My AI CS6 wont open, although my other CS6 products do.

I have used it before and have several documents saved there. Some sort of corruption has occured and I'm not sure what it is or what to do.

Reinstalled windows 7-64bit and now itunes wont open(although process runs)

i have googl'd this issue and looked over all possibilities, however none have really shown progress except using msconfig. disabling all but windows functions did allow me to open itunes, but i have not been able to do anything with it. as i have still not been able to isolate what could be cause the interference. i have disabled anti-viruses(although at least to protective elements were running when windows started despite the msconfig) which changed nothing unless they were off as were all non windows processes.
if there is any list or type of processes that would interfere it would really help, because installing a older version(as one forum said had worked with 9.03) did nothing just as my attempts with running it in compatibility mode.
with not fully understanding how some of the startup elements are even differentiated in msconfig, i cannot really continue to try and isolate every single little thing. especially since the only thing that has changed since before reinstalling windows is at most the version of itunes.
with as many posts as there were about how itunes(and not just this version) had screwed over many peoples ability to use it after updating... i would have imagined there would be some zeroing in on an issue that apparently keeps repeating itself, or at least an effective way to trouble shoot it.

i did go through and make these changes to the services, which did allow me to open itunes after than next restart. i dont recall turning off advanced system care amongst others during my msconfig troubleshooting making any difference.
is reinstalling advanced system care just a hope that i could keep both programs if i reinstalled? or that installing it after itunes somehow cant alter or prohibit something that itunes needs to run?
i will look into it, but i dont recall which extension of itunes is relevant to syncing ipods but if bonjour isnt that i may just leave it as is(unless leaving it disabled somehow hurts itunes in the long run).
i dont have the time to do anything with reinstalling immediately but at least i can now run the program. i had no idea what advanced system care might have done(and if its being installed was enough to inhibit itunes as i also have gamebooster by them).

Same here. All started when trying to place an order with Play.com after installing Mountain Lion; could not get past the checkout page; tried Facebook, same problem would not allow log in couldn't find server message again. Opened up Firefox; no problem on Facebook or Play.com. After placing order on Play.com I reopened Safari and it showed the Play.com log in page and Facebook also opened up. During this time my mouse had to be re set up too. Hopefully all these issues will settle down. One bonus for me is that I can now play my videos from my Panasonic camera on Mountain Lion something which I couldn't do on Lion.

Illustrator CS6 wont open, stops at loading fonts - MAC OSX

I have a MAC OSX 10.8.5. My Illustrator CS6 wont open anymore. It keeps stalling while loading the fonts. I have uninstalled and re-installed the program twice and also tried deleting the font that it stalled at but then it would just stall when trying to load the next font. I did notice that it seemed to be stalling on fonts that AREN'T OTF format. I also wasn't sure to delete the fonts out of the SYSTEM, LIBRARY, FONTS folder or the other fonts folder location in LIBRARY. I really need to get this program working, please help!!!!!

Copying/transferring will not work. You need to install the software using installation files.

I tried to update Photoshop CS6 through CC, and PS got corrupted and wont open now.

Download the CS6 installer from this link it should install on any machine the meets the specs. Even without a serial it should install as a trial version. If CS6 was activated on your system your CS6 credentials should still be there and when you install it should be activated. Then use CS6 menu Help>Updates to install the updated, CS6 installs need to be updated.

CS6 Indesign wont open, it just keeps crashing

Hi, I've just downloaded CS6. All the programmes other than Indesign are working. Every time I try and open Indesign, it just crashes. I've uninstalled 3 times, switched the machine off etc and still it wont open. Below is a screenshot of the error message if anyone understand this! Thanks!

try resetting your preferences by holding down shift-ctrl-command while starting id cs6. if done correctly you'll see a confirmation dialog.

Trying to edit video but Photoshop cs6 wont open the files.

Trying to edit video but Photoshop cs6 wont open the VOB files. I tried to change the extension to AVI and then drag it in. It works but it's distorted. All the heads in the photo are narrow and tall. Can anyone help me figure this thing out? I'm sooo frustrated! Thanks

I assume these came from a DVD? Was this DVD an encrypted holywood DVD or a home video that you got of something like sky diving? You'll probably need photoshop extended to switch pixel aspect ratios. Or convert them into a format that photoshop understands with a 1.0 pixel aspect ratio. Do you have access to adobe media encoder?

Flash cs6 wont open

So iv been having adobe flash cs6 for 6 mouths now but out of no where it wont open.
When ever I click the icon it shows the title credits. (the red box) then just doesn't open and goes back to being like iv never clicked on it in the first place. sometimes it says "importing files" then does noting but other then that i can't get onto flash.
Iv tried running the program as admin and resting my computer but i don't know whats going on.
The only thing is I think "i think" I was playing fallout 2 when it crashed on me and i had to force shut down while flash was open. Then i think that's when it started but im not 100% sure just something to take into account.

Photoshop CS6 on subscription wont open, no error messages

Been using Photoshop on subscription over a year with no problems and yesterday I went to open it and it just wont open. No error messages, just the timing circle appears then disappears.
Tired closing it through task manager but it doesnt appear on the list.
Any ideas would be great

Im operating on Windows XP but when i open quicktime it wont run it simply pops up for a secound and vanishes there is also no error message.
with those symptoms, the first thing you should check for is a Qoologic adware infestation on your PC. the free trial version of Ewido has been catching and killing that for most folks:
