Multiple records displayed on form at one time- 2 lines for each record

Hello,
I have a canvas in which I want to display 8 records at at time, so in the data block I specified 8 as the "number of records displayed" value.
However, the record has too many fields to display on 1 vertical line, so I want to split the fields into two separate lines, so there will still be 8 records but each in two lines.
How do I do that?
I'm using Forms 10g. The block is a database block using FROM CLAUSE QUERY , and the canvas is stacked.

You will need to set the "Distance Between Records" property for each item in the Multi-Record Block. This will increase the space between rows so you can stack them into two rows. Unfortunately, you can't set this property at the block - so you have to set it for each displayed item.

Scenario: Standard REAL ESTATE Contract Form
I have a Z table containing RENTAL OBJECTS, in my case 3 records and I want, at the end of the form print one page like below to each record that i have in my Z table.
"Dear Z-field1 one, regarding your contract for Z-field2, Address Z-field3, blah blah blah"
In essence, print a page for each one of them at the end, with the text above using the fields from the z table.
I searched the forum and couldn't find any thing like it.
If someone can help it would be much appreciated.

Hi Marco,
You must be having the ztable fields in the context or in the data heirarchy of the adobe form.
Assume that your main form is on the page1.
Create a table bound to ztable with 3 rows in it and make it invisible on the form.
Below the form create 3 pages page2, page3 and page4.
Create a ISR text display and on the initialise event write the code such as:
this.rawValue = data.page1.Table2.Row1.Cell1.rawValue;
Create as many ISR texts as you want and initialize it using the above method.

Row1 values
Page3
Row2 Values
Page4
Row3 Values

Mapping issue: FCC: Idoc for each record in file

I have file to Idoc scenario.
I receive csv file with multiple records.
The requirement is to create an Idoc for each record.
For eg.

I have first tested it with only 1 record to test end to end connectivity. It works as expected and Idoc is posted to target system.
Now when I am trying to send multiple records, I am getting some issues.
Below are the steps that I have taken to process multiple records:
1. Changed the cardinality of ROW (child of RecordSet) from 1 to Unbounded.
2. Changed the occurance of Idoc to Unbounded.
3. Mapped ROW to Idoc root.
I have tested the mapping in IR and it generates multiple IDOCs.
When I send the test file, it fails with error Tag found instead of tag IDOC BEGIN=
I can see the xml message created with multiple ROWs in XI by File adapter in sxmb_moni.
When I do Test Configuration in ID, with the XML message extracted from sxmbmoni, the result that I got was:_

This means that idoc was not created while mapping.

FCC is working fine. I have taken the XML message in XI created after FCC from csv sample message.
I have tested this message in IR by placing it between

It is working fine and Idocs are created in mapping in IR.

Thanks for your response, but copying and pasting creates a link. If the user places a check mark in one of the boxes, all the rest of the boxes will have a check mark also. I will research this some more.

I have this query I want the user to be able to allow the user to enter multiple MATL_CODE_MOD as a parameters, the problem is that the GURMAIL table have multiple records one for each GURMAIL_MATL_CODE_MOD, so it will give me duplicates.. How I can code this, so I can allow the user to enter multiple MATL_CODE_MOD codes, and have only one row for each record...

SELECT DISTINCT ...will keep duplicate rows out of the result set.
Depending on your data, another possibility might be to not join the table that contains GURMAIL_MATL_CODE_MOD. Do an EXISTS sub-query on that table instead.
If you need more help, post some sample data from all the tables, and the results you want from that data.
Simplify, if possible, You can probably post a problem with 2 or 3 tables, each with 2 or 3 columns, that will have the same answer.

I am using Forms 6i. Is there any way to conditionally display an icon for each record in a multi record block. The SET_ITEM_INSTANCE_PROPERTY builtin does not have many choices. Thanks for your help.

I doubt that. You would have to replace the text item with an image item. This however can't be done for individual cells in a table but only for the whole column.
On the web chances are that these could be handled with a custom PJC, but this solution doesn't work in client/server

Sending emails for each record from tabular form

I currently have a requirements management tabular form that used to update or set job requirements inactive and/or covered.
We're a staffing agency and have salesmen across the country that will use this tabular form to quickly manage their requirements to mark them as covered or inactive if the position has been filled.
The multi-row update works fine since the form was built using the wizard, but I need to be able to send out an email for each record that's been marked as covered in the tabular form.
How can this be accomplished?
I'm running Oracle 12c and Apex 4.2.0 on a windows 2008 R2 server.

I took a different approach from what I originally suggested. Since the tabular form is displaying only reqs that eligible to be covered, I chose to construct a process that would read the database after the reqs table was updated. The code should find recent reqs covered by the salesman and then send out an email for each covered req.
Since I cannot see the data structure of your reqs table, I guessed the data type and size for the local variables in the DECLARE section, you many need to adjust these.
Give this code a shot and let's see where we get. By the way, the naming conventions of your database are in need of naming standards.
The process needs to occur After Submit and after the Automatic Row Processing (DML) process that is updating the reqs table. Make sure that the process sequence number is greater than the Automatic Row Processing (DML) sequence number.

Hello. Is it possible to clear the entire Bookmarks list at one time in Safari for Windows? I would like to continue to use the Safari browser even though I have Windows 7 as the operating system on my notebook. When I try to delete bookmark entries one at a time, after deleting several, errors start popping up in the browser. Can I reinstall Safari without the Bookmarks I've built up? Please help a humbled Safari user.

Are you sure that you can change the permissions of symlinks themselves? I think I've tried to make files read-only via symlinks on a local server but ended up using bindfs because it wasn't possible. Even if you can, symlinking everything that might be necessary for a given environment would not be ideal, plus I don't think symlinks can be used across different filesystems.
If a real-life human can figure out if it's he/she is in a chroot and break out of it, then he/she can write a script to do the same. I want a sandbox that could run malicious code with no effect on the system (if that's possible). Also, I think if the chroot idea were truly feasible, makepkg would have been using it for years already to simply install packages in the chroot as you normally would and then package them. There would also be several sandbox applications that could run applications safely. So far I have yet to find any.
I admit that I haven't looked into using a chroot in detail though and of course I may have missed some application which creates such a setup. Right now I think using per-application namespaces with fuse seems the most promising but I won't know until I've finished implementing a test application. If it turns out that it's a dead end I'll take harder look at chroot but it really doesn't seem to be able to do what I want.

Can I plot 2 locations at the same time for each record in a table

I'm trying to plot 2 Locations (2 points on a Power View Map) at the same time for each record/project in a table
I can plot 1 location for each project of course with no problem
but I'm trying to show the Begin Point and the
End Point for each project at the same time
Is this even possible?

LOCATIONS - OneLongLat followed by
LongLat (drill down feature)
COLOR - Trip
The problem now happens with the drill down feature
You can either plot OneLongLat which is the general location for each trip
Or LongLat of each trip which shows the begin and end points
But you can't use the drill down feature???
If instead of OneLongLat you use a
State Column it actually works!!!
I wonder if it has to do with the fact that both locations used for the drill down are Long/Lat numbers???

If all you are looking for is Lightroom, I would suggest going to your campus computer store. The computer store where I worked had Lightroom in stock. If your store doesn't have it in stock they can order it for you. There is really only one Lightroom 5 license that comes with the standalone version, student or otherwise. The program is identical either way. Licensing for the creative cloud is handled through the web and the payment method, But you aren't concerned about that.

I'm a new customer to verizon and I have requested only for internet without any invisible charges. And the cutomer care provided a non-contractual internet plan only for 39.99 in addtion to the device charges and one-time activation fees can be waived since verizon kid is already placed in my apartment since verizon identiified our address as "Priority Service" address.
However first month bill come with $23.33 charge for one-time activation lue for next 2 monts. I really appreciate if the activation fees to be waived since I opted verizon instruments and installation is already done since it all readily available.

Create single message in receiving side for each record in the sender file

Dear Experts,
My Interface is from FILE to MQ (JMS)..
I have a specific requirement in my project, I have multiple files in sender directory ( /tmp)
Ex: FILE_20090202.TXT
FILE_20090203.TXT
FILE_20090204.TXT
FILE_20090205.TXT
And each file has couple of records just shown below:
ABC   123     WER    SER
BCD   345     WEDR    SER
CDE   567     GHTE   DDGG u2026. Etc..
I have to process all the files at a time ( may be I can use file masking by FILE*.txt) , one message has to be created in MQ for each record of the file..
Ex:
Message 1: ABC   123     WER    SER
Message 2: BCD   345     WEDR    SER
Message 3: CDE   567     GHTE   DDGG

As already suggested, multi-mapping can be used
You need to set target root node occurrence to unbounded and map root node accordingly
you will have to use enhanced interface determinaion
