My Apple Id is not an email address but I've already used my email address for an ID many, many years ago. How do I delete it?

Is it possible to delete an old account I made so I can use that email address Apple ID as my new Apple ID for my currently email-less used Apple ID?
Then I can use iCloud.

You can keep your current ID for itunes store - that is a different account than icloud. Look here, there might be some useful info...

i recently installed an exrtreme card in my emac and after following installation and instructions etc i cannot seem to use the internet or send or recive emails. Internet connect says that i am connected, via my friends interent connection and i have 3 bars on the signal and seemingly a good reception. i cannot access the internet via safari or internet explorer. i cannot send or receive emails through 'Mail'. Are you getting a valid IP address? If it starts with 169 it is not valid.
If you are getting a valid IP address, it could be a DNS issue. Clear any DNS information in Network preference pane->AirPort->TCP/IP.

Try getting a credit card from the same people who issued the debit card. If I read the home sharing paper properly after your set it up with the credit card you can change the payment method back to debit.

After upgrading to IOS 7.0.3 the problems gone.
There is no mention of this being a bug or a fix so im thinking a software glitch was the issue.

If your Apple ID was changed from your old account, you may have to change it back to your old account to be able to sign out and then change it back after that is done. Take a look at the article below for more information.

If you can't remember your rescue email address (you won't be able to view and/or change it until you can answer your questions ; an alternate email address isn't used for resetting security questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

i found out how to do this finally!
1) set up google gmail account to forward your emails to (from the [email protected])
2) go to your gmail account
3) go to settings (cog in right hand corner)
4) go to 'accounts and import'
5) go to 'send mail as'
6) click 'Add another email address you own' - add your [email protected] address
7) google will send a verification email with code to that email address.
8) enter code
9) go back to gmail account >'send mail as' and select 'make default'
10) close mac 'mail' program and reopen it.
as long as you have gmail account selected as the primary account in MAIL - mail will now come throught as being sent from that [email protected] address!!

1. App Store>Featured>Apple ID (at bottom of page)
2. Tap on Apple ID>View Apple ID
4. Enter your password
5. Country/Region>Change Country or Region

All content and data is forever associated with the Apple ID you used to download it. You should have reset the password for the original I'd.

"Gift Card" is sometimes called a tacky gift, but if it allows the other person to get whatever they want it works.
Besides, anything purchased through App Store is usually "All Sales Final", so I think iTunes card is a good idea.

Back up all data before making any changes. Please take each of the following steps until the problem is resolved.
Step 1
If Adobe Reader or Acrobat is installed, and the problem is just that you can't print or save PDF's displayed in Safari, you may be able to do so by moving the cursor to the the bottom edge of the page, somewhere near the middle. A black toolbar should appear under the cursor. Click the printer or disk icon.
Step 2
There should be a setting in its preferences of the Adobe application such as Display PDF in Browser. I don't use those applications myself, so I can't be more precise. Deselect that setting, if it's selected.
Step 3
If you get a message such as ""Adobe Reader blocked for this website," then from the Safari menu bar, select
          Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Security
and check the box marked
          Allow Plug-ins
Then click
          Manage Website Settings...
and make any required changes to the security settings for the Adobe PDF plugin.
Step 4
Triple-click anywhere in the line of text below on this page to select it, the copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C:
/Library/Internet Plug-ins
In the Finder, select
          Go ▹ Go to Folder
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-G. Paste into the text box that opens by pressing command-V, then press return.
From the folder that opens, move to the Trash any items that have "Adobe" or “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then quit and relaunch Safari.
Step 5
The "Silverlight" web plugin distributed by Microsoft can interfere with PDF display in Safari, so you may need to remove it, if it's present. The same goes for a plugin called "iGetter," and perhaps others—I don't have a complete list. Don't remove Silverlight if you use the "Netflix" video-streaming service.
Step 6
Do as in Step 4 with this line:
~/Library/Internet Plug-ins
If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari.

On the new MBAir, open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect the box next to Photo Stream then reselect it then restart your Mac.
