let me know if we can restrict this to one record..

  • I need to Average multiple months.

    I am new to spreedsheets and I am makeing a sheet for my work and I need help.
    I am trying to average multiple cells as I enter new numbers in the cells per week.
    For example $100.00 in cell A1 200.00 in cell B1,C1:L1 are all blank until I enter new numbers. I want to calculate in cell C20 to average all the cells in the ones with $100.00,200.00 and the ones that are still blank. I'm trying to average my income per month and I want to see the average change when I enter new numbers. I tried to do this, I have 12 cells labeled Jan thru Dec using =Average(A1:L1). When I did this it divided the number I entered in cell A1 by 12. I want it to average just A1 then when I enter a number in B1 it will average A1 and B1. and so on and so forth.
    There is got to be a formula for this.

    Hi CJ,
    First of all, if you're using row 1 and column A for calculations, make sure that these are not Header row and column cells. Open the Inspector and go to the Table inspector. Click on the Headers & Footer buttons until none of the three are highlighted (blue).
    Entering 100 in B2 and 200 in C2 and =AVERAGE(B2:M2) in another cell (D21, to keep the same relative position as you used, plus two other cells just to check), gave the correct 150 result.
    Entering 300 into D2 changed the average to 200, as it should.
    Entering a text character (a) in E2 made no change (AVERAGE() ignores text).
    Entering a zero in F2 changed the average to 150, as it should.
    If it's not a Header Row problem, the next best possibility is that your "blank" cells actually contain a zero.

  • View multiple months in iCal?

    When in month view, I want to be able to view more than one month at a time (i.e. the last half of September and the first half of October; or view September and October at the same time). This seems like it should be relatively easy. It is in Entourage, anyway.... (ACK!)
    Is this possible?

    I do not have an answer to this question but I hope that by adding my desire for an answer someone will contribute to this. Maybe there is an add-in out there somewhere - it seems like such a common sense capability? (I just switched from PC and unfortunately the jury is still out for me on this whole Mac thing because of frequently better software over on the dark side - like Outlook). Sorry.

    That is not a feature of iCal. Let Apple know if you would like to see this as a feature: http://www.apple.com/feedback/ical.html
    You could print your calendar out as a PDF and select a 4 month range of dates.
    File > Print > Continue > PDF > Open PDF in Preview.

  • Substitution variable for multiple months

    Ideally, i would like to have a calc script with a substitution variable FIX(&Month) which points to specified months. I have tried setting the value for my substitution variable in different ways
    1.
    Variable = Month
    Value = "January""February"
    2.
    Variable = Month
    Value = "January","February"
    However, the script seems to be failing to pick up the second month as it returns no values for February. If i specify the months in the calc script, it works just fine. This suggests to me i'm getting the syntax wrong for the substitution variable.
    Any ideas?

    There is nothing strange it can behave. It will work.
    I am using this in production for years to genarate comma seperated scenario list with out any issues.
    What a substitution variable will do?
    It will store a string as a value for the variable and resolve at the time of calc. if the value is a valid member set it will work.
    I believe issue is not because of that.
    However, the script seems to be failing to pick up the second month as it returns no values for FebruaryIs it throwing any error in syntax check or in executing. Answer is No from the above statement. But you are not seeing the expected results in the calc.
    first check the application log whether the calc is happening for both jan and feb.
    Then why the calc is not as of expected for feb.

  • UWL : Multiple providers, restrict user to few.

    Hi Experts,
       I have EP 7.0 SP18.
    It consists of 5 providers. webflow connectors for SRM,CRM, ECC....
    However for a group of users who are accessing only the ECC application, the UWL tries to connect to all the providers(which is expected) and throws the error "An error occurred while trying to connect the provider".
    However, I want to restrict this and for a group of users I only want to hit the ECC provider. Is it possible to be achieved in Portal.

    And look for property "Users Roles'.
    Suppose  there are three users
    A having access to Z_ECC and Z_CRM
    B having access to Z_CRM
    C having access to  Z_ECC
    Register two system ECC (with users role property as Z_ECC) and  CRM with (users role property as Z_CRM).
    So if users A having Z_ECC and Z_CRM role will access the UWL using inbox iView, he will see the task from both teh system but if users B will login, he will get task from CRM system only.

    Database selections can only process a limited number of input variables which is dependent on the database. The number of values which can be processed at a maximum differs according to database. For a MS-SQL server, this number is approx. 1000.
    Solution
    Limit the number of selection values correspondingly.

    We have to restrict the users for single logon into the enterprise Portal.
    Can any one please let us know how to achieve this Single Logon. Its Very Urgent. WE are in Testing Phase and need to Go-Live. Before that we need to solve this.

    What do you mean by "restrict the users for single logon"? Any way setting up single sign is a bit involved process and hard to explain in a post. SAP's help site does an excellant job of explaining it. You can start from this URL
